      • 곡면 Fitting을 이용한 고속가공 표면거칠기의 최적화

        최근 고속가공에 있어서 고속가공 기술의 도입으로 금형소재의 고정밀 및 고능률가공에 대한 요구가 급증하고 있다.가공정밀도의 개선은 제품의 부가가치를 높여주고,생산성의 개선은 가공경비를 감소시켜 가격 경쟁력을 높여 준다. 그러나 기존의 일반절삭에 의해서는 각종 공구 및 공작물의 재질에 따른 절삭조건의 제한으로 이러한 요구에 부응하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 고속가공은 황ㆍ정삭 가공 개념 없이 생산성 향상과 밀접한 관계가 있으며 가공 능률 향상과 공정 감소로 인한 경비절감을 꾀할 수 있어 최근 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 고속가공에 있어서 그 표면거칠기를 모델링하여 최적화하고자 한다. 고속가공에서 주축회전수, 이송속도를 변화시켜가며 가공 실험하여 얻은 표면거칠기 데이터를 바탕으로 bicubic polynomial 곡면보간법으로 주축회전수와 이송속도에 따른 표면거칠기 곡면 근사식을 유도한다.즉 이 근사식을 이용하여 표면거칠기의 최적해를 구하고자 한다.

        아마릴 정(글리메피리드 2㎎)에 대한 글리메드 정의 생물학적 동등성

        The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two glimepiride tables, Amaryl^(?)(Handok/Aventis Pharm. Co., Ltd.) and Glimed (Kuhn Ⅱ Pharm. Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The glimepiride release from the two glimepiride formulations in vitro was tested using KP Ⅷ Apparatus Ⅱ method with a variety of dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solution, water and blend of PSB 80 into each dissolution medium). Twenty six healthy male subjects, 22.65±2.19 years in age and 66.55±8.85 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 2 ㎎ as glimepiride was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of glimepiride in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detctor. The dissolution profiles of two formulations were similar at all dissolution media. Besides, the pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_(t), C_(max) and untransformed T_(max). The results showed that the differences between two formulations based on the Amaryl were -3.70, -8.28 and 0.61% for AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max), respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25)(e.g., log(0.84)∼log(1.04) and log(0.82)∼log(1.03) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively). Thus, the criteria of the KFDA guideline for the bioequivalence were satisfied, indicating Glimed tablet and Amaryl tablet were bioequivalent.

        Automaticity in Writing: Investigating Positive Effects of Applying Formulaic Language in the L2 Writing Process

        Cognitive studies of language processing posit that formulaic language facilitates automaticity in the speaking process. This study extended the argument to writing to find evidence that the instructional effects of formulaic language can also improve L2 writers’ automaticity and writing quality. The study operationalized automaticity to include both behavioral and cognitive domains, which was tested between two L2 writing groups in a Korean university: formulaic language and writing training group (FWG), which studied formulaic language as well as writing skills, and writing training-only group (WG), which was trained in writing skills without instruction about formulaic language. Results of automaticity and writing quality showed meaningful outperformance of the FWG against the WG, indicating instructional benefits of formulaic language. Also, it was found that the behavioral attributes of automaticity in the writing process can be strategically compromised to maintain writing quality. It is hoped that this study will prompt further investigation to improve our understanding of the automaticity in the writing process and to provide pedagogical implications for L2 writing instruction.

        지역사회 청소년참여기구 활동 경험의 의미와 한계에 관한 포커스그룹 인터뷰 연구

        This study aims to explore the significance and limitations of youth participation activities of local community-based youth organizations and derive implications for future development and improvement. For analysis, focus group interviews were conducted with youths and youth workers who were actively involved in community-based youth organizations. Interview participants consisted of 13 youth members from a youth participation committee, youth councils of youth centers, and a youth self-governing body and 6 youth workers from youth centers and organizations. The key findings are as follows. The significance of youth participation organization activities can be summarized as changes perceived in various dimensions. First, changes in social interaction were observed, leading to enhanced communication skills, debate abilities, coping skills for unpredictability, and leadership development. Personal changes included learning in new areas, improving lifestyle habits, and contributing to career development. The participating youths were also able to experience changes such as improvements in the environments and conditions from actively engaging in school and community activities. Throughout this process, the youth were recognizing a shift in perception towards becoming key players in youth facilities' operations and community transformations. On the other hand, a number of limitations and challenges encountered in the process of participating in the activities were identified including issues arising from the participation organization’s ways of operating, difficulties in balancing between the activities and academic duties, low accessibility and poor physical conditions, a low level of awareness and reputation, challenges in coordinating with schools, and government driven operations. Base on these results, the study suggests some implications for further development of community youth participation organizations.

