협력학교 기반 현장실습 프로그램 개발 및 운영에 대한 예비교사의 인식조사

This study aims to examine perception on Joint Educational Program(JEP) based on cooperating schools and to discuss ways to provide an opportunity of field experience for secondary pre-service teachers. For the purposes of this study, we designed mixed methods research using survey and interview. Data were collected from 189 secondary pre-service teachers from six department in a college of education and all of them participated in the JEP. Among them, 11 pre-service teachers had in-depth interviews. As results, we found that the secondary pre-service teachers` perception on JEP was generally high. In particular, the pre-service teachers` grade, major, and learning experience had impact on the perception on management, outcome, and difficulty of the JEP. Finally, based on our results, we discuss how to improve field experience programs for secondary pre-service teachers.
