      • A Study on the Distributed Control Modeling of Elevator

        본 논문은 엘리베이터의 분산 제어 시스템을 수학적으로 모델링 하여 이 모델을 기반으로 미리 정의된 제어 목적 하에서 보다 안정되고 향상된 성능을 보이는 제어 알고리즘을 설계하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 승강장 요구 응답 시간 추정과 실제 값을 분석하였다. Recently, buildings are constructed increasingly higher and even more people are using elevators every day. Therefore, more efficient means of vortical transportation are required. Most of high-rise buildings is equipped with elevators. Unlike one elevator system, a multi-elevator system requires a function, which can distribute multiple elevators effectively. This paper examines a multi-elevator system, which has been modeling mathematically, in order to reduce waiting time and use elevators more effectively.

        EMC를 정량 Moulding 후 잔량 처리와 작동 시 역 차단 방식의 설계하여 기계적 동작에 의해 흡입이 일어나도록 하여 Needle Tip의 잔량과 사인 현상을 해결하였다. 본 논문에서는 Gun과 세척제 Tank를 직결하도록 설계하여 세척이 용이하며, 원하는 량을 미리 계량하여 정밀 정량을 고속으로 EMC를 Molding 할 수 있도록 개발하기 때문에 반도체 Packaging 공정에 필수적인 장비라고 사료된다. EMC(epoxy moulding compound) when operate with residual quantity processing after fixed quantity moulding inverse close way of designing by mechanical action inhalation so that may occur, solved of needle tip residual quantity and cause of thread extend phenomenon. In this paper, design to connect directly gun, washer tank and measuring beforehand amount that washing is easy and want minuteness fixed quantity that essential equipment in semi-conductor packaging process because develop EMC so that can molding with high speed consider.

        위해성 기반 오염부지관리를 위한 정책 및 기술개발 방향

        Korea and other countries have made various efforts to preserve soil. During the past several decades, Korea has implemented various policies on soil conservation practices; however, those policies have often lacked consideration of human and ecosystem risk management. while other countries have practiced various policies closely related to risk-based management for contaminated sites. Therefore, there is a great need for a paradigm shift of policy to better manage contaminated sites in risk-based strategies, while applying different management plans for soil and groundwater. In addition, the new policies should be administered with provision to improve soil health and related functions in ecosystem. This study has reviewed the trend in relevant policies in Korea and foreign countries to suggest the future policy directions for contaminated site management in Korea. For better management of contaminated sites, coherent policy that could complement the law, system, and relevant technology is required.

      • A Study on the Fluid Interception Valve According to Non Rubbing Top and Bottom operation Shaft

        액체 밸브는 실린더 부분과 액체부분으로 분리 또는 일체형 구조로 되어 있으며, 불소수지 Packing에 STS(stainless) 축을 삽입하여 실린더 머리에 연결된 구조로 되어있어 액체를 주입과 차단시 상하왕복 작동으로 인해 불소수지 패킹과 STS 축 사이에 마찰로 인해 액체의 누설로 인해 작업 환경 저하와 각 부품교체로 인한 작업능률의 저하로 생산성이 목표치에 이르지 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 액체밸브 설계에서부터 재질, 구조변경 등의 필요성이 있으며, 설계, 재질선택, 구조변경 등을 연구하였다. 본 논문은 기존의 문제점을 근본적으로 해소하고자, 피스톤과 연동되는 진동의 개발로 피스톤이 쉽게 마모되는 것을 방지하여 장 수명을 충족시키고 누설방지를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 액체 토출후 노즐 팁에 액체가 잔류하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 피스톤이 후퇴 시 이를 흡입시킬 수 있는 기능을 부가하여 방울 맺힘을 방지함을 목적으로 하고 있다. Liquid valve is divided into cylinder and liquid part or composed of a single body structure. It becomes a connected structure to cylinder head after inserting stainless(STS) shaft to Teflon packing. In injecting and intercepting fluid, working efficiency becomes low because of the top and bottom round trip operation the friction between Teflon packing and STS shaft fluid leakage, decline of working environment, and each part replacement. And so target value is unattainable in productivity liquid valve design, quality, and structure change are studied. In this paper, designed to solve the existing problems basically, to prevent friction of Piston by developing diaphragm linked with piston, to satisfy long life, and to provide the prevention of leakage. The objective of the study is also to prevent remains fluid at nozzle tip after dispensing fluid, and bell close with the suction function in piston retreating.

