      • 전압에 따라 파장이 조정되는 IR 검출기를 위한 Si/Si_(1-x)Ge_x 다중 Superlattice 구조

        Si/Si_(1-x)Ge_x를 이용한 다중 superlattice 구조가 전압에 의해 파장의 조정이 가능한 IR(Infrared) 검출기에 응용될 수 있음이 연구되었다. 연구된 다중 superlattice는 각 superlattice의 밴드들이 연결되도록 구성하여, 가해진 전압에 따라 다른 파장을 가지는 광자들에 의해 여기(勵起)된 전자들 만이 모여질 수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 구조를 통하여 6.2, 8.3 및 15㎛의 파장을 가지는 광의 흡수가 가능함을 보였다. 이러한 세가지의 다른 파장에서의 통과계수를 계산하였으며, 여기된 전자들은 연결된 밴드를 통하여 자유로이 이동할 수 있음이 보여졌다. Multiple superlattices of Si/Si_(1-x)Ge_x are shown to deliver voltage- tunable infrared detection. The superlattices are configured in a band- aligned structure such that photoh-excited electrons can be collected at the end of the structure at different wavelengths depending on applied electric field. Photodetection at 6.2, 8.3, and 15㎛ is shown to be possible with the structure. Corresponding transmission coefficients for the three wavelengths are high enough for the carriers to move freely through the aligned minibands.

      • Type4 공기호흡기 용기의 돔형상에 따른 파열부위 연구

        등장력 돔이론에 따른 Type4 공기호흡기 용기의 돔형상 구조해석과 그에 따른 용기 파열 부위를 연구하였다. 이를 위해 등장력 돔형상 용기, 등장력 돔형상보다 길게 제 작된 용기, 그리고 등장력 돔형상보다 작게 제작된 용기 3개를 제작하여 수압파열시험 을 실시하였다. 구조해석을 수행한 결과로 최고 응력이 모두 용기 몸통부위에 발생하 는 것을 확인하였다 하지만 최외각 복합재층을 제거한 구조해석에서 비등장력돔 2개 는 돔너클(몸통부위와 돔이 만나는 지점)에서 파열이 시작하였다. 실제 파열시험에서 도 등장력돔 용기는 몸통에서 파열이 되었으나 비등장력돔 용기 2개는 돔너클에서 파 열되였다. 미국 DOT-CFFC 규정에서는 몸통에서 파열을 규정하고 있으므로 등장력돔 형상 용기 제작을 권장한다. In this work the augmented safety of Type 4 composite vessel has been demonstrated through a series of burst tests and structural analyses. For this end, three sample vessels were used: (1) designed as guided by the isotensoid dome theory (called iso-dome cylinder); (2) with dome longer compared to uniform-stress design (called prolate cylinder); and (3) with dome wider than uniform-stress design (called oblate cylinder). the maximum stresses of structural analyses are induced around the bodies of all three cylinders. However, the analyses, with the assumption of possible defect demonstrate that the maximum stresses are induced around the dome knuckles for the prolate and the oblate cylinders. The results of the ambient hydraulic burst tests show that the burst initiates from the cylinder body of the iso-dome cylinder and from the dome knuckles of the prolate and the oblate cylinders.

        The environmental right is one of the basic right and it is demanded absolute right for human life and it is guaranted equal to everyone. When a man is disturbed such the rights on environment by other people, what can we think about the aqqrieved person's protective method? On this questions, there are various opinions. Those are the theory of real right claim, the theory of personnal right, the theory of torts, the theory of environmental right. Among them, I think that the last opinion is proper theory. So I will support the theory of environmental right.

