        This study is to develop education for the field of visual design connecting nature, human being, society and information. Soft information is strongly needed in this country Progressing to the urban and industrial one. The main abstract is the substance of education how to develop creative abilities and logical way of thinking. Modern education should be advanced to the organized level balancing the three respects ; ability of creation, ability to deal with problems and team-work. Visual design should take the responsibility of not only relating society to human life, industry to human life, environment to human life and economic to human life but also elevating cultural level to the plane of creative beauty. This study stresses that the substance of visual design education should be developed to conceptual education and to education of cultural level.

        준지도 이상 탐지 모델 기반 신종 유형 대출 사기 탐지 방법

        Delinquency fraud in which users intentionally overdue their loans to financial companies causes enormous damage to financial companies. In particular, new types of frauds such as full repaying of existing loans, unpaid rehabilitation, and first-time delinquency distort creditworthiness reduce the possibility of loans to normal loan users and cause enormous damage to investors. However, it is difficult to detect with the existing machine learning-based models due to very few fraud samples and low similarity between fraud samples. In this study, we focus on the fact that the target frauds are very few, which account only for 0.1% of the total datasets. Our study is the first research effort for a fraud detection methodology using semi-supervised anomaly detection methodology that uses labeled fraud samples and unlabeled potential fraud samples. In the study, we use Recall-BEP as an evaluation metric focusing more on accurately detecting frauds than on accurately classifying normal samples. Through the experiments, we show that the proposed semi-supervised based fraud detection methodology outperforms the existing comparison model based on the supervised learning. In particular, DevNet improves Recall-BEP by 17.39% compared to the comparison model. This study shows the effectiveness of utilizing potential unlabeled fraud samples to detect new types of frauds than using only labeled fraud samples 금융기업에 대한 이용자의 의도적인 대출 이후 연체하는 유형의 연체 사기는 기업에 막대한 손해를 끼친다. 특히 통대환 및 신종사기인 무연체회생, 초회차 연체는 신용도를 왜곡시켜 정상적인 대출 이용자들에 대한 대출 가능성을 낮추고 투자자들에게 막대한 손해를 끼치지만, 탐지된 횟수가 극소수이며 사기 데이터 간에 적은 유사성으로 인해 기존의 머신러닝 모델로는 탐지하기 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 탐지하는 대상이 전체에서 0.1% 수준의 극소수 신종 유형 사기 탐지를 목표로하여, 라벨링된 사기 데이터와 라벨링되지 않은 사기 데이터를 같이 학습에 이용하는 준지도 이상 탐지 기반 사기 탐지 방법을 최초로 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 정상 샘플을 정확히 분류하는 것보다 사기를 정확히 탐지하는 것에 더 중점을 두는 평가 방식인 Recall-BEP를 정의하여 사용한다. 실험 결과, 준지도 이상치 탐지 기반 방법론은 라벨링된 이상치 데이터를 활용하여 학습하는 기존 모델에 비해 전반적으로 좋은 성능을 보였고, 특히 DevNet 기반 방법론은 Recall-BEP를 기준으로 기존 모델에 비해 17.39%까지 향상되었다. 이를 통해 극소수의 라벨링 데이터를 가지는 신종 유형 사기를 탐지하기 위해서, 라벨링된 사기 샘플만을 사용하기 보다 라벨링되지 않은 샘플을 추가로 활용하는 방법론의 효용성을 보였다.

        교통사고 후 응급실에 내원한 경항통 환자의 경추 만곡 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the cervical spine curvature after whiplash injury by traffic accident. Methods : The cervical lateral radiographs of 102 outpatients who visited emergency room in Kyung-Hee university hospital at Gangdong after whiplash injury by road traffic accident were reviewed to measure the cervical spine angle using C1-7, C2-7 Cobb method, Sagittal tangent method, Jochumsen method and the Ishihara index by two oriental medical doctors. For statistics, we used SPSS version 17.0 for windows. Results : Means of cervical angle are $37.63{\pm}11.34^{\circ}$, $12.92{\pm}9.13^{\circ}$, $16.19{\pm}10.62^{\circ}$, $1.78{\pm}3.37$ and $8.51{\pm}9.78$ by C1-C7 Cobb Method, C2-C7 Cobb Method, Sagittal tangent method, Jochumsen method and Ishihara index, respectively. Hypolordosis is most numeral in patients by C1-C7 Cobb Method(n=40; 39.22%), Sagittal tangent method(n=68; 66.67%). And Straight is the most by Jochumsen method(n=54; 52.94%), but Normal is the most by Ishihara index(n=53; 51.96%). And Female has smaller curvature in cervical spine than male significantly by C2-C7 Cobb method and Sagittal tangent method(P<0.05). Conclusions : Whiplash injury tends to make hypolordosis or straight. And female has more vulnerable curvature than male in whiplash injury.

