The purpose of this study is to investigate the Influence of Human Capital of Hotel Employees on Knowledge Management Activity and Innovation Behavior based on hypotheses based on research model through previous studies. Based on the theoretical background, two hypotheses were set up. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Human Capital of Hotel Employees on Knowledge Management Activity and Innovation Behavior. The survey was conducted from July 1, 2018 to July 30, 2018 using the convenience sampling method, which is a non-probabilistic sampling method. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed, of which 207 were used for empirical analysis, except for the unsuccessful or inconsistent questionnaires (43 copies). As a result of using the statistical program of SPSS 21.0 and AMOSS 21, the hypotheses were verified and it was found that there was a causal relationship between human capital and knowledge management activities, knowledge management activities and innovation behaviors of Hotel Convention employees. Therefore, the hypotheses presented through the rationale of the previous research are adopted in this study. The academic implications of this study are as follows: Human capital (work ability, communication) of hotel employees showed that the knowledge management activities (knowledge creation, knowledge sharing).

The method of flow frequency analysis currently in common use are the Log Pearson typeⅢ, Hazen, Gumbel, Gamma and graphical distribution-free method. In this study, the applicability of Log Pearson typeⅢ distribution was used for determining flood frequency at 8 gaging stations in the Gum and the Yong San river basin. As the result of this inverstigation I reached the conclusion that the coefficient of Skew varies from 0.133 to 0.826 at the Gum river basin and from 0.376 to 1.484 at the Yong San river basin. Therefore, computation of flood frequncy used average coeffiint of Skew, 0.4 at the Gum river basin and 0.8 at the Yong San river basin. The frequency curve was plotted by Log Pearson typeⅢ method on nomal probability paper in fig.(1∼8)

The research was to analyze the realities of present operations and to improve the city planning facilities for water supply and facilities in small scale water supply systems. At present, the focus on metropolitan cities of water supply policy have caused disagreement among different classes of citizens of metropolitan cities and small communities regarding the imbalance distribution of facilities and which is a cause of poor financial affairs and insufficient budget. So, the target of this research was to survey the present condition of the facilities for small communities and small scale water supply system by investigating the facilities in Chungju city, Chungcheongbukdo province. Along with, suggestions were made for the improvement of operation analysis and problems.

Hwa-Yang River designated as a national park has most beautiful view. However, the river has currently faced to become polluted by the tourists during summer months. Due to this situation, serious concern has given to current ecosystem which could be negatively affected by the tourists. Therefore, I studied the relationships between water quality variations and ecosystem. The results of this study will be useful and beneficial to sustain current ecosystem for the Hwa-Yang River.
