        한국교회의 성장과 침체의 구조를 살펴보면 어렵지 않게 한국사회의 현대산업사회 패러다임을 확인 할 수 있다. 현대산업사회 패러다임은 한국교회의 성장에 기여한 것만큼, 그 자체의 근본적 문제점 때문에 한국교회 침체의 직접적인 원인이 되고 있다. 한국교회 지도자들이 경험하고 있는 피곤과 무력감은 이러한 패러다임에 따라 구성된 현대한국적 인성/영성과 무관하지 않다. 그것은 곧 일, 성취, 성공중심의 영성/ 인성이다. 발달심리학과 성격심리학의 연구에 따르면 일, 성취, 성공 중심으로 패턴화된 인성은 성숙하지도 않고, 건강하지도 않다. 기독교 신앙과 성경적 영성은 패턴으로 표현할 때 존쟂우심의 영성/ 인성이라고 말할 수 있다. 존재중심의 영성/인성은 중년이후의 발달심리학과 성격심리학의 성숙한 인성개념과도 조화를 이루고 있다. 성숙한 영성/ 인성은 지도자로 하여금 퍼스날리티의 전인적 통합성을 갖게 하고, 종교의 영적 의미에 대한 깊은 통찰을 가능하게 해 주기 때문에 건강한 개인, 건강한 사역, 치유적 관계형성에 기여한다. 존재적 영성/ 인성의 추구야말고 종교, 인간, 교회의 본질에 맞는 지도자의 영성/ 인성으로서 겨로가적으로 의미 있는 일생의 사역, 그리고 건강한 교회를 가능하게 해 줄 수 있다. Korean churches in general are experiencing no more growth and are decreasing in growth recently. Church leaders are weary with their too hard, busy ministry. Although they are still hard workers, their ministry can not harvest as much as it could decades ago. With some Christians' misconduct in political, economiic and social areas of society, Korean Christianity is sometimes spoken ill for not living in accordance derived from critical socialistic viwepoints often stand against conservative protestant churches. The exhaustion and resistance which modern Korean leaders experience are derived from the modernistic industrial paradigm profoundly influencing the Korean Peninsula, and not from the inferent structural of functional problem of the church. The main character of modernistic industrialism can be expressed as the work-archievement-success centeredness. Due to this modernistic industrial paradigm, Korean church leaders and congregations have made every effort to make big-sized churches, just as ambitious leaders in industries have done for giant conglomerates. Church leaders have shared the same paradigmatic characteristics with common Korean people. As a result, Korean churches suffer from the limitations and by-products of the paradigm just as Korean society suffer from the limitations of modernistic growth-ism. Church leaders tried to discover the meaning of their ministry by virtue of quantitative achievement during the modernistic era. At the paradigmatic limitation point, however, their long familiar methods were not saticfactory for their spiritual personality and successful ministry, because their unbalanced paradigm has deviated from the nature of human personality, religion and church. A need for a inner, affective orientation of personality and ministry is coming forth. This kind of orientation is often called in the name of spirituality, Christian counseling, inner healing movement. However we can not accept such a dualistic post-modernistic pole, but the being(existence)-centeredmess in a holistic sense in leadership as well as in ministry. The being-centeredness demands a healthy personality formation and life long psychological development. According to the diagnoses of clinical psychologists, the overwork-archievement-success orientation leads to the disintegrated or distorted personality. Healing begins at finding the weak inner self of man concealed by externally broadening coverage. At the same time, theorists of human lifelong development psychology have shown the radical shift from the external orientation of personality to the internal in the life stage of middle age. Mature and well-developed personality does necessarily demand deep insight into oneself, acceptance of the inner self, integration and transcendence which are the characteristics of the being-centeredness. The religioud leaders are callec to become mature and spiritual people. Integrated personality/spirituality in leadership can not be reached by the quantitative external success of ministry but by qualitative inner maturity. For this reason, middle aged church leaders need to devote themselves much more to inner insight into their being and the spiritual meaning of religion. They must take interests in quiet inner, journey, meditation, and prayer in order to develop new closeness with God, themselves, other person and world. For this purpose Korean church ministry and leadership need much more balanced paradigm in the light of the nature of man, church and religion.

