      • 수정강도를 이용한 매립형 합성보의 설계법에 관한 연구

        The commonly used composite beam is the integrated structure beam to effectively resister the external force by mixing different materials and is designed for economically and efficiently utilizing advantages of each materials. However, the design standard and specifications for composite beam have been behind comparing with design standard of steel and reinforcing rod concrete structure. Especially there is no any independent specified standard for reclamation type composite beam. Therefore, the exsiting design process were derived by the problem of excessive design. For preventing excessive design, this study suggests the revised strength design process. An experiment results show that the revised strength design process is more reasonable and economical process than the exsiting design process.

      • 탄성 저항운동의 수직점프에 대한 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze before and after the elastic resistance training and give the information of various mechanical variable in vertical jump through training. The subject of this research was 14 male in K university. Leg squat and leg flexion and extension was executed the progressive over load method of 8 weeks as Metal spring-Tubex combined training. The intensity of exercise was 60 - 70 % Max S. The frequency of exercise was three times in a week. The time of exercise was about 20 minutes. Cinematographic analysis and ground reaction force were measured by pre and post experiments. After analyzing Cinematographic and ground reaction force, the following findings are obtained: 1. The time of jump was a little shortened through elastic resistance training. 2. The velocity of motion and ability of recoil action and extension power of lower limb were increased. 3. Impulse was a little decreased, but no significant difference. The height of jump was appeared to significant increase. 4. The change of velocity appeared similarly before and after training, but the velocity of decreasing appeared rapidly after training. The velocity of increasing appeared similar pattern, but after training appeared rapidly after knee maximum flexion. 5. The change of acceleration pattern appeared to delay remarkably knee maximum flection.

        여성수용자와 자녀의 관계 개선을 위한 프로그램에 관한 연구 - 미국과 우리나라 사례를 중심으로 -

        A significant need for an appropriate policy or program for female offenders is a result of an increase in female inmates in Korea. A reflection on the traditional correctional policy that primarily focusing on managing the male offenders, the Korean correctional agency is attempting to plan correctional programs that meet the needs of female inmates. In particular, most of the female offenders are mothers those who are in charge of taking care of their children. Because of mothers’ incarceration, their children experience a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral problems throughout their life course. In an effort to maintain a positive relationship between incarcerated mothers and their children, the U.S. correctional agencies implement diverse programs such as IMPACT, MOLD, CVP, and MATCH. Recently, Korea correctional service is carrying out programs (e.g., family camp for female inmate, mothers’ school, family visit house, and family visit day) for enhancing bonds between female inmates and their children. These programs contributed to build a solid inmates-children relationship which possibly results in a successful offenders' reintegration to the society. However, there are still many things that should be done. Since correctional system is interdependent with other governmental agencies, correctional system cannot accomplish its own goal without supports and resources from other governmental subsystems (i.e., Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Women, and Civil Organizations). 우리나라 교정시설 여성수용자 관리에 대한 관심이 증가하면서, 남성수용자 위주의 교정정책에서 벗어나 여성수용자의 특성을 고려한 정책적 접근을 시작하고 있다. 미성년의 자녀들을 두고 있는 여성이 교정시설에 수용되는 경우 여성수용자 자신뿐만 아니라 자녀들에게도 심각한 영향을 주게 된다. 많은 연구에서 자녀들이 분리로 인한 슬픔, 공허감, 무기력감, 분노와 공포를 경험할 수 있으며 어린시기의 이러한 영향은 장기적으로 자녀들의 정상적인 성장에 악영향을 미칠 수 있다는 결과가 도출되었다. 미국에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 교정시설에서 다양한 프로그램을 시행하고 있다. 어머니와의 분리로 인한 문제점을 줄이기 위해 교도소 탁아시설이 운영되고 있으며 이러한 프로그램은 여성수용자들과 자녀들의 유대감을 향상시키고 출소후에도 자녀들과의 재결합을 촉진시키는 것으로 조사되고 있다. 그 외에도 IMPACT, MOLD, CVP, MATCH 등 여성수용자와 자녀들의 접촉 기회를 증가시키는 많은 프로그램이 시행중에 있다. 우리나라에서도 최근 여성수용자와 자녀관계 회복․개선 프로그램의 중요성에 대해 인식하고, 가족사랑캠프, 어머니학교, 가족만남의 날, 가족만남의 집, 귀휴 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 이러한 프로그램의 내실을 다지고 더욱 발전시키기 위해서는 교정당국과 보건복지가족부․여성부․지방자치단체․사회복지기관 등 유관기관과 지역사회가 협력해 나가야 할 것이다.

