12주간 트레드밀 운동이 제2형 당뇨마우스 고환 및 췌장조직의 p-AMPK 발현과 정자의 운동성(motility)에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 12 weeks treadmill exercise on phosphorylated AMP-activated protein kinase (p-AMPK) expression of testis and pancreas tissue and sperm motility in type 2 diabetic male mice. The experimental animals were divided into two groups (n=12 in each group): the diabetic normal control group (db/db-CON) and treadmill exercise group with diabetic (db/db-EXE). After 12 weeks treadmill exercise, p- AMPK expression in testis tissue was significantly different between two groups(p<.05). p-AMPK expression in pancreas tissue was significantly different between two groups. HOMA-IR was exercise group significantly decreased compared to control group. Sperm counts was db/db-EXE group increased compared to db/db-CON group, but there was no significant difference between two groups. Sperm motility was db/db-EXE group significantly increased compared to db/db-CON group(p<.05). Regular treadmill exercise has a beneficial impact on testis and pancreas tissue, insulin resistance, and quality of sperm in type 2 diabetic male mice.
대학 무도 선수들의 진로성숙도가 취업스트레스 및 취업불안에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대학 무도 선수들이 고용시장에서 경쟁력을 갖추고 대학졸업시점에 선수생활 을 은퇴하게 되는 경우 취업스트레스와 취업불안에서 벗어날 수 있도록 하는데 그 필요성 이 있다. 그러므로 대학 무도 선수들의 진로취업 프로그램을 개발하기 전 무도선수들의 진로성숙도가 취업스트레스 및 취업불안에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보기 위해 3개 대학 42명의 선수를 대상으로 조사하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 학교, 전공에 따라 진로성숙도와 취업스트레스에 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 진로성숙도의 하위변인과 취업스트레스의 하위변인간에 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 진 로성숙도와 취업불안의 하위변인 중 목적성과 확신성에서 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로성숙도와 취업스트레스에서 상관이 있었으며, 진로성숙도와 취업불안은 상관관 계가 나타나지 않았다. 또한 취업스트레스와 취업불안과 상관이 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 넷째, 진로성숙도가 취업스트레스와 취업불안 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 회귀분석을 한 결과 진로성숙도가 취업스트레스와 취업불안에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 이에 대학 무도 선수들의 진로성숙도를 일반대학생들이 수준까지 높이기 위해 다양한 취업진로 프로그램 제공 및 참여할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고 포스트코로나 시대에 맞게 비대면 프로 그램으로 스포츠 선수들이 시간과 장소에 제약없이 취업진로프로그램에 참여할 수 있도록 하는 것이 매우 중요하다. This study is necessary to help college martial arts players get competitive in the employment market and get out of job stress and job anxiety when they retire at the time of college graduation. Therefore, before developing a career employment program for college martial arts players, a survey was conducted targeting 42 athletes from three universities to find out the effect of career maturity of martial arts players on job-seeking stress and job anxiety.As a result, first, there was a difference in career maturity and employment stress according to school and major. Second, there was a correlation between the subvariables of career maturity and the subvariables of employment stress, and there was a correlation between purposefulness and certainty among the subvariables of career maturity and employment anxiety. Third, there was a correlation between career maturity and employment stress, but there was no correlation between career maturity and employment anxiety. In addition, it was investigated that there is a correlation between job stress and job anxiety. Fourth, a regression analysis was conducted to find out the effect of career maturity on job stress and job anxiety. Therefore, in order to raise the career maturity of college martial arts players to the level of general college students, we have prepared a plan to provide and participate in various career career programs, and sports athletes can participate in career career programs without time and place restrictions as a non-face-to-face program suitable for the post-corona era. It is very important to be able to participate.