        칼빈에게 있어서 학교교육

        칼빈의 인성과 능력은 학교에 의해 주로 형성되었다. 칼빈은 제네바종교개혁에 참여한이후 줄곧 제네바학교 재조직을 위해 노력하였고, 생애 말기에 마침내 제네바학교를 설립하여 성공적으로 발전시켰고, 그 학교는 개혁교회와 장로교회 학교설립에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 칼빈의 학교교육의 목적은 하나님의 영광추구와 경건형성과 지도자양성이었고, 교육내용은 기독교신앙과 교양교육과 신학이었으며, 교육방법과 행정에서 주요특징은 명료한 이해, 단계 진행적 학급, 교사의 탁월성, 그리고 교회와 정부의 협력이었다. 비록 교육이론에 있어 칼빈의 학교교육은 독창적, 혁신적이라고 말하기는 어렵지만 그영향은 대단히 컸다. 교육의 기초문제와 효율성에 있어 칼빈의 학교교육통찰은 오늘날의기독교학교에도 몇 가지 의미 있는 통찰을 던져준다. 그 통찰은, 학교교육은 세계관에 따라 구별될 수밖에 없다는 것, 학교교육은 교회와 국가의 지원과 협력관계의 수준만큼 효율적일 수 있다는 것, 중등교육과 고등교육에서는 교육의 탁월성이 곧 영향력과 직결된다는 것, 교육내용은 신앙교육과 창조세계의 모든 것을 포함해야 하고 이 모두는 성경적 관점에서 조절되고 통합되어야 한다는 것 등이다. Calvin’s personality and intellectual capability were chiefly formed in school education. He attempted to reform schools since he had participated in the Genevan reformational activity. Finally, he planned and substantiated a new school, the Geneva Academy, which had great influence on school establishment in the regions where the Reformed churches and Presbyterian churches prevailed. The purpose of education, for Calvin, was the glorification of God, the formation of piety, and the upbringing of future leaders for church and society. The content of education was Christian faith, liberal arts and theology. The prominent features of methods and administration were clear understanding, graded small sized classes, excellence of teachers, and cooperation with church and government. Calvin’s school, as a whole, was not innovative and not creative from the perspective of education theories, but it was so effective that it was really influential. Some insights may be available to apply to contemporary Christian schools. The conspicuous insights are (1) that schooling has to be differentiated on the basis of world view, (2) that schooling may be effective in the level of support and cooperation among school, church and government,(3) that excellence pursuit in the case of secondary and tertiary schooling can guarantee being influential, (4) that curriculum has to include world,society as well as religion, and that all the content of education has to be controlled by and integrated from the Biblical perspective.

        진동수영역해석법을 이용한 캐비닛내부응답스펙트럼 생성 기법

        Seismic qualification of instruments and devices mounted on electrical cabinets in a nuclear power plant is performed in this study by means of the in-cabinet response spectrum (ICRS). A simple method and two rigorous methods are proposed in the EPRI NP-7146-SL guidelines for generating the ICRS. The simple method of EPRI can give unrealistic spectra that are excessively conservative in many cases. In the past, the time domain analysis (TDA) methods have been mostly used to analyze a structure. However, the TDA requires the generation of an artificial earthquake input motion compatible to the target response spectrum. The process of generating an artificial earthquake may involve a great deal of uncertainty. In addition, many time history analyses should be performed to increase the accuracy of the results. This study developed a numerical analysis program for generating the ICRS by frequency domain analysis (FDA) method. The developed program was validated by the numerical study. The ICRS calculated by FDA thoroughly matched with those obtained from TDA. This study then confirms that the method it proposes can simply and efficiently generate the ICRS compared to the time domain method.

        부구조시스템의 연계 효과를 고려한 구조물의 층응답스펙트럼 생성

        Seismic qualification of equipment including piping is performed by using floor response spectra (FRS) or in-structure response spectra (ISRS) as the earthquake input at the base of the equipment. The amplitude of the FRS may be noticeably reduced when obtained from coupling analysis because of interaction between the primary structure and the equipment. This paper introduces a method using a modal synthesis approach to generate the FRS in a coupled primary-secondary system that can avoid numerical instabilities or inaccuracies. The FRS were generated by considering the dynamic interaction that can occur at the interface between the supporting structure and the equipment. This study performed a numerical example analysis using a typical nuclear structure to investigate the coupling effect when generating the FRS. The study results show that the coupling analysis dominantly reduces the FRS and yields rational results. The modal synthesis approach is very practical to implement because it requires information on only a small number of dynamic characteristics of the primary and the secondary systems such as frequencies, modal participation factors, and mode shape ordinates at the locations where the FRS needs to be generated.

        Seismic Capacity Estimation of Steel Plate Concrete (SC) Shear Wall Specimens by Nonlinear Static Analyses

        This study focuses on the structural behavior of the Steel Plate Concrete (SC) shear wall subjected to the lateral forces. Ananalytical approach to model the nonlinear behavior of the SC shear wall member efficiently is introduced in this paper. Thepushover test results of the SC shear wall specimens in the previous study were first reviewed. Then, through the Finite Element (FE)modeling and structural analyses, the lateral load responses of the composite wall models were predicted to compare withexperimental results. More specifically, nonlinear static analyses were performed to estimate the seismic capacity of the SC shearwall. The failure modes, strength and stiffness characteristics of the composite walls were obtained from the analyses. Goodconcurrences in the initial stiffness and displacement outcomes of the FE model and experimental results along with similar overallbehavior were observed. It was also found that the analytical results depend a lot on the interface contact (i.e., boundary conditionsbetween concrete and studs, steel reinforcement and welded studs, respectively) while modeling the SC shear wall using FE.

