        브러싱 자극 토마토 공정묘의 지상부와 지하부 생육 변화

        Mechanical stimulation induce the morphological changes in plants. In this study, we investigated the growth changes of tomato seedlings applicated to mechanical stimulation. The brushing treatment was used for mechanical stimulation. The brushing treatment interval was 2 hr using transfer device attached acrylic film from 10 days after sowing. Growth parameter of tomato seedlings were measured 3-day intervals to investigate the growth changes during brushing treatment. The plant height and leaf area were decreased in brushing treatment than the control, and the fresh and dry weights of shoot didn’t have significant difference in the control and brushing treatment. The total root length and root surface area were increased in brushing treatment compared than the control, and root volume has no significant difference in the control and brushing treatment. In conclusion, these results suggest that the application of brushing treatment on tomato seedling make shorten plant height and well-development root morphological characteristics. 기계적 자극은 식물체의 형태적 변화를 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 기계적 자극을 적용한 토마토의 육묘기 동안의 생육 변화를 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 브러싱처리가 기계적 자극으로 이용되었으며, 아크릴이 부착된 이송장치를 이용하여 2시간 간격으로 파종 후 10일 이후부터 처리를 진행하였다. 브러싱 처리 동안 생육 변화를 확인하기 위해 3일 간격으로 생육을 조사하였다. 초장과 엽면적은 브러싱처리에서 대조구에 비해 감소하는 결과를 보였으며 지상부의생체중과 건물중은 대조구와 유사한 값을 보였다. 총 근장과지하부 표면적은 브러싱 처리에서 대조구에 비해 증가하였으며, 지하부 부피는 대조구와 브러싱 처리가 유사한 값을 보였다. 결론적으로 토마토 공정묘에 브러싱 처리는 지상부의 생육 감소를 유도하였으며 지하부의 형태적 발달을 증가시키는 것으로 판단된다.

        淸暈化痰湯加味方이 局所腦血流量 및 평균혈압에 미치는 실험적 연구(Ⅲ)

        Cheonghunhwadam-tang have been used in oriental medicine for many centuries as a therapeutic agent of vertigo by wind, fire and phlegm. CHT Gamypang(CTG) was CHT adding Aurantii Fructus(AF). The effects of CTG on the regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) and mean arterial blood pressure(MABP) is not known. The mechanical Study of CTG on the cerebral hemodynamics is not known too. Therefore, purpose of this Study was to investigate effects of CTG on the rCBF and MABP, mechanism of CTG on the cerebral hemodynamics in rats. The changes of rCBF and BP was determinated by Laser-Doppler Flowmetry(LDF). The results were as follows ; CTG extract was significantly decreased rCBF in a dose-dependent, but the change of MABP was not shown. Pretreatment with propranolol(3㎎/㎏, i.v.) was significantly increased CTG(10 ㎎/㎏, i.v.) induced decrease of rCBF. Pretreatment with indomethacin(3㎎/㎏, i.v.) and methylene blue(10㎍/㎏, i.v.) were increased CTG induced of rCBF too. This results suggest that the mechanism of CTG is mediated by adrenergic β-receptor, guanylate cyclase and cyclooxygenase.

        스포츠복지에서 통합적 관점의 의미 및 의의

        The purpose of this study is to present an integrated sports welfare perspectives based on discussions related to social and sports welfare and analysis of sports policy cases and to clarify the meaning and significance of the model. In terms of social welfare, the concept of welfare has been developed from selectively welfare to universally welfare, and active welfare has recently emerged from the perspective of the Third Way. On the other hand, sports welfare generally aims for universal welfare with regard to wellbeing and heath promotion, while selective welfare is also being emphasized for the socially marginalized groups such as children, the elderly, and women. The integrated sports welfare perspectives is a model that considers all aspects of selective, universal, passive, and active welfare, and evaluates existing sports policies and provides a theoretical framework for future sports policy development, implementation, and evaluation. In terms of sustainable welfare, it is desirable to maintain selective and universal welfare, but policy development and implementation for active welfare are needed in the future, and research and policy improvement on this need to be actively conducted.

