Distributions of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) in garlic and green onion samples as kimchi sub-ingredients were analyzed by comparing the SDS-PAGE whole cell protein patterns and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. In total, 245 LAB were isolated from 10 garlic samples and differentiated into 7 groups by comparing SDS-PAGE whole cell protein patterns. The groups were identified as Leuconostoc, Weissella, and Lactobacillus through the 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. A total of 115 LAB were isolated from 7 green onion samples, differentiated into 6groups, and identified as Weissella, Leuconostoc, and Lactococcus. Leuconostoc was the most dominated LAB in garlic and Weissella was the most dominated LAB in green onion. The LAB identified in this study was found as dominant microorganisms in kimchi. This result suggests the possible contribution of LAB in garlic and green onion to the bacterial microflora of kimchi, especially during early stage of fermentation.

Objectives : C V A(Cerebral Vascular Attack) is the severest and most important disease that makes doctors difficult in treating, also makes patients difficult to recover. I intended to research for imformations and standards of C V A patients of Sasang Constitutional Medicine through this clinical study. Methods : 106 C V A patients(61 men and 45 women) who had been inpatients from October 19, 1996 to August 19, 1999 in Conmaul Oriental Hospital were investigated and analysed the characteristics, past histories, symtoms, progress, relationship with other diseases for example DM and HTN, efficacy of oriental medical treatments. Results and Conclusions : The results of constitutional analysis showed 51 Taeumin(48.1%) 13 Soyangin(12.3%) 12 Soeumin(11.3%) 7 Taeyangin(6.6%). In the frequency of C V A, age of $60{\sim}69(43.4%)$ is major, both $50{\sim}59\;and\;70{\sim}79$ (17.9%) are next. and in pre-disease on the past, C V A is major, digestive disease and musuloskeletal disease are next. In chief complaint, kinetic disorder is major dyslogia is next. In efficacy of treatments, Slightly Improved(52.9%) is the most occupied part of that.
클라우드 스토리지 서비스에 대한 디지털 포렌식 조사 방법

The demand for cloud computing is increasing because of the popularity of digital devices and the wide use of the Internet. Among cloud computing services, most consumers use cloud storage services that provide mass storage. It is easy to access cloud storage services using smartphones. With increasing utilization, it is possible for malicious users to abuse cloud storage services. Therefore, a sutdy on digital forensic investigation of cloud storage services is necessary. This paper proposes new procedure for investigating and analyzing the artifacts of all accessible devices, such as Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android smartphone. 최근 디지털 기기가 보급되고 인터넷 사용이 확대되면서 기능적, 편의적인 측면에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 가운데, 대부분의 개인 사용자들은 대용량의 저장 공간을 제공해주는 클라우드 스토리지 서비스를 많이 사용하고 있다. 첫 번째 이유는 클라우드 스토리지 서비스는 단순히 저장 공간을 제공해주는 웹하드와는 달리 저장 공간과 함께 문서 파일 편집, 이미지 편집, 음악/동영상 재생, 메일 전송 등의 여러 가지 부가 서비스를 함께 제공하기 때문이다. 두 번째 이유는 스마트폰과 같은 단말기기를 이용하여 쉽고 편리하게 이용할 수 있기 때문이다. 최근 클라우드 스토리지 서비스의 사용이 증가하면서 악의적인 목적으로 활용될 가능성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 클라우드 스토리지 서비스에 대한 포렌식 조사 방법에 대한 연구가 필요한 실정 이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 서비스 되고 있는 다양한 클라우드 스토리지 서비스를 윈도우와 스마트폰에서 사용했을 때 남는 흔적을 수집 및 조사하고, 분석하는 방법을 제시한다.
Unity와 Photon을 활용한 스마트 팜 환경 제어 시스템 구현에 관한 연구

Unity programs are largely recognized as game development tools. However, it has many functions built in, so it can be applied to various fields as well as game development. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a smart farm environmental control program using Unity and Photon. The proposed program has vast compatibility that is not limited to specific devices, and it is very easy to build network systems for remote control. In addition, the proposed programs were installed on various devices such as pc and smartphones, making it easy to control the smart farm environment system. Through experiments, it was confirmed that data transmission and reception between Windows and Android, other operating system environments, and that smart farm systems were operating normally.
