This study examined the strength and durability of Mock-up concrete members according to the maintaining time of concrete form after concrete placement in winter season. Existing related research targets estimation of demolding and reducing the construction time due to low temperatures in winter, but atmospheric dry conditions as well as low temperatures need to be considered. The low temperatures and dry climate evaporate moisture on the surface of concrete members rapidly, so defects like cracks and reduced durability on the surface of the concrete members at the early time of curing with not enough hydrated condition may occur. As a result of the experiment of strength properties according to the maintaining time of 6 individual concrete forms by time differences, it shows low intensity and dynamics characteristics in the long-term concrete age as well as the initial age in case of Mock-up members demolded after 18 hours and 24 hours after placement. It is considered that the form protects concrete from the lateral pressure and external environmental factors until it is cured, and maintains the effect of insulation and watertight.
AHP기법을 통한 건설기업의 내부마케팅 구성요인 간의 우선순위 분석

국내 건설경기는 주택경기 침체, 글로벌 금융위기 등의 영향으로 2008년부터 본격적인 침체가 최근까지도 지속되고 있으며, 장기화되고 있다. 이러한 어려움을 타파하기 위해 건설기업에서도 서비스기업과 같이 내부마케팅 활동을 강화시켜야 한다. 하지만 건설기업은 기존의 서비스기업과 달리 직접적으로 고객을 응대하지 않을 뿐 아니라 건설 현장이라는 특수한 상황에 처해 있어 적극적 내부마케팅 활동 강화가 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 따라서 내부마케팅 활동 중 우선순위를 선정하여 가장 시급한 부분부터 개선해 나아가야 한다. AHP 분석 결과 1계층에서 내부 의사소통이 가장 우선적으로 강화시켜야 할 요소로 나타났으며 그, 다음으로 근무조건 및 환경으로 나타났다. 그 다음 각각의 상위 개념별 하위 활동을 보면 내부 의사소통에서 상사와의 의사소통을, 근무조건에서는 일일 근무시간 전반적 만족을, 보상 및 포상에서는 수주 기여 시 보상으로 나타났다. 교육훈련에서는 전문가들의 의견 일치를 보지 못하였다. In recent years, the domestic construction business is continuously stagnated caused by housing depression, global financial crisis etc. To overcome these difficulties, the construction companies should reinforce the internal marketing like the service business. However, it is not easy to conduct active internal marketing reinforcement since the companies do not directly receive customers under special situation like construction. Therefore, it is necessary to resolve the urgent issue by selecting order of priority among internal marketing factors. To address this issue, the objective of this study is to analyze the internal marking factors by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. As a result, the first and second factor represents the internal communication and working condition and environment respectively. The findings of this study will contribute to apply the internal marketing into construction industry.
온도응력과 건조수축을 고려한 요소혼입 콘크리트의 품질특성에 관한 연구

Due to a big difference of temperatures between the inside and outside and a high level of hydration heat on the core, some thermal stress is generated in mass Concrete. In turn, it causes the expansion of the concrete members and some cracks of the concrete joints that become the factors threatening the soundness of a concrete structure. Due to the reason, various kinds of low-heat concrete are being developed in domestic and foreign countries. In this study, some urea for industrial use which is used in microorganism cultivation agents, etc., is applied as a concrete mixing material in order to suppress the hydration heat of mass concrete. This is intended to lower down some levels of hydration heat and drying shrinkage of mass concrete. 21 kinds of concrete mixtures in total were designed at 3 kinds of W/B ratios, that is, 45, 50 and 55%. Thus, the dynamic characteristics, durability and hydration heat properties of urea-mixed concrete were verified through some experiments and the optimum mixing design was suggested. As the results of this study, the compressive strength of urea-mixed concrete at the age of 3 days decreased by 40% compared to that of plain concrete, but it showed the tendency recovering up to 95% at maximum at the age of 56days. On the other hand, the maximum temperature of urea-mixed concrete decreased down to 7.9 ℃at maximum thanks to the hydration heat compared with that of plain concrete and the point of time reaching the highest temperature of the urea-mixed concrete was delayed by 33.9 hours at maximum compared with that of plain concrete. In addition, it resulted that the length change rate of urea-mixed concrete decreased down to 56% at maximum thanks to the expansion characteristics of CaCO₃.

Currently, according to the climate change, the damages due to the hurricane is more increased than before. In this respect, several countries have been conducted the studies regarding the damage prediction model of buildings to minimize the damages from natural disaster. As hurricane is the complex disaster including a strong wind and heavy rain, to predict the damage of hurricane, various factors has to be considered. However, mostly research has been conducted to consider only hurricane properties. Therefore, the objective of this study is to develop the regression model for predicting damages of buildings considering geography, socio-economy, construction environment and hurricane information. In the future, this study can be utilized to developing damage prediction model for building from hurricane in South Korea.
