Generation of compound wordsin children with mental retardation 본 연구에서는 언어연령이 4-5세인 정신지체아동들과 일반아동들을 대상으로 그림을 보고 종속구조의 합성명사를 만들어 내는 능력을 2개의 실험을 통하여 조사하였다. 실험 1에서는 그림과 함께, 목표합성명사를 구성하는 명사들이 정순서로 제시되는 문장과 역순서로 제시되는 문장을 들려주었다. 일반아동들은 제시되는 문장의 종류와 관계없이 합성명사를 90% 이상의 정확도로 만들었으나, 정신지체아동들은 정순서 문장 조건과 역순서 문장 조건에서 정반응율이 각각 95%와 18%였다. 정신지체 아동들이 역순서 문장 조건에서 보인 오류는 대부분 합성명사를 구성하는 명사들의 순서를 바꾸는 것이었다. 실험 2에서 그림만 보고 합성명사를 만들게 했을 때, 일반아동들은 89%, 정신지체아동들은 28%의 정반응율을 보였다. 실험 2에서 정신지체 아동들의 오류는 대부분 목표합성명사를 단일어로 만드는 것이었다. 두 실험의 결과에 따르면, 정신지체아동들은 합성명사를 만들 때 합성명사를 이루는 두 개의 단어를 모두 파악하는데 어려움을 보였고, 두 개의 단어들이 문장에서 단서로 제시된 경우에도 두 단어 사이의 종속구조에 근거하여 단어를 배열하지 못하고 문장의 단어 배열 순서에 의존하는 경향을 보였다. <주제어> 정신지체아동, 합성명사 생성, 단어배열 순서

Recently, Korea suffered serious social conflicts between generations due to population aging. Anxiety about depletion of the National Pension Fund is one of the social problem to young generation, because of the uncertainty that they will not able to receive the pension they paid. At the same time, due to the high housing rent in Seoul metropolitan area, the demand for housing welfare and supply of public rental housing for young generation was increased. There are some opinions about using National Pension Fund to supplying public rental houses in the society. In this research, we were concentrated on finding the suitable areas for the public rental house using National Pension Fund. First, verifying the validity of the investment using National Pension Fund for the public rental housing was done. And spatial statistical methods were applied to explore the suitable areas for the public rental housing in Seoul metro area. Finally, this study divided young people into three groups and analyzed ways to supply public rental housing for each group in proper areas by their demand. This research's ultimate goals are mitigating the conflicts between the generations and achieving both profitability and publicness of National Pension Fund.

This paper addresses the problem of scheduling a set of jobs a common due date on a single machine. The objective is to minimize the sum of the earliness and tardiness of jobs subject to T_mas≤△ for△≥0. Properties for the MAD/T_max problem are found and the problem is shown to be NP-complete in the ordinary sense. According to the range of △. the problem can be solved in polynomial time. Also, some special cases where an optimal schedule is found in polynomial time are discussed.

심한 두부하강 자세가 맥압변이도에 미치는 영향

Background: The effects of head-down position on dynamichemodynamic variables remain without full understanding. Weevaluated the effects of steep head-down position on the pulsepressure variation (PPV). Methods: Forty patients were positioned at 30o head-downposition after anesthesia induction. We measured the heart rate(HR), arterial blood pressure (BP) and PPV before and 2 minutesafter the position change. Results: PPV and HR decreased (9.3 ± 3.2% to 4.6 ± 1.8%, 67.2± 11.4 to 62.4 ± 7.8, respectively) after steep head-down position,whereas the BP increased. Baseline PPV was related withdecreases of PPV (r2 = −0.83, P < 0.0001). An 8% PPV thresholddiscriminated the patients with more than 5% decreases of absolutePPV value. The area under the receiver operating characteristiccurve was 0.98 (95% CI = 0.88 to 1.00, P < 0001). Conclusions: Steep head-down position caused decreases inPPV. Higher PPV at the supine position decreased more after theposition change. Further investigations are required to assess thesignificance, the duration and the relationship with fluid responsivenessof this change.

Effects of Mozzarella Cheese Manufactured by S. macedonicus LC743 on the Immune Status of Mouse

To develop a new starter culture for Mozzarella cheese, the immunomodulatory action of Streptococcus macedonicus LC743 in male C57BL/6 mice was studied. Mice were fed for 7 wk with feed containing 1% Mozzarella cheese made with three kinds of starter cultures from S. macedonicus LC743 (G3), FD-DVS TCC-3 (G2) and S. macedonicus LC743 : FDDVS TCC-3(1:1) (G4) and control (feed only, G1), respectively. No significant differences in body weight gain were observed among the various groups of mice. The spleen index and thymus index were observed and no significant differences were found among the groups. The production of TNF-α of S. macedonicus LC743 group significantly increased compared to the control group. The production of IL-1β was significantly enhanced by the feeding of S. macedonicus LC743 group compared to the control group. In regards to the white blood cell counts, the neutrophil percentages were significantly higher in the G1 group compared to other groups. The lymphocyte percentages were significantly higher in G2,G3 and G4 groups in comparison to the control group. The results of this study may suggest that the supplementation of S. macedonicus LC743 can increase the cytokine production activity by the activated macrophages in mice. Based on the result of this study, it could be concluded that S. macedonicus LC743 could stimulate the immune functions of mice.

