‘한어병음자모’는 중국어를 표기하는 로마자모이다. 로마자는 세계에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있지만, 각 국가별 로마자의 음가가 달라서 한국의 중국어 학습자들이 발음 오류를 일으키는 단초가 되기도 할 뿐만 아니라 ‘한어병음자모’를 ‘발음부호’로 오인하여 중국어 학습에 심각한 혼란을 일으키고 있다. 5⋅4 신문화 운동 후, 1923년 ‘국어통일회(國語統一會)’에서 ‘국어로마자철자법연구위원회(國語羅馬字綴字法硏究委員會)’가 조직되었고, 유복(劉復) 조원임(趙元任), 전현동(錢玄同) 여금희(黎錦熙) 등을 중심으로 ‘수인회(數人會)’가 결성되어 “국어로마자병음방식(國語羅馬字拼音方式)”을 만들어 1928년 “국음자모(國音字母第二式)”로 공포하였다. “수인회(數人會)”에서 전문적인 언어 문자 이론을 개진하여 ‘국어로마자(國語羅馬字)’ 제정에 큰 역할을 한 조원임(1892-1982)은 <국어로마자연구>에서 국어로마자의 특성과 설계 원리에 대해 상세하게 서술하였는데, 그의 주장은 “국어로마자(國語羅馬字)”(1928) 뿐만 아니라 “라틴화 신문자(拉丁化新文字)”(1931)와 “한어병음자모(1958)”에 관철되어 중국어-로마자 병음 설계의 기본 체계로 제공되었다. 그러므로 “한어병음자모”를 올바르게 인식하여 중국어 교수 및 학습에 이바지하기 위해선 조원임의 <국어로마자연구>를 숙지하여 한어병음자모의 설계 원칙과 및 활용 상황을 파악해야 할 것이다. ‘Chinese Pinyin alphabet’ is a Roman alphabet that represents Chinese. The Roman alphabet is the most used in the world, but the phonetic value of the Roman alphabet in each country is different, which can cause Chinese learners to make pronunciation errors. In addition, they recognize the ‘Chinese Pinyin alphabet’ as a ‘phonetic code’ that assists the pronunciation of Chinese characters, causing serious confusion in Chinese learning. After the 5.4 Neo-Cultural Movement, a claim was made to abolish Chinese characters and adopt the Roman alphabet, which has been widely used throughout the world as a font since then. The ‘數人會’ under ‘committee for the study of roman orthography in mandarin(國語羅馬字綴字法硏究委員會)’ was consisted of Liu Fu(劉復, 1878-1960), Chao Yuen Ren(趙元任, 1892—1982), Qian Xuan Tong(錢玄同, 1887—1939), Li Jinxi(黎錦熙, 1890—1978), etc. The ‘數人會’ created the “Romanization of Mandarin(國語羅馬字拼音方式)” and promulgated in 1928 as “Chinese characters(國音字母(第二式)”. Yuen Ren Chao(1892-1982), who played a major role in the enactment of ‘Gwoyeu Romatzyh(國語羅馬字)’ by developing a professional language character theory, described the design principle minutely in his <A Study on Romanization in Mandarin>. Not only ‘Gwoyeu Romatzyh(國語羅馬字)’ but also “Latinized Chinese Character(1931) and “Chinese Pinyin alphabet (1958) served as a foundation for designing Chinese-Roman Pinyin. Recognition of the design basic and true nature of <A Study on Romanization in Mandarin> by Yuen Ren Chao is required to understand “Chinese Pinyin alphabet” correctly.

5V급 고전압 양극 LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 Spinel의 제조와 전기화학적 특성에 관한 연구

차세대 5V급 양극활물질로 각광받고 있는 LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4는 기존의 LiMn2O4 spinel 물질의 Mn3+을 Ni2+으로 치환하여 5V 영역에서 Ni2+/Ni4+ 산화/환원 반응이 가능하게 한 물질이다. 기존의 LiMn2O4는 낮은 초기 용량과 충·방전에 따른 빠른 용량감소를 보이는 단점을 가지고 있어 이 문제를 극복하기 위해 Mn의 일부를 다른 금속으로 치환하여 LiMyMn2-yO4 (M= Cr, Al, Ni, Fe, Co, Cu, Ga)을 만드는 방법이 활발히 연구 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기계 화학적 합성법을 이용하여 합성한 LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4의 전기화학적 특성에 대해 연구하였다. 이물질은 기존의 LiMn2O4보다 에너지 밀도가 높으며 저가 및 친환경성 등으로 앞으로 HEV 등에서 그 활용성이 크게 기대된다. 볼밀을 이용하여 여러 가지 조건(출발물질 조건, 볼밀조건, 열처리조건 등)에서 LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4을 합성한 결과 기계화학적 방법으로는 Ni2+가 Mn3+를 완전히 치환하지 못하여 4.0~4.1V의 전압에서 Mn3+/ Mn4+의 산화/환원과 관련된 peak가 발생하였다. Ni 원료 물질로써 수산화 물질을 사용하고 열처리 온도를 800℃로 하였을 때 최상의 성능을 나타내었다.

