Boussinesq 방정식을 이용한 크노이드파의 Brags반사 해석

본 연구에서는 Boussinesq 방정식을 이용하여 유도한 한 쌍의 상미분방정식을 이용하여, 수심이 완만히 변하는 일정 경사면의 정현파형 지형 및 복합정현파형 지형에서의 Bragg반사를 해석하였다. 입사파는 크노이드파를 사용하였으며, 입사파의 분산성과 해저지형의 형태가 반사에 미치는 영향에 관하여 검토하였다. 해석결과에 의하면 정현파형 지형의 경우에는 입사파 분산성의 크기와 정현파형 지형의 진폭이 증가할수록 반사율이 증가하였으며, 복합정현파형 지형의 경우에는 지형의 진폭이 증가할수록, 해저지형을 구성하는 두 개의 정현성분 파수의 차가 감소할수록 반사율의 크기는 증가하였다. Numerical analysis for the Bragg reflection due to a sinusoidally and a doubly-sinusoidally varying seabeds was performed by using a couple of ordinary differential equations derived from the Boussinesq equations. Incident waves are a train of cnoidal waves. The effects of the dispersion and shape of seabed were investigated. It is shown that the reflection of a sinusoidally varying seabed is enhanced by increasing the dispersion and the amplitude of a seabed. The reflection of waves over a doubly-sinusoidally varying seabed can also be enhanced by increasing the amplitude of seabed decreasing the difference of wave numbers of seabed components.

본 논문에서는 2차원 경계요소법 수치모형을 이용하여 급경사에서 고립파의 처오름과 진행과정을 연구하였다. 먼저 수치모형을 상대적으로 완만한 경사에 적용하여 처오름 높이를 산정하여 기존의 수리모형실험의 결과, 수치해 및 해석해 등과 비교하여 수치모형의 정확도를 검증하였다. 경계요소법에 의한 수치해는 전체적으로 기존의 자료 등과 잘 일치하였다. 다음에 수치모형을 급경사 지형에 적용하여 처오름 높이를 산정한다. 경계요소법은 완경사 뿐만 아니라 급경사에서도 고립파의 최대 처오름 높이 산정에 매우 효율적이며, 경계요소법에 의한 결과는 인공수로의 제방 또는 방파제의 설계에 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로, 급경사에서의 고립파의 파고를 계산하여 Green의 법칙에 의한 결과와 비교하였다. The run-up and the evolution of solitary waves on steep beaches are investigated by using a two-dimensional boundary integral equation model. The model is first used to compute the run-up heights of solitary waves on a relatively mind slope. The model is verified by comparing the computed numerical solutions with available experimental data, other numerical solutions and approximated analytical solutions. The agreement between the present numerical solutions and the other data is found to be excellent. The model is then applied to the calculation of run-up heights on very steep slopes. As far as the maximum run-up of solitary waves is concerned, the boundary integral equation model provides reasonable and reliable solutions. Finally, the evolution on steep beaches is also examined and the obtained wave heights are compared with those calculated from the Green's law.

