        The purpose of this study is to analyze awareness of project related persons and residents about neighboring regenerative-type urban regeneration. Contents of the study are as in the following. First, to gain knowledge of financing type and solution that can be applied to neighboring regenerative-type urban regeneration by studying related foreign advance research. Second, to survey knowledge of project cost, preference, and needs for policy. The investigation is conducted from August 29, 2016 to September 4, 2016. The collected datas are analysed using windows software SPSS Statistics. The research results are as in the followings. First, grant of public for project site should arrange through systematic evaluation. Second, participants need to accept financing by participating companies. Third, social economy groups should actively participate with increased capacity.

        공동주택 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 참여 주체의 역할 분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine the current status of some apartments participating in community revitalization project in Seoul and analyze the relations and roles among the participants. This study also reviewed the differences that occurred in the residents’ community formation through this project to propose directions on how to improve this apartment community revitalization project. Literature review and on-site research (5/14/2013~5/25/2013 and 4/4/2015~6/5/2015) of two apartments in Dobong-gu, two apartments in Seongbuk-gu, and its representative residents, each community’s experts, and public officers were conducted. The main results of this study are as follows. 1) The periodic characteristics of the community revitalization project was examined the roles and relationships among the participants at each stage of the project. The relationships among the resident groups differs depending on whether the resident group already existed before the project starts and depending on who are the leaders who organized the resident group. The Cooperation organization differs from the project program and residents’ competency. The main failure factors of the project were the absence of a preeminent leader and conflicts among the resident groups. 2) This study monitored the community revitalization project and analyzed success factors and limits of the project. From a physical aspect, the subject apartment created new spaces and profits. From a psychological aspect, the residents grew more attached to their apartment and became more interested in it. And finally from a social aspect, interaction among the residents increased and residents started participating in the management of their apartment.

        유휴공공시설의 공공성 분석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition for unused public facilities that people use culturally. To get this analysis, the invigoration project of the utilization of municipal property for seoul citizens was needed to be researched, analyzed public characters, and then draw a conclusion. Contents of the study are as in the following. First, deduce character of public evaluation factors through literature review. Second, analyze actual condition of usage for unused public facilities in Seoul. Thrid, analyze character of public for unused public facilities using evaluation categories. Four cultural art facilities that participate in the invigoration project of the utilization of municipal property in Seoul are subject to investigation. Interviews over the phone with persons in charge and several field trips were used for this investigation during the period October 20, 2015 – November 20, 2015. Base on the collected information, proceed a in-depth interview and a field study during the period November 24, 2015 – December 15, 2015. The research results are as in the followings. First, analytical factors are need to be considered not only physical view but also non-physical view to analyze the publicity of unused public facilities. the analytical factors include ownership, restriction, activation, physical position, and operation management according to literature reviews and interviews. Second, publicity is analyzed by regional groups and factors. Third, publicity analysis of the analysis target areas are drawn by its basis, and visualized its advantages and disadvantages by facilities.

        10년 공공임대아파트 커뮤니티 시설의 운영실태와 커뮤니티 프로그램 요구에 따른 운영 방안

        This study is to find out how community facilities of 10-year public rental apartments are currently managed and to propose a new community program management plan by analyzing key characteristics and program needs of tenants. Site visits and questionnaire surveys have been conducted at five different complexes producing 469 results that can be summarized as follows; 1) There were significant differences in the use of facilities and vitality of community among five complexes depending on tenants' participation and efforts of management staff. It was advisable to dispatch specialists, such as housing welfare workers, who were dedicated to managing facilities and supporting community programs; 2) There were high demanded for communication facilitation programs and environmental activities. Development of communication contents and distribution of manuals to inform and educate tenants about various environmental programs will be helpful; 3) The number of community facilities in each complex should be reduced those with high demand and the regional community center should be more vitalized with supporting programs and staff.
