This study examines the task of transforming the central theme of a biblical text into the central theme of a sermon--an area that has received relatively little attention in expository preaching research. By reviewing prominent expository preaching textbooks by John Stott, Haddon Robinson, Ramesh Richard, and Wayne McDill, it is demonstrated that this task is a crucial component of sermon preparation. Analyzing their proposed stages of sermon development, we will see how the transformation of the text’s central theme into that of the sermon serves as a key link between biblical study and sermon writing. At the same time, the study will highlight the limitations of these scholars’ approaches, particularly their insufficient consideration of how the listeners’ context influences the process of transforming the text’s theme into a sermon’s central message. In response, this study proposes an alternative approach that integrates the audience’s context into this transformation process, providing visual aids to enhance understanding. To evaluate its practicality, the method is applied to an actual text. This intuitive approach will help practicing preachers better grasp the entire process of converting a text’s central theme into a sermon’s central theme, enabling them to prepare sermons that are both rooted in the text and more relevant to their listeners’ circumstances.

Heritability estimates for daily gain (g), backfat thickness (mm), days to 90kg (day), loin eye depth (mm) and meat percent (%) were 0.40, 0.44, 0.40, 0.25 and 0.48, respectively. Estimates of correlation between breeding value and rank for meat productivity traits by model 1 and 2 were 0.995 1.000 and 0.991 1.000, respectively and highly significant (p< 0.0001), and they were almost identical to the breeding values estimated by different farms. When top 5% and top 10% animals were selected by meat productive traits at different farms, markedly different animals were selected by farms since the selected improvement traits in each farm maintaining closed herds were different. Therefore, it seems to be desirable that superior pigs should be selected after the establishment of evaluation system for genetic performance at national level using the integrated data obtained from various farms.

The term hamartoma was first used by Albrecht to describe what he considered to be localized errors of development involving one or more tissue native to the organ of origin. The definition was meant to encompass not only abnormal local growth rate, but also the spatial arrangement, relative proportions and degree of the component tissue. But lately the major conclusions are that this group of lesion is neoplastic than developmental in origin. The Importance of pulmonary hamartoma is that they are relatively common among the benign tumor of the lung, but they usually present as asymptomatic coin lesion on chest x-ray film and were find out In routine check up and frequently mimic clinically the more common lung tumor such as cancer. Recently, we have experienced three cases of pulmonary hamartoma which were all discovered during routine chest film check up for certificate of health and evaluation of other disease. All of these were surgically resected with good result. Among the operations, one of these was mass enucleation and the others were lobectomy of lung involved by the mass.

The cellular change of the pulmonary tuberculous lesions may be divided into two groups,exudative and proliferative form by their course and fate. In the most cases, the patients usually have very much complex type of cellular changes. Therefore, the shadows of the chest films in pulmonary tuberculosis are also much variable in nature. And Daniel said that knowledge of the pathology of tuberculosis and an appreciation of the method of progression and healing are essential to proper interpretation of the films. Author, having reviewed 33 cases of resected tuberculous lung obtained in N.M.T.H. for one year from Oct. '75 to Sep. '76 by surgical managements, classified the Pathological findings such as: 1) caseation only, 2) tuberculoma, 3) atelectatic lung 4) cavitary lesion and 5) atelectasis with cavity, and examined the relationship between the roentgenological characteristics of the chest films and the pathological process of tuberculous lesions of the resected lungs, The result were obtained as follows. (1) Tuberculoma was commonly appeared in $S_2$ segment in right and $S_6$ segment in left. (2) Atelectasis and destroyed lung were more commonly appeared in left lung than right, and their containing rate of cavity was 82%. (3) Cavities were mostly appeared in $S_1$ and $S_2$ segments of both lung and the appearance-rate of cavity on $S_6$ segment was higher in left than right. And among the cavitary lesions of the resected lung, cavity was not seen in the preoperative chest films in 22%. (4) The configuration, thickness and sharpness of the walls of cavities, which revealed the cavitary shadows in the preoperative chest films, were mostly depended on the degree of increased collagenous fiber of the wall, existence of perifocalitis, and more or less of the caseous masses on the inner surface of the cavity wall.

It is known that top-down associative inputs terminate on distal apical dendrites in layer 1 while bottom-up sensory inputs terminate on perisomatic dendrites of layer 2/3 pyramidal neurons (L2/3 PyNs) in primary sensory cortex. Since studies on synaptic transmission in layer 1 are sparse, we investigated the basic properties and cholinergic modulation of synaptic transmission in layer 1 and compared them to those in perisomatic dendrites of L2/3 PyNs of rat primary visual cortex. Using extracellular stimulations of layer 1 and layer 4, we evoked excitatory postsynaptic current/potential in synapses in distal apical dendrites (L1-EPSC/L1EPSP) and those in perisomatic dendrites (L4-EPSC/L4-EPSP), respectively. Kinetics of L1-EPSC was slower than that of L4-EPSC. L1-EPSC showed presynaptic depression while L4-EPSC was facilitating. In contrast, inhibitory postsynaptic currents showed similar paired-pulse ratio between layer 1 and layer 4 stimulations with depression only at 100 Hz. Cholinergic stimulation induced presynaptic depression by activating muscarinic receptors in excitatory and inhibitory synapses to similar extents in both inputs. However, nicotinic stimulation enhanced excitatory synaptic transmission by ~20% in L4-EPSC. Rectification index of AMPA receptors and AMPA/NMDA ratio were similar between synapses in distal apical and perisomatic dendrites. These results provide basic properties and cholinergic modulation of synaptic transmission between distal apical and perisomatic dendrites in L2/3 PyNs of the visual cortex, which might be important for controlling information processing balance depending on attentional state.
Environmental Survey Data Analysis by Data Fusion Techniques

Data fusion is generally defined as the use of techniques that combine data from multiple sources and gather that information in order to achieve inferences. Data fusion is also called data combination or data matching. Data fusion is divided in five branch types which are exact matching, judgemental matching, probability matching, statistical matching, and data linking. Currently, Gyeongnam province is executing the social survey every year with the provincials. But, they have the limit of the analysis as execute the different survey to 3 year cycles. In this paper, we study to data fusion of environmental survey data using sas macro. We can use data fusion outputs in environmental preservation and environmental improvement.