        청소년들은 어떻게 조기유학을 결정하게 되는가? -미국 소도시 유학생들의 사례

        This study attempts to explore the youth decision-making processes of study-abroad. Especially, I focus on the micro dimension of decision making and consider youth as agents who choose and decide to study abroad by themselves. Most studies have paid attention to parents-centered decision making and influential factors on macro level. In this study, In-depth interviews were conducted with youths studying abroad and some parents of them. I take up the push and pull factors, and transnational experiences as socio-cultural capital, which significantly influence the decision-making processes for study-abroad. For the push factor, negative experiences in the schools and educational situation of Korea were highlighted. For the pull factor, it was expected that education in English speaking countries would be advantage for the future career choice. In addition, it is important to consider socio-cultural capital as transnational experiences and network including oversea tour, staying abroad, study-trip, U.S. citizenship, and existence of relatives, which intervene into their decision making process. As the society goes toward more global and people have more transnational experiences, more educational choices are expected to go beyond the national boundary. On this condition, we need a more relative policy reflecting today's reality rather than regulation centered approach. 본 연구는 조기유학 청소년들을 대상으로 이들이 조기유학을 결정하는 과정에 개입하는 요인들에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 특히 조기유학 결정과정의 미시적 차원을 살펴보고자 하였으며, 의사 결정과정에서 유학 당사자인 청소년 자녀의 결정 및 선택과정에 초점을 맞추고자 하였다. 조기유학 선택에 대한 논의는 부모중심의 의사결정과 거시적 차원의 변수에 주로 초점이 맞추어져 있었다. 이를 위해 조기유학생 및 그 부모들을 대상으로 심층면담을 수행하였다. 청소년의 조기유학 결정과정을 배출요인과 유인요인, 초국적 경험과 관련된 사회문화적 자본 동원과 관련시켜 살펴보았다. 한국교육상황과 관련된 배출요인 및 미국교육을 통한 유인요인 등이 조기유학 결정과정에 개입하는 중요한 요인이지만, 이들과 함께 결정적인 역할을 하는 것은 초국적 경험과 결부된 사회·문화적 자본이라고 할 수 있었다. 해외체류, 여행, 연수, 미국 시민권 보유, 현지의 지인 거주 등 초국적 경험과 결부된 사회문화적 자본이 결정과정에 중요하게 개입하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 글로벌화가 가속화되고 초국적 경험이 증가함에 따라 국경을 넘는 교육적 선택도 증가할 것이라고 전망된다. 이러한 상황에서 규제 일변도의 정책보다는 보다 현실성 있는 정책 대안 모색이 시급하다.

        리스페달 정(리스페리돈 2㎎)에 대한 리스펜 정의 생물학적 동등성

        The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two risperidone tablets, Risperdal (Janssen Korea Co., Ltd) and Rispen (Myung In Pharm. Co., Ltd), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The risperione release from the two risperidone formulations in vitro was tested using KP Ⅷ Apparatus Ⅱ method with various of dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 butter solution and water). Twenty four healthy male subjects, 23.33±2.10 years in age and 69.24±8.05 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 crossover study was employed. After one tablet containing 2 ㎎ as risperidone was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of risperidone in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detector. The dissolution profiles of two formulations were similar at all dissolution media. Besides, the pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_(t), C_(max) were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_(t), C_(max) and untransformed T_(max). The results showed that the differences between two formulations based on the Risperdal were 0.20, -1.29 and -11.09% for AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max), respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25) (e.g., log(0.90)∼log(1.03) and log(0.84)∼log(1.09) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively). Thus, the criteria of the KFDA guideline for the bioequivalence were satisfied, indicating Rispen tablet and Risperdal tablet were bioequivalent.
