수정강도를 이용한 매립형 합성보의 설계법에 관한 연구

The commonly used composite beam is the integrated structure beam to effectively resister the external force by mixing different materials and is designed for economically and efficiently utilizing advantages of each materials. However, the design standard and specifications for composite beam have been behind comparing with design standard of steel and reinforcing rod concrete structure. Especially there is no any independent specified standard for reclamation type composite beam. Therefore, the exsiting design process were derived by the problem of excessive design. For preventing excessive design, this study suggests the revised strength design process. An experiment results show that the revised strength design process is more reasonable and economical process than the exsiting design process.

Analyse de Plume d'Henri Michaux CHO Byung-Joon Henri Michaux est un écrivain qui décrit sans cesse des situations étranges, des êtres monstrueux et des paysages fantastiques. Et si c'est dans cet univers littéraire qu'il essaie de trouver une sérénité spirituelle contre l'angoisse fondamentale de son être, Un certain Plume, qui est une de ses oeuvres les plus représentatives, montre bien cette particularité michaudienne, nous semble-t-il. Plume, le protagoniste de cette oeuvre, est un homme humble, timide et distrait. Il se trouve toujours embarqué, malgré lui-même, dans des aventures comiques et tragiques. Il figure ainsi la souffrance à être qui est justement le thème principal de la littérature michaudienne. En effet, Plume est l'avatar de Michaux, comme le soulignent plusieurs commentaires : il est le fils de l'écriture et son auteur, pour conjurer les malheurs dans son intérieur, suscite des catastrophes imaginaires dont il pourra rire. En analysant donc Plume dans cette étude, nous voulons parler d'abord de la volonté d'abandon total dans le monde de Michaux, puis de la désexualisation de Plume ou de sa neutralisation sexuelle, afin de démontrer son idéal : “Je suis le principe masculin, le neutre, le féminin, envahi par l'envie de tout embrasser à la fois, de tout faire tenir ensemble, au delà des contradictions.”

Pure Epidural Cavernous Hemangioma of the Cervical Spine that Presented with an Acute Sensory Deficit Caused by Hemorrhage

Pure epidural cavernous hemangioma of the spine without vertebral involvement is rare. Due to the slow growth of this lesion, the most common symptoms are chronic pain, myelopathy, and radiculopathy. In our case, the patient complained of an acute onset sensory deficit of the C4 dermatome. An MRI revealed an epidural mass with an acute hematoma. Here, we report a case of a pure epidural cavernous hemangioma that presented with acute neurologic symptoms caused by intralesional hemorrhage and an acute epidural hematoma, which were demonstrated on the patient's MRI.

Symptomatic spinal epidural gas-containing cystic lesion is a rare clinical disease entity. We recently experienced two cases of symptomatic epidural gas-containing cysts that were the main cause of the patients' radiculopathy and the cysts were removed surgically. These lesions were actually gas containing ruptured disc herniations from the vacuum discs at the same level. We report herein on the radiological findings along with conducting a review of the related literature. 척추경막외 위치한 기낭성 병변에 의한 신경근병증을 보이는 경우는 매우 드물어 아직 정확한 발생기전이 알려져 있지않다. 저자들은 최근 경막외 기낭성 병변에 의한 신경근병증으로 수술하여 진공디스크에서 유래된 파열성디스크로 확인된 두 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Testing the Generalizability Proposition of Gottfredson and Hirschi’s General Theory of Crime in Korea using Hirschi’s Revised Concept of Self-Control

The purpose of the research was to empirically examine generalizability claims of Gottfredson and Hirschi’s(1990) general theory. The study collected information on self-control and deviance from two Korean samples, i.e., high school students and confined youthful offenders. The measures used in this study were based on Hirschi’s(2004) revised conceptualization of self-control. Hirschi redefined self-control as the set of inhibiting or restraining factors. It is a broader concept of self-control that more directly focuses on the process of decision making than Gottfredson and Hirschi’s earlier work, resulting in a merging of social control/bond theory and self-control theory. A self-report instrument was administered to an availability a sample(n=708) of high school students and youthful offenders to collect information on self-control and deviance. The results indicated that there was empirical support for cross-cultural and cross-group applicability claims of Gottfredson and Hirschi’s general theory using Hirschi’s revised concept of self-control.