그동안 대학들은 학생들의 증가, 건물의 노후화, 에너지 과소비, 강의 및 연구공간 등의 부족과 같은 문제들을 해결하기위해 많은 시설투자를 해왔고, 이는 결국 캠퍼스들이 도시에 유무형으로 제공해 왔던 환경적 효과들을 상당부분 감소시키게 만들었다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제들의 개선과 함께 대학 캠퍼스를 보다 친환경적으로 이끄는 “그린캠퍼스”의 조성에 중요한 고려요소들이 무엇인지를 살펴보고, 캠퍼스 내 조성현황과 그 수준들이 어떠한지를 비교ㆍ분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울소재 5개 종합대학들에 대한 현장조사 및 분석을 실시하였으며, 그린캠퍼스 조성을 위해 필요로 하는 요소들에 대한 각 분야별 관련 평가기준들을 살펴보고, 이 기준들을 활용하여 연구대상 대학들의 친환경 도입수준에 대한 비교평가를 실시하였다. 이에 따라 토지이용 및 교통분야, 자원 및 에너지절감분야, 환경보호의 3개 분야, 20개 소 부문으로 각 캠퍼스별 친환경 조성현황을 비교해본 결과 A대학이 10개 부문에서, E대학이 7개 부문에서 가장 양호한 결과를 보여주었으며, 각 세부분야별로는 대학들에 따라 조성수준에 차이를 보여주는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 그린캠퍼스 조성과 관련된 다양한 노력들이 진행되고 있음을 파악할 수 있었고, 이를 볼 때 앞으로 가시적인 다양한 성과들이 나타날 수 있을 것으로 예상되었다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 그린캠퍼스의 조성과 활성화에 유용한 기본 비교분석자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. Universities in Korea have made significant investment in facilities to meet the problems of growing number of students, aging buildings, excessive energy use, and shortage in space for lecture and research. The study aims to identify important considerations to build “green campus” as well as to examine the ways of alleviate current problems. field studies and analysis were conducted for 5 universities located in Seoul. With the criteria laid down in each sector to evaluate components of green campus, comparative analyses were conducted on the level of environmental friendliness for the universities under study. They were studied in 20 sub-sectors in three categories of land use and transportation, resource and energy reduction, and environment protection. University A was evaluated good in 10 sub-sectors and E in 7. In each sub-sector, universities were found to be in different levels in their efforts to build green campus. This paper also found out that universities were trying in many different ways to build green campus, and this should lead to various outcomes in the future. In this regard, it will serve as a useful comparative analysis in the study of green campus efforts.
High-Intensity Resistance Training Suppresses Exacerbation of Atopic Dermatitis in Mice

PURPOSE: Training generally promotes health and inhibits diseases. However, in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD), training and sweating are significant aggravating factors. This study examined the effect of high-intensity resistance training (HIRT) on AD-like skin lesions in mice. METHODS: Eight-week-old female BALB/c mice were divided into four groups (control, HIRT, AD-only, and AD+HIRT). The mice in the HIRT group performed vertical ladder climbing for four weeks. RESULTS: After four weeks of HIRT, histopathological examination revealed reduced epidermis/dermis and dermal infiltration of inflammatory cells in the mice ear tissue. Additionally, HIRT suppressed serum immunoglobulin (Ig) levels and mRNA expression of pathogenic cytokines in the ear tissue; further, it reduced the size and weight of the draining lymph node (dLN) and non-dLN (ndLN), and the pathogenic cytokine-related mRNA expression of CD4+T cells from dLNs and ndLNs. We thus observed a negative correlation between HIRT and AD symptoms in mice. CONCLUSIONS: The results show that HIRT exerts positive effects in patients with AD.
'시판다류중 미량중금속에 관한 조사연구'(율무차, 칡차, 생강차를 중심으로)

In order to investigate harmful trace in commercial teaproducts. The contents of copper, lead, cadmium, zinc, chromium, manganese and iron were studied in this paper. The samples studied were Youlmoo tea(7) Arrow root tea(9) Ginger tea(4) collected from markets in Seoul area and analysis of seven metals by means of Automic absorption spectrometry. The results obtained were as follows : Lead contents is ranged from 0.06 to 0.72 ppm, cadmium from ND to 0.17 ppm, copper from 0.8 to 16.7 ppm, zinc from 10.4 to 40.4 ppm, manganess from 2.7 to 16.5 ppm, chromium from 0.04 to 4.7 ppm, iron from 7.9 to 55.7 ppm.
