저산소증 흰 쥐에서 Cytochrome P-450 활성이 비가역적 세포 손상에 미치는 영향

The mechanism of irreversible hypoxic injury was studied with the brain and kidney of Sprague-Dowley rats. Cytochrome P-450 has been noted to upregulate significantly with hypoxic injury causing changes in the cell, especially of arachidonic acid metabolism and Na^+-K^+ ATPase activity. Following hypoxia, Na^+-K^+-ATPase was stimulated by the increase AA metalbolites induced by cut p-450. This resulted in irreversible cell injury due to alterations of intracellular structure, pH and ionic contents. In this study, the amout of cytochrome P-450, metabolites of arachidonate and the activity of Na^+-K^+ ATPase in the brain and the kidney microsomes of hypoxic rat were compared with the control. 1) The levels of cytochrome P-450 showed a significant increase in hypoxic rat brain and kidney microsomes compared to control. 2) Arachidonic acid metabolites of cytochrome P-450, 19- HERE slightly increased with hypoxia. 3) The enzyme activity of Na^+-K^+ ATPase increased significantly with hypoxia.