      • 정규 구간선형 방정식을 갖는 저항성 회로의 효율적인 해석

        This paper proposes new algorithms to solve canonical piecewise-linear equations with linear partitions and illustrates their efficiency through the analysis of resistive network. The basic idea of the proposed algorithm is to find the best next guess, closest to the actual solution, at each Newton-Raphson (N-R) iteration by comparing the images of nest guess candidates and that of the actual solution. The proposed algorithm can reduce the number of the N-R iterations rquired for convergence greatly, compared to the actual solution, at each Newton-Raphson (N-R) iteration by comparing the images of next guess candidates and that of the actual solution. The proposed algorithm can reduce the number of the N-R iterations required for convergence greatly, compared to the Katzenelson algorithm. When applied to analyzing test circuits, the proposed algorithm required 8 to 20 times fewer N-R iterations and 5 to 10 times less CPU time than the Katzenelson algorithm, depending on the size of the circuits. The experimental results also exhibit that the efficiency of the proposed algorithm over the Katzenelson algorithm increases as the number of the piecewise-linear regions for the representation of the circuit.

        Comparison of preoxygenation with a high-flow nasal cannula and a simple face mask before intubation in patients with head and neck cancer

        Background: Although preoxygenation is an essential procedure for safe endotracheal intubation, in some cases securing sufficient time for tracheal intubation may not be possible. Patients with head and neck cancer might have a difficult airway and need a longer time for endotracheal intubation. We hypothesized that the extended apneic period with preoxygenation via a high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) is beneficial to patients who undergo head and neck surgery compared with preoxygenation with a simple mask. Methods The study was conducted as a single-center, single-blinded, prospective, randomized controlled trial. Patients were divided into groups based on one of the two preoxygenation methods: HFNC group or simple facemask (mask group). Preoxygenation was performed for 5 minutes with each method, and endotracheal intubation for all patients was performed using a video laryngoscope. Oxygen partial pressures of the arterial blood were compared at the predefined time points.Results: For the primary outcome, the mean arterial oxygen partial pressure (PaO2) immediately after intubation was 454.2 mm Hg (95% confidence interval [CI], 416.9–491.5 mm Hg) in the HFNC group and 370.7 mmHg (95% CI, 333.7–407.4) in the mask group (P=0.002). The peak PaO2 at T2 was not statistically different between the groups (P=0.355).Conclusions: Preoxygenation with a HFNC extending to the apneic period before endotracheal intubation may be beneficial in patients with head and neck cancer.

        자기재/폴리머 계면이 하이브리드 애자의 미세구조, 절연특성과 전계분포에 미치는 영향

        Hybrid insulators that have the advantages of both porcelain (high mechanical strength and chemical stability) as well as polymer (light weight and high resistance to pollution) insulators, can be used in place of individual porcelain and polymer insulators that are used for both mechanical support as well as electrical insulation of overhead power transmission lines. The most significant feature of hybrid insulators is the presence of porcelain/polymer interfaces where the porcelain and polymer are physically bonded. Individual porcelain and polymer insulators do not have such porcelain/polymer interfaces. Although the interface is expected to affect the mechanical/electrical properties of the hybrid insulator, systematic studies of the adhesion properties at the porcelain/polymer interface and the effect of the interface on the insulation characteristics and electric field distribution of the hybrid insulator have not been reported. In this study, we fabricated small hybrid insulator specimens with various types of interfaces and investigated the effect of the porcelain/polymer interface on the microstructure, insulating characteristics, and electric field distribution of the hybrid insulators. It was observed that the porcelain/polymer interface of the hybrid insulator does not have a significant effect on the insulating characteristics and electric field distribution, and the hybrid insulator can exhibit electrical insulating properties that are similar or superior to those of individual porcelain and polymer insulators.
