        HACCP 인증 축산물 판매장의 제조 환경 및 식육의미생물 관리수준에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) system application on microbial hazard management levels of pork and manufacturing environments. In this study, we compared and analyzed microbial levels in raw meat, finished products, and manufacturing environments (knifes, gloves, and cutting boards) of HACCP and non-HACCP meat markets. In addition, we surveyed the hygiene statuses of HACCP and non-HACCP meat markets. The general bacterial counts in raw meat, finished products, and manufacturing environments were lower in HACCP meat markets than in non-HACCP meat markets. Particularly, non-HACCP meat markets exceeded the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety microbiological recommendation criteria for raw meats (8.7%) and finished products (8.7%). Escherichia coli and coliform counts in raw meat, finished products, and manufacturing environments were also lower in HACCP meat markets than in non-HACCP meat markets. The biological hazard levels of finished products from non-HACCP meat markets were affected by raw meat and manufacturing environment. Moreover, according to questionnaire survey results, personal hygiene, manufacturing environment, and facility standards were lower in non-HACCP meat markets than in HACCP meat markets. Implementation of HACCP at meat markets is expected to minimize food poisoning by reducing the biological hazard levels to provide safe livestock products to consumers.

        Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) is the gold-standard treatment for moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Before CPAP therapy, optimal pressure to relieve any airway obstructive events (apnea, hypopnea, respiratory effort-related arousals, and snoring) should be measured during the second polysomnography. The main benefits of CPAP use are 1) elimination of airway obstructions regardless of sleep stages and positions during sleep, 2) amelioration of daytime and nocturnal symptoms, 3) decreased incidence and progression of systemic co-morbidities such as cardiovascular diseases, and 4) decreased incidence of accident-related traumas and mortality related to somnolence caused by OSA. Although CPAP is the most reliable and effective treatment for OSA, lack of patient acceptance and compliance may limit the CPAP use. To solve these problems, it is very important to educate patients and manage complications associated with mask and pressure-related discomforts as early as possible.

        개인 운전자의 주행 특성을 반영한 속도 예측 기법

        지능형 교통체계 (ITS: intelligent transport system)의 확산과 교통정보 저장 기술의 발달로 인하여 전국의 도로에서 하루에도 수천만 건의 교통 속도 데이터들이 수집되고 있으며, 시간의 흐름에 따라 생성되는 방대한 양의 데이터를 효율적으로 처리하는 방법과 신뢰성 있는 통행 속도 정보 예측이 중요한 연구 주제가 되고 있다. 이러한 교통 정보 시스템의 발달로 교통 정보에 대한 다양한 분석이 가능해 졌지만 운전자의 개인특성을 반영한 교통 정보의 분석은 아직까지 연구가 거의 이루어지고 있지 않은 분야이다. 본 논문에서는 도로유형, 시간대 등의 속성 (attribute)을 고려하여 운전자의 개인 특성을 반영한 속도 예측 기법을 제시한다. 데이터 정규화를 통하여 전체 분포에서 상대적 위치를 나타내는 통계량인 z-score를 이용하여 운전자의 개인주행 특성을 정의하고, 개인 특성에 따라 운전자들을 군집 기법인 k-means clustering 알고리즘을 사용하여 군집화 함으로써 군집 단위의 속도 정보 관리 방안을 제안한다. 다음으로, 군집별로 계산된 운전자 주행 특성을 반영하여 목적지 도달 시간 (destination arrival time)을 계산하기 위한 속도를 보정함으로써 속도 예측에대한 정확도를 개선한다. 실험 결과, 본 연구에서 제시한 예측 기법을 사용한 경우, 평균 5.27%, 최대 10.4% 의 오차 개선 효과를 달성할 수 있었다. With the development of ITS (intelligent transport system) and traffic information storage technology, tens of millions of data are gathered nationwide on daily basis. It is becoming an important research issue recently to handle such large amount of data efficiently and to perform the reliable traffic speed prediction. It has become possible to analyze various traffic information with the development of the intelligent traffic system, but data analysis that reflects driver's individual driving characteristics has not been considered yet. In this study, we present the speed prediction method considering various attributes such as road types and daily time slots. We have defined a driver's driving characteristic using z-score, which is a statistics for ascertaining the relative position in the entire distribution by normalizing the distribution. We have also presented a process of managing the speed data according to the groups that are generated by clustering drivers using the k-means clustering algorithm. Finally, we propose a new prediction method that corrects the speed for calculating destination arrival time by reflecting the driver’s driving characteristic. Result analysis shows a noteworthy effect by the improvement of error prediction, 5.27% on average and up to 10.4%, using the correction method of speed prediction proposed in this study.

