Effects of Psychological Style on On-line Network Connectivity

The use of electronic mail and messenger software tools has been increased rapidly over a decade. Compared to the variety of research related to the relationship between personal psychological traits and communication modes, effects of human psychology on online activities have only recently become a focus of interest. This research analyzed the relationship between personal psychological type and online connectivity. We employed network analysis methodology and collected and analyzed data from 146 subjects. Significant differences in network measures were found among groups with different psychological style. Findings of the research can provide several implications for managerial activities regarding social connectivity.
AHP분석을 활용한 소셜커머스 뷰티제품 이용자들의 쇼핑가치 우선순위변화 분석

This study is about the change in the importance of shopping value for beauty products of social commerce due to the social crisis or risk caused by COVID-19. It was analyzed focusing on whether the importance of shopping value changed before and after COVID-19. We checked the importance of shopping value after COVID-19 through the AHP results of previous papers before COVID-19, and analyzed the importance by adding variables of risk reduction behavior and delivery convenience according to the situation of COVID-19. The AHP method was used to check the change in the importance of shopping value before and after COVID-19, and the study was conducted using 48 data. The results were as follows. As for the importance of shopping value of social commerce beauty products, it was ranked in the order of time convenience, convenience of delivery, third-ranked trust business operators, fourth-ranked economic aspects, fifth-ranked decision support, sixth-ranked risk reduction behavior, and seventh-ranked business reputation. Compared to previous studies, decision-making support, which was in the second place, fell to the fifth place. This result was confirmed to be a drop in ranking due to the improvement of delivery convenience due to the influence of COVID-19. In addition, in the case of beauty products, it was confirmed that risk reduction behavior related to COVID-19 infection is not a key factor in shopping value. These results confirmed changes in the importance of shopping value compared to pre-COVID-19 studies, and in the case of product groups other than beauty products, further studies are expected as there is a possibility of other results.
The Role of Technology and Organization in Building Trust in Mobile Content Services

The purpose of this paper is to study building and maintaining consumer trust in mobile contents for tourism and travel in perspective of public sector. Mobile contents services are increasing rapidly. Tourism contents in mobile services are non profit business model in an early and immature stage toward the ubiquitous era. Non-profit organization plays a role as service provider through Internet and wireless telecommunication in an information-intensive and network-oriented environment. This article is proposed nonprofit organizations as tourism contents service provider to identify a conceptual framework that can build continuous trusted mobile contents under ubiquitous environment according to developing and maintaining stage. The results based on the focus group interview methodology highlights a conceptual foundation for service providers in nonprofit domain.
운영 DB데이터 분석을 통한 G4C 전자정부 정보화 사업 투자 시차효과 분석

Considering time-lag in the performance evaluation of information system (IS) investment is important because its effect reveals after certain period of time passed. Particularly it is more in the systems of e-government informatization projects which the amount of investment and the scale of business are huge. Many methods to solve this issue have been proposed such as system dynamics methods, simulations, structural equations etc. However, it is still difficult and unsolved problem because collecting practical data for time-lag analysis is very hard. In this paper, we analyze IS time-lag effect through factor analysis using the accumulated practical operational DB data. For the performance evaluation of the G4C system, the representative e-government web portal, we selected eleven factors reflecting time passing in G4C DB data. With these factors this paper conduct time-lag analysis in four view points. First, we conducted 'Stabilizing of G4C system' and got a result that IS is needed about three years for the stabilization. Second, we conducted 'Utilization of G4C system' and got a result that the utilization reaches appropriate level after in three years later after the introduction of G4C system. Third, we conducted 'Cost reduction effect' and got a result that cost reduction is stable in the third year after the introduction of G4C system. Lastly, we conducted 'System maturity effect' and got a result that the system reaches to the quality level that users expect after third to fourth years. According to the results of this research, we found that performance of IS improv continuously not immediately, and it needs three or four years of time-lag.
조직간 전자상거래를 통한 한국의 산업경쟁력 강화전략에 대한 연구

본 연구에서는 국가 경쟁력을 강화시켜 나가는데 있어서 조직간 전자상거래가 국내 산업의 경쟁력 촉진 환경을 구축하고 산업 경쟁력을 강화시키는 데 다각적인 역할을 할 수 있음을 제시하였다. 산업경쟁력 원천에 대한 연구에 의하면 한 국가의 산업 경쟁력은 생산요소조건, 수요조건, 관련산업의 기업전략 및 구조, 경쟁관계 등의 네 가지 요건에 의해 결정되는데, 조직간 전자상거래는 이들 네 요소를 경쟁력 향상에 이바지하는 방향으로 개선시키는 방향으로 작용한다. 또한 다양한 형태의 조직간 전자상거래의 도입과 정착, 확산에 있어서는 정부의 효과적이고 선도적인 역할도 매우 중요하다. 그러나 정책 추진과 자원 배분은 개별 산업의 특성을 반영한 것이어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 확장된 가치사슬 모형, 전략 격자모형, 정보기술 투자 균형 모형 등에 입각하여 산업간 차이에 따른 조직간 전자상거래의 추진과 실행을 위한 개념적 기반을 제시하였다. In some sense an aggregated total of individual companies` competitiveness makes up industrial competitiveness of a nation. However, there are various competitiveness factors that a single company or a small group of companies can not create or overcome. Inter-organizational electronic commerce has many of such properties. Industrial competitiveness is closely connected with the inter-organizational electronic commerce. Since Korean electronic commerce environment is in her growth period, La order to expedite electronic commerce diffusion and to strengthen industrial competitiveness, it is necessary to closely and systematically analyze the status of Korean environment. In our research, Porter`s National Competitiveness Model (1990) was adapted. National competitiveness is determined by production condition, demand condition, strategies and structure of related industries, and competitive relationship. That is why the role of government is important. In this paper, we focus on the efforts that require industrial level efforts. We borrowed various industrial-level analysis frameworks (i.e., we use extended value chain model, strategic grid model, and IT investment balance model) for analyzing the adoption and effects of information technology, and applied them to inter-organizational electronic commerce. Based on such analyses, we attempted to draw implications and guidelines for the pursuit of industrial level electronic commerce. Results of this study are expected to contribute to the development and implementation of electronic commerce related policies and strategies.
