본 연구의 목적은 폐쇄적 다중이용시설인 지하철에서 개찰구에 집중하여 감염병 예방 및 병목현상을 제거해 시민들이 안전하고 편안하게 지하철을이용하게 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내외 개찰구 유형을 고찰하여 지하철 사용자에게 새로운 개찰구 방식에 대해서 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사를 토대로 크롬바흐 알파와 교차검증을 실시하였으며, 사용자 행동분석을 실시하여 최종적으로 새로운 지하철 개찰구를 제안하였다 그 결과, 사용자들은 개방된 게이트를 선호한다고 응답하여, 최종적으로 하이패스형 게이트를 제안하였다. 하이패스형 게이트를 이용한다면 5단계로 분석되었던 행동패턴도 1단계로 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나, 그러나 하이패스형 게이트를 적용하기 위해서는 사용자들은 스마트폰 등 별도의 결제 시스템이 적용되어야 할 것이며, 무임으로 게이트를 통과할 때에는 카메라 시스템을 통해서 벌금 등에 부과할 수 있는 시스템도 적용되어야 할 것이다. 하이패스형 방식이 적용된다면 병목현상이 줄고 사용자는 편안함과 만족도가 높아짐으로써 대중교통 이용을 독려하고 나아가 에너지 절약이라는 기대효과를 볼 수 있다.

A report of 29 unrecorded bacterial species belonging to the phylum Bacteroidetes in Korea

Within a comprehensive, widescale investigation of indigenous prokaryotic species in Korea, 29 bacterial strains in the phylum Bacteroidetes were isolated from diverse environmental habitats that included soil, plant roots, natural caves, tidal flats, freshwater from lakes, and seawater. Based on their high 16S rRNA gene sequence similarities (>99.1%) and the formation of robust phylogenetic clades with the closest type species, each strain likely belonged to an independent and predefined bacterial species. There are no publications or official reports of the isolation of these 29 species in Korea. Our study provides strong evidence that seven species in three genera in the order Cytophagales, 15 species in 13 genera in the order Flavobacteriales and seven species in five genera in the order Sphingobacteriales, all within the phylum Bacteriodetes, are new reports of bacterial species in Korea. Gram reaction, colony and cell morphology, basic biochemical characteristics, isolation source, and strain IDs are described in the species description section.

Clinically, Spitz nevi usually appear as asymptomatic, dome-shaped, round to oval, firm nodules with a wide spectrum of colors ranging from translucent to purple, brown or black. The degree of pigmentation varies with the age of the patient and more darkly pigmented lesions are rare in children. Herein, we report an unusual case of pigmented Spitz nevus in a 7-year-old boy, which clinically resembles malignant melanoma.

유리 전외측 대퇴부 피판과 유리 요측 전박 피판을 이용한 설재건 시 공여부 및 기능적 결과 비교

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the functional outcome and donor site morbidity of anterolateral thigh free flap(ALT) compared to Radial forearm free flap(RFFF) for the reconstruction of partial glossectomy defect.Methods: 5 ALT free flap (group I) were attempted for partial glossectomy patients. We compared patients undergone ALT flap with those(n=11) of similar size defect reconstructed with RFFF (Group II). Rating scales for articulation and swallowing function were applied and donor site morbidity have been evaluated.Results: The scales for speech function showed no difference between the two groups (average score; group I-6.4, group II-6.45). Swallowing function also showed no difference between the two groups(average score; Group I-6.6, Group II-6.27). ALT group had one patient with donor site morbidity(numbness). All of the RFFF patients(11/11) complained and suffered from hypertrophic scar, retraction, numbness or hyperpigmentation on forearm donor site. Based on our study, ALT free flap is comparable to that of RFFF in terms of functional assessment in tongue reconstruction.Conclusion: Considering the donor site morbidity, ALT flap is to be valuable to reconstruct partial glossectomy defect.

In an existing research related to Honam study or Honam culture, there is a tendency that the Honam spirit of 'righteous country' has transmitted from ancient cumulatively. But the author considers that the symbolization about 'righteous country' is needed to approach newly from current point of view, trying to know when and why the word 'righteous country' which stands for Honam has applied actively in this paper. For this, it is conducted to search for the kinds of sensitive factors that are inferred by all sorts of images and cultural sources that represent the Honam in chapter Ⅱ. The findings are many factors such as resistance, frustration, Han(恨) and pain that are sunk into various cultural resources of Honam, and those might have been originated from repeated failures and frustration in Honam history. In chapter Ⅲ, an inquiry is about the assumption of 'righteous' that symbolizes the sensitivity of Honam and the starting point when 'righteous' is used to represent Gwang-ju. According the result, the term 'righteous country' has used positively from around 1995 in Gwang-ju. The reason why in 1995 is the important point of time to symbol Gwang-ju as 'righteous country' is that municipality is practised regularly nationwide in that year. The second reason is that there is the stronger influence on political and historical revaluation about 5.18. Also the policy of culture-sightseeing in municipality and the publication of the local textbook through the 6th curriculum do a primary role to expand the symbolization of 'righteous country'. This study implies the two points; trying to analyze about the sensitivity of Honam from current point of view and seizing the facts that 5.18 is made a full use in the chain of events as Gwang-ju has established the symbolization and identification of city and understanding the movement of constructing symbolic system about 'righteous country'. 호남학 혹은 호남문화론과 관련하여 기존 연구에서는 고대로부터 호남에 의향의 정신이 누층(累層)적으로 전습(傳習)되었다는 점을 강조하는 경향이었다. 그러나 필자는 의향으로의 상징화를 현재적인 관점에서 새롭게 접근할 필요가 있다고 보았고, 본고에서 호남을 상징하는 단어인 의향이 언제부터 어떠한 까닭으로 적극 활용되었는지 찾아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Ⅱ장에서는 호남을 상징하는 각종 이미지와 문화 자원을 통해 이 속에서 유추해 낼 수 있는 감성적인 요소가 무엇인지 찾아보는 작업을 진행하였다. 다양한 호남 문화 자원 속에 저항과 절망, 한(恨) 그리고 아픔이 녹아 있음을 발견하였고, 이 요소들이 호남 역사의 거듭된 실패와 좌절에서 비롯된 것이라 판단하였다. 이어 Ⅲ장에서는 호남의 감성을 대표하는 상징으로 의(義)를 상정하고, 광주가 이를 도시 상징화에 이용하기 시작하는 지점을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 1995년을 전후하여 광주에서 의향이라는 용어가 적극적으로 사용되고 있음을 포착하였다. 1995년이 의향으로 상징화되는 중요한 시점이 된 데에는 그 해 전국적으로 본격적인 지방자치제가 시작되었고, 5⋅18에 대한 정치적⋅역사적 재평가가 있었다는 점이 크게 영향을 끼쳤으며, 또한 지자체의 문화⋅관광 정책과 6차 교육과정을 통한 지역교과서의 발행 등이 의향 상징화의 확대에 지대한 역할을 하였다는 점을 밝혀 보았다. 본 연구는 현재적 관점에서 호남의 감성에 대한 나름의 분석을 시도했다는 점과, 광주가 도시 상징화와 정체성을 확립해 가는 일련의 과정 가운데 5⋅18을 적극 활용하고 이를 통해 ‘의향’이라는 상징체계를 구축해 나가는 움직임을 파악하였다는 점에 그 의미를 둘 수 있겠다.
