There has been a rapid increase in cross-border marriages between korean men and foreign brides. the purpose of this paper is to analyze the situations of internationally married immigrant women in Korea thus the difficulties of they facing are to be shown. since the Seoul olympic games in 1988, Korea has gradually changed its status in to what so called 'multicultural society' which we never experienced before whether we welcomed or not that was a sort of trends of international society and it told us that the Korea is now exposes to the world and became a part of globalization. after having received the great numbers of married immigrant women the both parties of korean government and civil level movement have tried to help their families to settle down in korean society smoothly but in reality the married immigrant women suffering mostly from the financial difficulties from the early stage of their life in korea. even there are numerous helping centers and cultural education places freely operated by both government and civil level movement, this still is not good enough and instead of these kinds of support this study suggests that how we can use their man-power and giving them an opportunities to be hired as a pay worker and soothe their financial difficulties this paper can contribute to korea in policy making process at any level of 'multicultural family policies' near future

탈북(脫北) 디아스포라에 대한 남한 사회의 배제와 포용에 관하여

2014년 한국 사회에 거주하는 탈북자는 27,253명에 이른다. 이들은 남한 사회에 등장한 이후 그 수가 많고 적음에 상관없이 사회적으로 커다란 관심의 대상이었다. 탈북자는 과연 어떤 존재들인가? 우리사회에서 사회문화적 배제의 대상인가 혹은 선택적으로 포용과 통합의 대상으로 위치 지워지는가? 우리사회는 이들의 실존적 정체성을 명확하게 규정하지 못하고 있다. 이 연구는 탈북자들의 한국거주 현황과 실태를 자세하게 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 이들의 정체성(Identity)에 대한 규정을 시도한다. 또한 사회, 문화, 정치, 경제 등의 측면에서 이들을 향한 배제와 포용의 수준을 고찰한다. 이를 통해 탈북자들에 대한 우리사회의 전반적인 수용성의 정도를 파악 할 수 있을 것이다. 결론으로 탈북자들과 관련된 정책들의 지향점에 관해 제언하고 사회통합의 측면에서 탈북자 정책이 갖는 함의를 도출할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to find out the clear identity of the Escapees from North Korea those are now settled in South Korea and the level of social exclusion and inclusion to them in South Korea as well. in order to analyze above mentioned issues we need to recognize them as a ‘Diaspora’ From the 1990 the number of the North korean asylum seekers increased and attempted entry into South korea under the circumstance, the government of South korea had better find a way to improve and renew the support programme for the escapees. The escapees from North korea should be treated somewhat differentiated from the ethnic groups living in Korea. the correct recognition of the identity of North korea escapees can derive the right countermeasure. Those terms of both social exclusion and social inclusion are mostly related to the terms of multicultural society at this moment here in Korea thus we tend to treat the escapees as one of the group of multicultural members. However between the government and civil level have different ideas about them.

企業評價指標로서 EVA는 韓國資本市場에 適用 可能한가?

EVA is a financial performance measurement tool that determines whether a business is earning more than its true cost of capital. This gives managers a clearer idea of whether they are creating wealth for shareholder by subtracting a capital cost from the retruns they generates on invested capital. Recording the EVA is a tool for measuring the creation of shareholders' wealth, I conducted simple regression analysis to see the correlation between EVA and stock price movement of 70 listed companies from 1981 to 2000. From the analysis, I found there was a significant correlation between EVA and stock price movement. The analysis also show strong correlation between EPS and stock price movement during the same period of time. This results show that investors in Korean stock market have already had the creation of shareholders' wealth in mind when they made investment decision even before the concept of EVA was introduced in Korea. However, not so many companies in Korea is actually adopting EVA, or other form of tools which measures creation of shareholders' wealth, into their management. This is attributable to the fact that Korean style of corporate management has not really been geared toward creating value for the shareholder. But, current changes that both the management and investors realized the need for creating wealth for shareholders. I consider that EVA provide an easy way or Korean companies to manage their ompanies for their shareholders' benefit by value creation.

Walking and running is the most basic human behavior, and the gait analysis information has been helpful in health management and disease monitoring. This paper proposes a gait analysis method with instant current consumption of a treadmill. We show that the gait on a treadmill can be used for real-time interaction with a virtual environment that is the Metaverse, and after finishing the gait, the statistical analysis can be applied to the existing gait analysis methods. The accurate real-time gate state information can enhance exercise effects through immersive interaction. Massive data collection does not require dedicated equipment but can be available using conventional treadmills, and the collected big data will be processed by automated analysis models using machine learning and artificial intelligence for the development and utilization of medical technology, especially regarding untact disease diagnosis and treatment. 걷기와 뛰기는 인간의 가장 기본적인 행동양식으로 보행 분석정보는 건강 관리와 질환의 모니터링의 유용한 정보로 활용되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 트레드밀의 전동기에서 소비되는 순시전류를 이용한 보행분석방법을 제안하였다. 실제 수집된 데이터를 활용하여 트레드밀에서의 보행을 메타버스(metaverse)와 같은 가상환경과의 실시간 상호작용에 사용할 수 있음을 보이고 보행완료 후 통계분석 결과와 기존의 보행 분석방식을 비교하였다. 보행상태에 대한 정확한 실시간 정보는 몰입도 높은 상호작용으로 트레드밀 운동의 효과를 증진할 수 있다. 전용기구가 아닌 일반적인 트레드밀에서 수집되는 대용량의 데이터는 기계학습과 인공지능을 이용한 자동화된 분석모델을 이용해 비대면 질환 진단과 치료를 위한 의료기술의 개발에 활용될 수 있다.