陸賈的思想尤其政治思想着重於逆取順守、文武竝用的觀念, 提出許多具體主張。他主張馬上得天下, 不能馬上治天下, 這是陸賈對秦朝歷二世而亡歷史經驗的總結。這句話的意思就是, 取得政權靠征戰、暴力, 靠選擧時之競逐, 但是管理國家不能採取同樣的方法。“以順守之, 文武竝用”是陸賈提出對於統治天下的基本原則。 陸賈將《詩》、《書》、仁義與以順守之的觀念結合, 黙認馬上得之的說法, 承認取得天下是依靠武力, 是逆取。這樣的擧措無形中已對《詩》、《書》、仁義的功能做出轉換。在先秦儒家思想中, 仁義是可以取天下的。陸賈將仁義等功能重新界定, 使儒家思想的角色做一徹底轉換。這樣的轉換, 揚棄原先以仁義取天下之舊說, 反而使儒家思想更具現實感, 能對於漢帝國的統治方針提供具現實競爭力的建言。陸賈同意馬上的天下, 所以其逆取順守、文武竝用的觀念便是著重於治天下, 也就是以順守之的部分。

The electrochemical properties of LiFePO4 as a cathode for Li-ion batteries were improved by incorporating conductive carbon into the LiFePO4. X-ray diffraction analysis and SEM observations revealed that the carbon-coated LiFePO4 consisted of fine single crystalline particles, which were smaller than the bare LiFePO4. The electrochemical performance of the carbon-coated LiFePO4 was tested under various conditions. The carbon-coated LiFePO4 showed much better performance in terms of the discharge capacity and cycling stability than the bare LiFePO4. The improved electrochemical performances were found to be attributed to the reduced particle size and enhanced electrical conductivity of the LiFePO4 by the carbon.

So first the present writer mean to throw light on the present political situation. Furether I intend to reappraise precisely his reform plan of the administration of the government to improve the present political issue, through conceptual analysis of his King′s Way Political Idea. 儒家정치사상의 가장 이상적인 형태는 군주가 인의(仁義)에 기초한 인정(仁政)을 시행하는 것이다. 이러한 인정사상은 공자로부터 그 연원을 찾을 수 있으나 보다 완성된 형태는 맹자에 이르러 정립된다. 맹자의 이상적인 정치형태는 왕도정치라고 할 수 있는데, 이는 곧 군주가 인(仁)한 마음을 바탕으로 천하의 백성들에게 인정(仁政)을 베푼다는 정치형태를 말하는 것이다. 이러한 맹자의 왕도정치사상은 역대로 유가의 정치사상에 있어서 가장 이상적인 전범으로 자리잡아 왔다. 유가의 정치이상이라고 할 수 있는 왕도정치사상에 관해서는 지난 시간들 속에서 많은 사람들에 의해 연구되어져 왔다. 그러나 맹자의 입장에서 당시의 시대상황 분석을 통해서 그가 현실의 정치문제를 개선하려고 내놓은 개혁방안에 대한 연구는 미진하다. 그래서 본문에서는 먼저 맹자의 입장에서 당시의 시대상황을 조명하고, 또한 맹자가 당시의 현실정치문제를 개선하려고 내놓은 개혁방안을 핵심개념들을 분석하는 방법으로 그 구체적인 사상내용을 재조명하고자 한다.

Multiple primary malignant tumors are not rare these days with the development of the diagnostic methods. Many studies indicate that the prognosis of synchronous primary tumors is poorer than that of single tumor. The incidence of renal cancer with other primary tumor is rare and also affect the prognosis of the other. Fortunately our transitional cell carcinoma is completely treated with curative resection and does not affect the prognosis itself. We have to try to find out the synchronous cancers and treat them early to lessen the synergistic effect of the multiple cancers. We experienced one case of synchronous gastric and renal cancer. This report summarized our experience and review of literature.