        알레르기 비염 마우스 모델

        Allergic rhinitis is the most common atopic disease in the world. However, pathogenic mechanisms of allergic rhinitis have not been fully understood. Mouse models of allergic rhinitis are a great tool that allows in vivo studies to be conducted in the state of an intact immune and respiratory system. This model system can provide many chances to find important signaling pathways and therapeutic target molecules in allergic rhinitis. To start research in allergic rhinitis with mouse, we have to make good and reliable models. Current mouse model is not perfect with many confounding variables and has some limitations to translate findings to the clinic directly. Optimal mouse model mimicking human allergic rhinitis will promise to unravel new horizon in the field of allergic rhinitis.

        방송 클립 동영상 이용과 TV 본방송 시청 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between video clip views and TV program ratings. The study is based on the video clip views data(male/female, under 10s/20s/ 30s/40s/50s or higher, drama/entertainment/current affairs, KBS2/MBC/SBS/JTBC/tvN) and ratings data(rating/2049 rating), collected from SMR and Nielsen Korea. The results of the study on the relationship between video clip views and ratings(the next part) are as follows. First, there was a correlation between video clip views and ratings(the next part). Next, there was a correlation between video clip views and ratings(the next part) in all genders and ages. There was a correlation between entertainment video clip views and entertainment ratings(the next part). On the other hand, there was not a correlation between video clip views and ratings(the next part) in drama and current affairs. Finally, there was a correlation between video clip views and ratings(the next part) in all channels. 본 연구에서는 방송 클립 동영상 이용과 TV 본방송 시청과의 관계에 대해 알아보고자 한다. Nielsen과 SMR에서 수집한 실질적 자료를 사용하였고, 방송 클립 동영상 이용자수(남성/여성, 10대 이하/20대/30대/40대/50대 이상, 드라마/예능/시사교양, KBS2/MBC/SBS/JTBC/tvN) 와 TV 본방송 시청률(가구 시청률/2049 시청률)을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 방송 클립 동영상이용이 TV 본방송 시청에 영향을 주는지 알아보기 위해 회 차 간 차이를 두었다. 연구결과는다음과 같다. 우선, 방송 클립 동영상 이용과 TV 본방송 시청 간의 상관관계는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 모든 성별과 연령대에서 방송 클립 동영상 이용과 TV 본방송 시청 간의 상관관계는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 예능의 방송 클립 동영상 이용과 TV 본방송 시청간 상관관계는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 드라마와 시사교양에서는 상관관계가 없는것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 모든 채널에서 방송 클립 동영상 이용과 TV 본방송 시청 간의상관관계는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다

        구개수구개인두성형술에 있어서 최소 침습 수술기법:구개설선

        Background and Objectives:Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty remains the most comon surgical procedure performed as a limitations:a relatively low success rate, possible complications and the lack of a consensus on the palatal resection margin. In this study, we present a modified surgical technique and its clinical experiences. Subjects and Method:Twelve patients with snoring and obstructive slep apnea/hypopnea were included in this study betwen September 2004 and April 2005. We divided the patients into two groups according to the resection margin of the uvula. And we defined the palatal incision margin as a Results:Abnormal breathing cesation (apnea/hypopnea) during sleep disappeared in all patients. There was no residual snoring in 10 patients (83.3%) but 2 patients (16.7%) complained of some residual snoring. The group with les than half resection of the uvula during surgery had a neouvula formed and could maintain a naturally shaped velopharynx. These patients had low incidence of postoperative complications such as severe scar for-Conclusion:We recommend the palatoglosal line as an ideal incision margin for the uvulopala-topharyngoplasty and the preservation of the neouvula.