최근 학교폭력의 문제에 대한 심각성이 대두되게 되면서 학교폭력으로 인한 자살, 정신적 질환, 나아가 잔인한 살해까지 매스컴에 보도되고 있으며 학교폭력에 대한 사회적 관심 또한 크게 고조되었다. 이에 따라 정부에서는 전국에 있는 학생들을 대상으로 학교폭력의 실태를 파악하기 위해 전수조사는 물론 다양한 정책을 시행하기도 하였다. 그러나 이러한 일련의 과정 중에서 학교폭력 피해자의 인권이 보장되지 않아 학교폭력의 피해자가 재피해를 입게 되는 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 학교폭력에 대해 관리하고 지원해야할 교사나 관계자들이 학교폭력 처리과정에서 소극적으로 사건을 처리하거나 사건을 은폐했기 때문이다. 따라서 가해자 중심의 학교폭력 처리시스템에서 탈피해 학교폭력 피해학생의 적극적 지원과 인권 확보가 매우 절실한 시점이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서 학교폭력의 이해를 도모하고 이에 따른 절차상 피해학생의 인권이 보장될 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 이에 대한 방안으로 피해학생 인권보호를 위한 개입과 권한 부여, 다각적인 인권교육의 실시, 학교폭력 피해자․가해자 조정(화해)제도, 학교폭력 목격자 및 관계자 활용을 그 방안으로 제시하였다. As severity to the issue of school violence is on the rise recently, suicide, mental illness, and further even cruel killing due to school violence are broadcasted to mass communication and social interests to school violence is also risen largely. Therefore, the government has implemented multiple policies as well as complete enumeration survey in order to find out the current state of school violence subjecting on students nationwide. However, it is indicated that as the human rights of school violence victims are not guaranteed in the course of such process, the victims experience the second damages. In particular, these are happened because teachers or school authorities who have to control the school violence or support the help to school violence deal with these cases passively or have covered up the cases. Therefore, this is the urgent point to support victims and to secure human rights of them avoiding school violence handling system focusing on the perpetrators. Therefore, this study plans the understanding of school violence and searches for the plan to guarantee the human rights of victims in the procedure. As a counterplan to this, this study suggests intervention and granting the authorization for the protection of human rights of victims, implementing of multilateral human rights education, mediation (reconciliation) system between victims and perpetrators, and use of witnesses of school violence.

지혜 문학에 나타난 부의 개념과 신학적 의미 -rv[와 ryv[를 중심으로-

The purpose of this paper is to find the concept of wealth in the wisdom literature of the Bible, through exegetical study on the verses in Job, Ecclesiastes and Proverbs, where the Hebrew term rv[ or the derivation ryv[ appears. It shows that the rich in these texts are treated in the theological context only. In the Book of Proverbs where the term rv[ and ryv[ appears the most in the Bible, it seems that the secular milieus are emphasized in regard to the concept of wealth. But the proverbial texts are to be in organic relationship and we can find the concept of wealth in Proverbs is made by whole three stages: secular, ethical and theological. Then it goes without saying that the ultimate goal of the sages in Proverbs is to make theological statement concerning wealth. The fact that wealth, the most secular subject is reinterpreted as a theological one may help prevent further claims that the wisdom literature in the Hebrew Bible is mundane, materialistic and so on. 본 소론에서는 지혜 문학에 나타난 부의 개념을 통해 구약 성서 지혜 문학의 본질을 재고한다. 부를 나타내는 히브리어 동사 rv[와 그 파생어 ryv[가 사용되는 욥기, 전도서, 잠언의 해당 구절들 가운데, 욥기와 전도서에서는 부의 개념이 단지 신학적 진술을 위한 보조 수단으로 사용되며 부의 개념은 철저하게 신학적 정황 안에 놓여 있다. 반면에 잠언에서는 부의 개념이 다양한 양상으로 나타나는 가운데 특별히 세속적인 정황을 강조하는 구절들이 발견되어 비록 정경이지만 잠언에는 여전히 세속적, 물질적 관심이 존재한다고 규정하는 근거가 되고 있다. 그러나 부의 개념과 관련해서 잠언에 나타나는 여러 양상들은 서로 유기적인 관계 속에 놓여 있다. 즉, 세속적 물질적 관심은 윤리적 개념들에 의해 새롭게 재해석되고 있으며, 윤리적 개념들은 신학적으로 승화된다. 그러므로 잠언에서조차 부의 개념은 궁극적으로 신학적 진술이 목표라는 사실을 알 수 있다. 결과적으로 가장 세속적이라 할 수 있는 부의 개념이 성서의 지혜 문학에서 철저하게 신학적으로 다루어진다는 것은 지혜 문학의 본질이 신학적이라는 사실을 잘 보여준다.