정신지체아의 집단운동이 하지근기능, 신체구성 및 사회적응행동 발달에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of participation of Collective Exercise on Muscular function, Body composition, Development of adaptive behaviors in the Mentally Retarded. There were twenty untrained middle school boys who were randomly selected and divided in 2 groups, exercise group(N=10) and control group(N=10). The Muscular function responses to treadmill running and body composition were measured before and after 12 weeks of Collective Exercise. KISE Developmental scale(1996) by Korea institute for special education was administered by specialized teachers of the students. The results were as follows; First, Collective Exercise participants showed to have higher muscular function than non-participants. Second, Collective Exercise participants showed to have more improved body composition than non-participants. Third, Collective Exercise participants showed to have more improved self-support ability, social-emotional behavior, speech ability, cognitive ability, and gross motor skill than non-participants. All of these findings indicated that Collective Exercise for the mentally retarded children is a means of improving effectively muscular function, body composition and development of social adaptive behavior.

사회적 기업 리더의 사회적 기업가정신이 성과 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 리더 동일시의 매개효과를 중심으로

Due to the rapid social change, serious social problems such as aging, low birth rate, the spread of the poor, and family disintegration are occurring. In order to solve these various problems, various policy supports are provided to social enterprises at the national level. Although social enterprises have achieved rapid quantitative growth, the qualitative role of raising the quality of life for the vulnerable and providing economic power through continuous profit generation is still not meeting society's expectations. In addition, it can be seen that prior studies on social entrepreneurship were conducted mainly on performance or sustainability, such as social enterprise performance, education related to social enterprise, motivation for entrepreneurship, and sustainability of social enterprise. Research on the relationship between job performance and leader identification of social enterprises, one of the specific achievements of social enterprises, is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of leader identification in the relationship between social entrepreneurship and organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. First, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between social entrepreneurship, organizational citizenship behavior, job performance, and leader identification. Second, leader identification was found to have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. Third, there was a mediating effect of leader identification in the relationship between social entrepreneurship, organizational citizenship behavior, and job performance. Based on these results, suggestions were made to increase entrepreneurship and leader identification to improve organizational citizenship behavior and job performance related to social enterprise performance. 급격한 사회적 변화로 인해 고령화, 저출산, 빈곤층 확산, 가족해체 등 심각한 사회문제가 발생되고 있으며 이러한 여러 문제를 해결하고자 국가 차원에서 다양한 정책적 지원이 사회적 기업에게 제공되고 있다. 사회적 기업은 급속도로 양적 성장은 이루었으나 취약계층에 대한 삶의 질을 높이며 지속적인 수익창출로 경제력을 제공해야 하는 질적 역할은 아직 사회의 기대에 못 미치고 있는 실정이다. 또한 사회적 기업가정신에 대한 선행연구는 사회적 기업의 성과, 사회적 기업과 관련된 교육, 창업에 대한 동기, 사회적 기업의 지속가능성 등으로 성과나 지속가능성 등을 중심으로 수행되었음을 알 수 있다. 구체적인 성과 중 하나인 사회적 기업의 직무성과 및 리더 동일시의 관계를 규명한 연구는 부족한 상황으로 본 연구는 사회적 기업가 정신이 사회적 기업의 성과와 관련이 있는 조직시민행동 및 직무성과에 어떤 영향을 미치며, 사회적 기업 가정신과 조직시민행동 및 직무성과의 관계에서 리더 동일시의 매개효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 사회적 기업가정신, 조직시민행동, 직무성과, 리더 동일시 간에는 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 리더 동일시는 조직시민행동과 직무성과에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났다. 셋째, 사회적 기업가정신과 조직시민행동 및 직무성과의 관계에서 리더 동일시의 매개효과가 나타났 다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 사회적 기업의 성과와 관련 있는 조직시민행동 및 직무성과를 높이기 위해 기업 가정신 및 리더 동일시를 높이기 위한 제언을 하였다.