POS시스템 내 소프트웨어 무결성 검증 방안

A Point-of-Sales (POS) terminal manages the selling process by a salesperson accessible interface in real time. Using a POS system makes a business and customer management much more efficient. For these reasons, many store install POS terminal and used it. But it has many problem that stealing personal information by hacking and insider corruption. Because POS system stored payment information like that sales information, card valid period, and password. In this paper, I proposed software integrity verification technique in POS system based on White list. This method can prevent accidents that personal information leak by hacking and POS system forge and falsification. This proposed method provides software integrity, so it can prevent inside and outside threats in advance. POS단말기란 카드결제 가맹점의 판매정보를 실시간으로 관리하는 시스템으로, 카드결제 기능이 함께 탑재되어 있어 판매 및 고객관리에 편의성을 제공해준다. 이러한 장점으로 인해 많은 가맹점들이 POS단말기를 설치하여 사용하고 있지만 내부에 저장된 매출정보, 카드유효기간, 비밀번호, 카드 검증 값 등과 같은 결제정보가 외부의 해킹이나 내부자의 부정으로 인해 카드회원 신용정보 유출 및 위조카드 등과 같은 사고의 원인이 되고 있어 해결책이 시급한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 POS단말기의 해킹 및 위·변조로 인해 발생하는 개인정보 유출과 관련된 사고를 사전에 방지하기위하여 화이트 리스트 기반의 POS 시스템 내 소프트웨어 무결성 검증 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방식은 소프트웨어의무결성을 제공하여 현재 암호화와 보안 솔루션에 의해 검증되어 설치된 프로그램의 변조를 방지하여 외부로부터의 위협 뿐 아니라 내부자에 의한 개인정보 유출 및 부정사용을 사전에 방지할 수 있다.

Objectives: This study aims to determine the regional spatial pattern of the number of restaurants and bars per population unit—one of the physical availability variables of alcohol—and to determine its relationship with violence, which is associated with harmful alcohol consumption. Methods: This study used secondary data from 250 cities and counties in South Korea gathered by several national institutions. The dependent variable is the number of violent crimes per 100,000 people, and the independent variables are the number of restaurants and bars per 100,000 people and monthly alcohol drinking rates in 250 cities and counties in Korea. Spatial cluster analysis and Bayesian conditional autoregressive modeling were employed using ArcGIS pro 2.6.0 and R programming. Results: Spatial autocorrelation was shown in the dependent variable and three independent variables. Regarding the number of violent crimes per 100,000 people, spatial hotspots occurred in Gangneung and Sokcho cities, Gangwon-do, Pyeongtaek, and Woongjin-si, the metropolitan area in Gyeonggi-do. Monthly alcohol drinking rate hot spots in cities and counties appeared in huge clusters: Busan and Ulsan cities. The local spatial autocorrelation of general restaurants was high in the coastal area of Gangwon-do. Restaurant hot spots occurred in cities and counties in coastal areas of Gangwon-do. Bar hot spots appeared in the coastal areas of Gangwon-do, some areas of Gyeongsangnam-do, and Busan city. Using Bayesian conditional autoregressive modeling, the factors affecting the rate of violent crime per 100,000 people were monthly alcohol drinking rate (p<.05) and the number of restaurants per 100,000 population(p<.01). Conclusion: It is necessary to establish a cooperative system in areas where alcohol consumption rates and violent crimes are clustered.

Physiological Characteristics and Immunomodulating Activity of Streptococcus macedonicus LC743 Isolated from Raw Milk

To develop a new starter culture for fermented milk, Streptococcus macedonicus LC743 was isolated from raw milk and its physiological characteristics were investigated. S. macedonicus LC743 showed good immunomodulating activity compared to the index LAB starters tested. The optimum growth temperature of S. macedonicus LC743 was 40℃, and it took 18 h to reach pH 4.34 under these conditions. S. macedonicus LC743 showed higher sensitivity to novobiocin in a comparison of 15 different antibiotics and showed the highest resistance to gentamycin. It also showed higher activities of leucine arylamidase and acid phosphatase. Moreover, it was comparatively tolerant to bile juice and acid and displayed high resistance to Escherichia coli, Salmonella Typhimurium, Staphylococcus aureus with rates of 80.0%, 68.42%, and 81.54%respectively. These results demonstrate that S. macedonicus LC743 could be an excellent starter culture for fermented milk with a high level of immunomodulating activity.