        네덜란드 기독교학교 운동의 역사가 한국 기독교학교의 과제에 주는 함의

        Nowadays, when Korean Christian private schooling confronts with new crisis and challenge threatening evangelical activities and Christian education, kinds of new discussions and experiments of Christian alternative schooling are attempted. Among them, the parents Christian school model of Netherlands immigrants community is paid attention by Koreans adhering to the Reformed theological traditions. This thesis is a problem-historical research on the historical development and ideas of Netherlands Christian school movement(“school struggle”) as the ideal model of the Netherlands immigrants Christian schools. In Netherlands, Reformed churches based on the Calvinistic theology administered public schooling since 16th century. Enlightenment was introduced to the country in the middle of the 18th century, and the public school system by the monopoly of the government was settled in the early 19th century. Public school system aimed at forming both patriotism and Christian virtues contributing to nationalistic solidarity on the basis of modernism. As the negative result, Bible and doctrine teaching, and clergyman’s supervision on schools were excluded. As the reaction to the government drives, evangelical Reformed Christians made all attempts establish new Christian private schools and asked education freedom and legal equality of private schools. As the result of their political and social efforts, they got the legal approval of private schools in the middle of the 19th century and the equal financial support from the government in 1920. Since then, diversity and freedom of education on the basis of world views of the certain communities have been an characteristic of the Netherlands education, and Netherlands immigrants over the world have established Christian schools for the same cause. Implications of this historical development and its ideas for the Korean Christian schools are as follows: (1) educational neutrality of modern public school has ideologically been oriented in schooling reality and threatened the Christian world view. (2) Christian community has the task of forming Christian world view for her new generation. (3) Parents’ education rights for the children according to their own life view have to be respected. (4) Freedom and rights of education can be achieved by political and social efforts. (5) Christian school movement has been developed by evangelical enthusiasm and collective efforts. 한국기독교사립학교교육이 선교와 기독교적 인재양성교육의 효율성에 있어 도전과 위기에 직면한 오늘날, 다양한 형태의 기독교대안학교에 대한 논의와 실험이 이루어지고 있다. 그 중 개혁신학을 존중하는 사람들에게 네덜란드계 이민자들의 부모설립 기독교학교 모델은 상당한 관심의 대상이 되어왔다. 본 논문은 그 기독교학교운동의 원뿌리인 네덜란드 기독교학교운동의 이념과 발전과정을 검토함으로써 우리나라 상황에 적합한 함의를 찾으려는 문제사적 탐구이다. 네덜란드는 16세기 이래로 칼빈주의 신학에 기초한 개혁교회가 학교교육을 주도하였다. 그러나 18세기 중반 이후 계몽주의의 영향을 받기 시작했고, 19세기에 접어들면서 국가가 주도하는 공립학교제도가 확립되었다. 공립학교는 근대정신에 따라 국가통합성을 목표로 한 애국심과 기독교적 도덕성에 초점을 맞추었다. 그 결과 성경과 교리수업과 목사의 장학활동이 배제되었고, 복음주의 칼빈주의자들은 기독교학교교육을 위해 사립학교설립운동을 전개하였다. 정치사회적인 기독교학교운동의 결과 19세기 중반 종교적 세계관에 따른 사립학교교육이 법적 인정을 받게 되었고, 1920년에는 공립학교와 대등한 재정지원을 받아 냄으로써 교육의 완전한 자유를 보장받았다. 오늘날 사립학교를 통한 교육의 다양성과 자유는 네덜란드 교육의 주요한 특징이며, 종교공동체가 특정 세계관에 따라 교육할 수 있는 자유를 갖고 있다. 네덜란드계 이민자들은 새로 정착한 세계 여러 지역에서 동일한 특성의 기독교학교를 설립하여 운영하고 있다. 네덜란드 사립학교운동이 우리나라 기독교학교교육에 주는 함의는, 첫째, 공립학교교육의 기반이 되는 교육의 중립성이 사실은 이데올로기 지향적이고 기독교세계관을 위협한다. 둘째, 기독교공동체는 적극적으로 기독교 세계관을 형성하는 학교 교육의 과제를 갖는다. 셋째, 학교교육에서 부모의 인생관에 따른 교육권이 인정되어야 한다. 넷째, 기독교교육의 자유와 권리는 사회 안에서 법적인 것이므로 이 목표를 위한 사회정치적 노력이 요청된다. 다섯째, 기독교학교운동은 복음화운동과 맥을 같이한다.
