이 연구의 목적은 학생의 읽기 능력을 측정하기 위한 빈칸 메우기 검사 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 검사 도구를 개발하고, 개발과정을 기술하였다. 개발한 검사 도구는 선다형 빈칸 메우기 검사이며, 초등학교 5학년용 1종으로 20문항으로 이루어져 있다. 이 검사 도구는 독해의 여러 하위 과정 중사실적 읽기와 추론적 읽기 능력을 측정한다. 검사 도구를 제작한 후, 2차례에 걸쳐 시행하고 문항반응이론으로 분석하였다. 2-모수 모형을 활용하여, 문항난이도 및 변별도와 학생의 읽기 능력을 추정하였다. 또한 학생을 학년 미달 수준, 학년 수준, 학년 상회 수준으로 구분할 수 있는 준거를 설정하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 선다형 빈칸 메우기 검사 도구는 표준화 검사, 포트폴리오와 같은 다른 읽기 평가 도구들과 상보적으로 활용되어야 한다. The purpose of this paper is to develop cloze test for measuring reading ability. This paper described developing process. The test which is multiple-choice cloze test, consists of 20 items. This test measures literal comprehension, inferential comprehension, and can be used for 5 grade. The colze test was administered 2 times and analyzed by item response theory. Using 2-parameter model, item difficulty, discrimination and reading ability was estimated. Also, standard setting was conducted to divide reading ability to ``below grade``, ``at grade``, ``above grade``. This cloze test should be used to compensate for other reading tests such as standardized test, portfolio, and so forth.

본 연구의 목적은 국어교과서가 텍스트의 수용 과정에서 읽기 전략을 어떠한 방법으로 제시하고 있는지 살펴보고, 어떠한 방향으로 제시하는 것이 보다 바람직한가에 대하여 고찰하는 데 있다. 교과서의 이해학습과 적용학습은 대체로 안내 활동이 주를 이루고 있었다. 이해학습에서는 설명과 시범을 통한 교사 주도의 활동이, 적용학습에서는 안내와 참여를 통한 학생 주도의 활동이 필요함에도 불구하고, 이러한 활동은 거의 제시되지 않았다. 이는 이해학습에서 전략의 내용 및 수행 방법을 제대로 제시하지 못한 것에서 기인한 것으로 생각된다. 즉, 학생이 주도적으로 활동할 수 없을 것이라는 불안감이 적용학습의 장면에 작용하여 학생 주도의 참여 활동이 일어날 수 없도록 한 것이다. The purpose of this study is to revisit aspect of reading strategy in elementary school Korean textbook. Although there are a number of strategies, the study focuses on summarizing strategy. The results are as follows. First, 'learning for understanding" and 'learning for applying' were consisted of guided reading overall. Second, there were little or no explaining and modeling in 'learning for understanding". Finally, there were little or no guiding and participating in 'learning for applying". Elementary school Korean textbook should offer explaining, modeling, guiding and participating in order to help students learn reading comprehension.

RTE 구현 정보시스템과 민첩성 역량 그리고 기업성과의 관계

최근 들어 환경변화에 신속히 대응하는 민첩성 역량(agility capabilitiy)은 기업의 핵심역량으로서 그 중요성이 증가하고 있으며, 민첩성 역량을 확보하고 구현해 낼 수 있는 수단이자 지향점으로 실시간 기업(Real Time Enterprise: RTE)의 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업의 민첩성 역량의 척도를 개발하고, RTE를 구현하는 정보시스템 활용도와 민첩성 역량과의 관계를 규명하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 또한 민첩성 역량이 기업의 재무적·비재무적 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 분석결과 민첩성 역량은 반응성, 신속성, 유연성, 경영능력이 하위차원을 지닌 상위의 개념임을 신뢰성과 타당성분석을 통해 밝혔다. 그리고 민첩성 역량의 하위요인 모두 정보시스템의 활용도와, 재무성과 비재무성과에도 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하였으며, 연구의 한계와 미래 연구방향을 제시하였다. Recently, a business organization is finding it necessary to achieve agility capabilities in responding to unpredicted changes in the market environment. Although need for agility capabilities continues to heighten in order to realize real time enterprise, the antecedent literatures related to agility aspects are incomplete. Hence, this study aims to develop the measurement scale for agility dimensions, and to investigate empirically relationship among the utilization of IT based on realizing RTE, agility capabilities and financial and non-financial performance. As a result of this research, four dimensions of agility capabilities are identified and we have proved for agility dimension to be upper construct, including responsiveness, competency, flexibility, speed and also confirmed reliability, validity by using LISEREL 8.50 and the utilization of IT based on realizing RTE has significant, positive effects on each multidimensional agility. It is proved that the utilization of IT plays a critical role on the performance and each multidimensional agility has significant, positive effects on financial and non-financial performance. Through these results, we also present the implication and limitations.

2020년 신종코로나로 인한 비대면 경제 활동이 일회용 플라스틱의 사용을 급증시킨 반면 폐플라스틱의 재활용은 오히려 수요가 급감하여 이후 사회적 문제로 대두될 가능성이 매우 높다. 최근 전기차 시장의 증가는 이러한 폐플라스틱을 재활용한 친환경 전기차로서의 역할을 하게 될 것이며 이미 글로벌 완성차 업계에서도 발빠르게 움직이고 있다. 또한, 자동차에 사용되는 많은 양의 우레탄발포폼은 인체‧환경 유해성의 문제로 친환경 소재로의 전환을 위한 업계의 지속적인 연구활동이 있어왔으며, 그 중 섬유업계에서는 탄성섬유를 이용한 부직포를 개발하여 대체의 가능성을 높여가고 있다. 이 외 자동차 내장소재로 많이 사용되는 폴리에스터의 중합 공정에 더 이상 유해물질인 Antimony를 사용하지 않는 친환경 공법 등을 소개한다.

이 논문의 목적은 독자의 읽기 능력과 텍스트의 난이도를 정확하게 측정하여, 독자에게 적합한 텍스트를 선정하는 방법의 개발 방향을 모색하는 데 있다. 독자에게 텍스트를 맞추기 위하여, 국내외의 주요 선행연구들을 분석한 후, Lexile와 같은 방법을 개발하는 데 초점을 두었다. 개발상의 주요 과제를 살펴보고 개발의 방향을 모색하였다. 차세대 이독성 시스템이라 불리는 Lexile와 같은 방법을 개발하기 위해서는 문항 개발과 문항난이도 분석, 회귀분석, 척도 변환이라는 과제를 해결해야 한다. 선다형으로 독해 검사 문항을 개발한 후, 문항난이도를 분석하기 위하여 문항반응이론을 활용하고, 텍스트의 난이도를 측정하기 위하여 회귀분석방법을 사용하며, 절대적인 척도로 변환하는 것을 개발 방향으로 세웠다. This thesis investigated the developing method of matching reader to texts. This thesis focused on the Lexile Framework which was developed by MetaMetrics. After reviewing prior researches, this thesis presented three principles for developing of method of matching reader to texts. The method of matching reader to texts must be intended to 1) developing test of reading comprehesion and analysing item difficulty, and 2) using regression analysis, and 3) translating the scale. To do this, this thesis suggested using item response theory, regression analysis and absolute scale.