      • 멀리뛰기와 높이뛰기선수 수직점프의 역학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the characteristics of three kinds of vertical jump with broad jumpers and high jumpers. The subjects were teen-age broad jumpers and high jumpers in kyungpook, 6 in each. In experiment, two video cameras which have 60 frame per sec and a force platform for measuring ground reaction forces were used. For control-bars were set up to get real-space coordinates. The DLT method was used to obtain the 3-dimensional coordinates of the 21 body landmarks. The recorded images were subject to digitizing with KWON3N MOTION ANALYSIS PACKAGE. The kinematic variables which were related with three kinds of vertical jumps were as follows displacement and velocity of center of body, angle displacement(high joint of right-and-left legs, knee joint, ankle joint), angle velocity(high joint of right-and-left legs, knee joint, ankle joint). The mechanical variables were vertical components of ground reaction force, phase time of stance, impulse, power. Statistical analysis was performed by t-test (a =.05) in SPSS. The results of this study were as follows: 1. There was no significant differences between standing jump and running jump in velocity variation of center of body at the moment of landing, but there were significant differences between drop jump and each of two jumps. 2. The variation of angle velocity in hip joint was not great in the first half phase, but increased considerably in the second half phase. 3. There were no significant differences among three jump types in the maximal force through ground reaction force. In the case of broad jumpers, there was significant difference between standing jump and drop jump, which implied broad jumpers had stronger resistance ability to the impact. 4. In the impulse, high jumpers and broad jumpers showed difference in drop jump, but not in standing jump and running jump. 5. In the exertion of power in three jump types, standing jump and running jump showed similar variation, but drop jump showed different initial variation.

        Colon26-L5 대장암 세포를 이용한 간전이 모델에 산삼약침 처치가 혈중 cytokine에 미치는 영향

        Objective : This experiment was conducted to evaluate inhibitory effects against hepatic metastasis by cultivated wild ginseng Herbal Acupuncture. Methods : Colon26-L5 carcinoma cells were injected through hepatic portal vein to induce hepatic metastatic cancer. After treated cultivated wild ginseng Herbal Acupuncture and investigated various kinds of cytokine level using cytokine chip. Results : 1. Mice treated with cultivated wild ginseng Herbal Acupuncture reduced the level of $IL-l{\alpha}$, $IL-{\beta}$, and $TNF-{\alpha}$ compared to the control group. 2. Mice treated with cultivated wild ginseng Herbal Acupuncture was not showed significant change in the level of IL-4, IL-l0, IL-12 and $INF-{\gamma}$ compared to the control group. 3. Observing the level of various kinds of cytokine, cultivated wild ginseng Herbal Acupuncture was suppressed pro-inflammatory cytokine. These findings indicate cultivated wild ginseng Herbal Acupuncture is possible to use the inflammatory disease and futher studies carry out for the explanation of anticancer mechanism.

        기니픽을 이용한 Sweet Bee Venom의 항원성 평가

        Objectives: This study was performed to examine the antigenic potential of pure melittin (Sweet Bee Venom - SBV) extracted from the bee venom by utilizing protein isolation method of gel filtration. Methods: All experiments were conducted at Biotoxtech (Chungwon, Korea), authorized a non-clinical studies institution, under the regulations of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP). Antigenic potential of SBV was examined by active systemic anaphylaxis (ASA) and passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) in guinea pigs. SBV was subcutaneously administered at 0.07 and 0.28mg/kg and also as a suspension with adjuvant (Freund's complete adjuvant: FCA). Ovalbumin (OVA) as a suspension with adjuvant was used to induce positive control response ($5mg/m{\ell}$-FCA). Results: 1. In the ASA test, experimental groups showed some symptoms of anaphylaxis like piloerection, hyperpnea and staggering gait. 2. In the PCA test, low dosage group did not show any antibody responses, whereas high dosage group showed positive responses. 3. In the weight measurement and clinical observation, experimental groups didn't show any significant changes compared with control group. 4. In the autopsy of body, the abnormalities of lung were detected in the corpse. This means that the cause of death may induced anaphylactic shock. Conclusions: Above findings suggested that SBV had antigenic potential in guinea pig. Further studies on the subject should be conducted to yield more concrete evidences.