      • 共同不法行爲에 있어서의 關聯共同性

        In current society, the intensification of scientific technique and diversified complication of social organization inevitably has made the intercharge and contact among members of society more voluminous and diverse. As the result of it, the case of accident compensation for tort also has undergone a gradual change from classical pattern to voluminous and divers one. Accordingly, it is natural that the case between the plural offenders and suffers has happened to be the new problem on the current law of tort. The tort of plural offender who stands the liability for the same damage can be classified as follows. The joint tort on Article 760 of our civil law, the general tort on article 750 by which liability for the some damage has to be stood compatibly, the tort of plural offender on article 755,756,etc, and the tort of plural torts, specially, law by which liability has to be stood. Among the above mentioned various liability of plural torts, specially, the function and meaning of the joint tort on article 760 our civil law, T think, has to be investigated. Since the earlier times, there has been opposing opinions as the policy of legislation about whether the special pattern of joint tort be or not. Even the special provisions of joint tort, though it is established by law like our civil law, is vague in the contents of it and insuffient in the light of the present dispute on tort. In this thesis, to solive the preliminary problem of various incompatibility of the common opinion and the case on Article 760 of our civil law, namely, the fictiousness of related cooperation and the functional deficiency of joint and several liability, I tried to reconstruct the patterns of joint tort through judgement and analysis.

        With regard to joint tort, our civil law, article 780 shows: 「①When someone damage others by joint tort it is the assailants'responsibility to cpmpensate the damage jointly ②It is the same as th above when the acts done by many but not jointly can not be identified with the damage③Instigator or aid and abettors are regared as joint toters.」 It is the general approach for the Korean schplars to regard the types of joint tort to be given by the civil lw and then ony to review the requirements and the effects for each type of joint tort. Naming th ejoint tort of clause1.art. 760 as joint tort in a narrow sense , that if clause 2. rt . 760 as joint tort with obscure assailant, and that of clause 3, art . 760 as joint tort with instigators or aid and abettors, they typifing the joint tort just simply and formlly. For example, the concepts of joint between the clause 1 and 2 o art. 760 in the civil law are somewhat different . That is, without clear understanding about what each joint toter act jointly, it would be difficult to typify that systematically and hence to develop the subject of the requirement and effects for each type of joint theoretically. This means that it is one of the most important subjects with regard to joint tort to discuss the question that in which case can we say there is the nature o joint tort for the ats doen by many since each act done jointly in joint tort would be the cause of the concerndd damage. Thus , the purpose of this paper is to review the existing theories about the types of joinyt tort which come from an interpretation of the art . 760 in the civil law and then to try to reconstruct the types off joint tort theoretically by studying comparatively the theories, precidents, and legislative processes for Deutchland and Japan, which would the mother law of our current civil law. Moreover, this paper in tends to clarify the concepts for the types of joint tort.

      • Computer Application in Analysis of Environmental Data

        본 연구는 환경 데이터를 이용하고 이를 효과적으로 적용하기 위해 필요한 데이터를 관리하고 분석하기 위한 전산화 과정 작업을 수행하였다. 환경 데이타 수집과 수정은 산업체와 정부기관에서 요구하는 데이터의 용어, 기능, 변환과 형식등을 정의하는 표준화된 지침을 제공하여 데이터 이용 효율성을 높일 수 있다. 표준화 작업에 의해 컴퓨터에 입력된 데이터는 환경 유해 요소가 있는 화학물질, 데이터 처리 장비 이용과 관련 기술, 문제점을 파악한 후 실행하기 위한 다양한 방법을 제공한다. 특히 체계화된 데이터 관리는 환경 오염과 보호를 위해 관련 데이터의 문제점과 과오를 방지하는 예방적 차원에서규범이 될 수 있다. 주요어: 환경데이타, 전산화, 보호, 자료수집 Computerization of the wealth of available environmental data facilitates both data access and interpretation to address specific user needs. Data collection and compilation can be enhanced by the adoption of format standards which define guidelines for common terminology, documentation of performance measurement for government and industry associations, data output and presentation, and for assessing data quality. Well defined programs, using a variety of established computerization techniques, can serve as effective tools for selection of environmental chemicals, equipment, technology, assessing technological limitation, selection and design of environmental protection method/process and for gaining better understanding of the significance and theoretical consideration relation to operative environmental mechanism.