        Chemically modulated polystyrene surface using various ion beam exposure time for liquid crystal alignment of high brightness mobile display

        본 연구에서는 액정의 수직배향을 달성하기 위해서 특별히 제조된 폴리스타일렌 박막에 다양한 이온빔을 조사하는 방법을 사용하였다. 일반적으로 폴리스타일렌 수지는 통상의 폴리이미드 계열의 수지에 비해서 박막코팅을 하였을 때 보다 우수한 투과율을 나타내므로, 투과형 디스플레이로 사용되는 LCD의 배향막 재료로 더 적합하다고 생각되었다. 특히 고휘도이면서 저전력 사양을 달성하여야 하는 휴대용 디스플레이에서의 응용가능성이 기대되었다. 그러나, 일반적인 러빙법에 의한 배향처리에 대해서는 액정분자의 배향성이 폴리이미드 계열의 재료에 비해서 열등하여 사용되지 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 폴리스타일렌 계열의 박막재료를 배향막으로 가공함에 있어서 새로운 이온빔 조사법에 의한 비접촉식 배향법을 사용하였으며, 배향성과 액정분자의 프리틸트각 특성에 대해서 정량적인 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 실험에서는 폴리스타일렌 수지에 이온빔의 조사시간을 15초까지 변화시키면서 액정분자의 배향성 및 프리틸트각의 특성을 측정하였다. 측정결과 스마트폰 및 휴대용 정보단말기 등의 디스플레이에 적합한 고투과율 액정표시소자의 구현이 가능하였다. This paper introduces homogeneous liquid crystal (LC) orientations on chemically modulated polystyrene (PS) surfaces using various ion beam (IB) exposure time. Transparent PS was replaced with conventional polyimde material. Especially, PS has higher transparent property than conventional polyimide thin film and it means PS is more suitable material for producing high brightness mobile LCD. As a non-contact process, IB bombardment process induced LC orientation in the direction parallel to the IB process. Through x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, it was shown that the chemical compositional changes of the IB-irradiated PS surfaces were determined as a function of IB exposure time. Using this analysis, the optimal IB bombardment condition was determined at IB exposure time of up to 15 s. Moreover, thermal stability on IB-irradiated PS surfaces were carried out which showed that a relatively high IB exposure time induced a thermally stable LC alignment property. And it has a highly potential of mobile high transparent mobile LCD such as smart phone display and mobile information device.

        정서적 인지적 공감이 행복감에 미치는 영향: 인지적 재평가의 매개효과

        This study seeks to verify how empathic concern and perspective-taking predict happiness by investigating the mediating effects of cognitive reappraisal. Online surveys about empathic concern, perspective-taking, cognitive reappraisal, and happiness were conducted by 336 adult subjects. First, the correlation analysis indicated that empathic concern and perspective-taking significantly predicted cognitive reappraisal and happiness, respectively. Second, cognitive reappraisal also significantly predicted happiness. Third, the cognitive reappraisal mediated the association between empathic concern and happiness and between perspective-taking and happiness. Specifically, people who emotionally and cognitively empathize with others reported higher levels of cognitive reappraisal, which allowed them to experience higher levels of happiness. These findings have confirmed that people can increase their happiness by enhancing cognitive reappraisal through emotional and cognitive empathy. Finally, the implications and limitations of the present research are discussed.

        N/A This study was undertaken to evaluate tuberculosis in infancy and childhood, and to see possible factor related to the severity. The medical records were reviewed of 288 patients who had been diagnosed as having TB based on history, physical findings, tuberculin skin test, chest X-ray, and smear and culture examinations in our department from January 1992 through May 1993. They were classified into two categories: severe and mild TB. The results are as follows; 1) Of 288 patients, 58% of all cases fell under 5 years of age; 149 cases (58.9%) of mild TB were found under 5 years of age, whereas 18 (51.4%) of severe cases were detected in the same age group. Male to female ratio was 1.3: l. 2) Of 288 patients, 253 had mild TB, consisting 136 cases (47.2%) of asymptomatic tuberculous infection without diseases, followed by 69 (24.0%) primary pulmonary TB and 48 (16.7%) lymphatic TB, while 35 cases of severe TB comprised 10 cases (3.5%) of bone TB, 9 (3.1%) Of pleurisy, 7 (2.4%) meningitis (including brain tuberculoma), 6 (2.1%) mililary TB, 2 (0.7%) progressive pulmonary TB, and 1 (0.3%) of endobronchial TB. 3) The source of infection was identified in 60.4% of all cases. 4) Positive tuberculin skin reaction was found in 93% of all cases (100% in mild TB, in contrast to only 42.9% in severe TB). 5) 81.6% of all cases had been vaccinated with BCG. However, severe TB cases had undergone BCG vaccination only in 62.9%, significantly lower than mild TB cases with 84.2% (p<o.o01). 6) Of 83 cases with positive family history of TB, 18 cases (21.7%) showed positive conversion of skin test after INH prophylaxis for 3 months. 7) Fatal outcome was found in none and only transient hepatotoxic reaction was observed in 2 cases, Family history of tuberculosis and tuberculin skin test are important in diagnosis of childhood tuberculosis, and BCG vaccination as well as early diagnosis and treatment of primary tuberculosis is essential for prevention of severe tuberculosis.
