멀티미디어 트랙픽의 QoS 지원을 위한 CDMA 무선데이터링크 프로토콜 설계 및 성능분석

In this paper, we design the radio data link protocols with QoS provisioning for mobile multimedia such as voice, data, and video in CDMA-based ATM networks, and analyze the performance of the data link protocols. To support mobile multimedia traffic, the required QoS parameters and the characteristics are analyzed, and wireless protocol stacks are proposed for integrating the wireless access network and ATM transport networks, and radio data link protocols are designed for provisioning QoS Control. The data link protocols are analyzed assuming that the system is supporting voice and data traffic simultaneously. In case of data traffic, the delay and throughput of SREJ ARQ and Type-1 Hybrid ARQ scheme are compared, and in case of voice traffic, the packet loss rate of BCH coding is analyzed according to the varying data traffic loads. The results indicate that the adaptive radio link protocols are efficient to support QoS requirements while the complexities are increased. 본 논문에서는 CDMA ATM 이동망에서 음성, 비디오 고속 데이터 등의 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위한 QoS 보장형의 데이터링크 프로토콜을 설계하고 그 성능을 분석하였다. 이동 멀티미디어 트래픽을 지원하기 위해 요구되는 QoS 파라메터 및 특성을 분석하고, CDMA 무선망과 ATM망간의 접속을 위한 무선접속 프로토콜의 스택구조 및 계층별 기능을 제시한 후, QoS를 지원하기 위한 무선 데이터링크 프로토콜을 설계한다. 음성과 데이터 트래픽을 동시에 지원하는 시스템을 가정하여 데이터링크 프로토콜을 분석한다. 데이터 트랙픽의 경우 SREJ ARQ방식과 Type-1 Hybrid ARQ방식을 지연 및 처라량 관점에서 비교 분석하고, 음성 트래픽의 경우 BCH 코딩을 사용하여 데이터 트래픽 부하변화에 따른 음성 패킷으 에러율을 분석하다. 분석 결과로서 구현상의 복잡도는 높아질 수 있으나 QoS를 만족시키는 적응적 ARQ와 에러율 요구를 만족시키는 적응적 FEC 코딩을 이용하는 방식이 효율적임을 알 수 있다.
분쇄방식에 따른 LaAIO<sub>3</sub> 세라믹의 합성과 유전특성

The dielectric properties and synthesis of $LaAIO_3$ ceramics from mixtures of $La_2O_3$ and $AI(OH)_3$ via ground(planetary ball mill) and unground(wet ball mill) were investigated. The single phase $LaAIO_3$ of ground powder was formed at $1000^{\circ}C$, while that of unground powder was formed at $1300^{\circ}C$. Density and grains of ground sample showed 98% of theory density and a uniform size of 0.75\mu\textrm{m}$, respectively, However those of unground sample showed 93% and non-uniform sizes of 4-5 $\mu\textrm{m}$. Dielectric constant and temperature coefficient of capacitance ($\tau$c) of both ground and unground samples were 21~22 and +70~74 ppm$/^{\circ}C$, respectively. Dielectric loss of ground sample(0.0004) was 10 times as low as that of unground sample(0.003) due to a uniform and small gram size.
Tissue Adhesive Hydrogel for Stem Cell Transplantation for Bone and Cartilage Regeneration

Catechol-modified hyaluronic acid (HA-CA) hydrogel has shown highly adhesive and biocompatible properties, which are beneficial in cell transplantation. Here, we synthesized HA-CA hydrogel and evaluated its efficacy in stem cell transplantation, especially for bone and cartilage regeneration. When human adipose-derived stem cells (hADSCs) were encapsulated with bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP-2) in the hydrogel, osteogenic differentiation of hADSCs was greatly improved, and ultimately, in vivo bone regeneration was significantly facilitated in a critical-sized calvarial defect mouse model. In addition, adhesive property of HA-CA hydrogel allowed for efficient and stable retention of cells on the decellularized trachea matrix, which would enhance cartilage regeneration in vivo. <sup>**</sup>This study was supported by a grant (2016R1A5A1004694) from Translational Research Center for Protein Function Control (TRCP) funded by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP) of Korea.