        甘麥大棗湯 및 구성약물이 국소뇌혈류량과 심혈관계에 미치는 실험적 효과

        Gammaekdaejo-tang(GDT) have been used in oriental medicine for many centuries as a therapeutic agent for hysteria, insomnia, epilepsy and stomach cramps. GDT consists of the following components ; Glycyrrhizae Radix(GR, 甘草), Tritici immatri Semen(TS, 小麥), Jujubae Fructus(JF, 大棗), The effects of GDT on the cerebral blood vascular and cardiacvascular system is not known. The purpose of this Study was to investigate the effects of GDT on the regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF), mean arterial blood pressure(BP), cardiac muscle contractile force(CMF) and heart rate(HR). The changes in rCBF, BP, CMF and HR were determinated by Laser-Doppler Flowmeter(LDF). The results were as follows ; 1. rCBF was significantly increased by GDT, TS and JF in a dose-dependent manner, 2. rCBF was decreased by GR in a dose-dependent manner, 3. GDT increased BP and CMF, but decreased HR, 4. GR inhibited BP and HR, but accelerated CMF, 5. TS accelerated BP, CMF and HR, 6. JF decreased BP and CMF, but increased HR.

        A Numerical Study of Different Types of Collimators for a High-Resolution Preclinical CdTe Pixelated Semiconductor SPECT System

        In single-photon-emission computed tomography (SPECT) with a pixelated semiconductor detector(PSD), not only pinhole collimators but also parallel-hole collimators are often used in preclinicalnuclear-medicine imaging systems. The purpose of this study was to evaluate and compare pinhole andparallel-hole collimators in a PSD. For that purpose, we paired a PID 350 (Ajat Oy Ltd., Finland) CdTePSD with each of the four collimators most frequently used in preclinical nuclear medicine: (1) a pinholecollimator, and (2) low-energy high-resolution (LEHR), (3) low-energy general-purpose (LEGP), and (4)low-energy high-sensitivity (LEHS) parallel-hole collimators. The sensitivity and spatial resolution of eachcollimator was evaluated using a point source and a hot-rod phantom. The highest sensitivity was achievedusing LEHS, followed by LEGP, LEHR, and pinhole. Also, at a source-to-collimator distance of 2 cm,the spatial resolution was 1.63, 2.05, 2.79, and 3.45 mm using pinhole, LEHR, LEGP, and LEHS,respectively. The reconstructed hot-rod phantom images showed that the pinhole collimator and the LEHRparallel-hole collimator give a fine spatial resolution for preclinical SPECT with PSD. In conclusion, wesuccessfully compared different types of collimators for a preclinical pixelated semiconductor SPECTsystem.

        順氣導痰湯이 白鼠 의 腦血流力學에 미치는 기전 연구

        Sunkidodam-tang(SDT) have been used in oriental medicine for many centuries as a therapeutic agent for fullness sensation due to accumulation of phlegm. The effects of SDT on the vascular system is net known. The purpose of this Study was to investigate the effects of SDT on the pial arterial diameter, action mechanism of SDT on the cerebral hemodynamics. The changes in regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF), mean arterial blood pressure(BP) and cardiac muscle contractile force(CMF) were determinated by Laser-Doppler Flowmetry(LDF), and the changes in pial arterial diameter were determinated by video microscopy methods and video analyzer. The results were as follows ; Pial arterial diameter was significantly increased by SDT in a dose-dependent manner. Pretreatment with L-NNA significantly inhibited SDT induced increased rCBF. Pretreatment with L-NNA significantly inhibited SDT induced increased BP. Pretreatment with methylene blue inhibited SDT induced increased rCBF Pretreatment with methylene blue significantly inhibited SDT induced increased BP. Pretreatment with indomethacin significantly inhibited SDT induced increased rCBF. Pretreatment with indomethacin inhibited SDT induced increased BP. These results suggest that SDT causes a diverse response of blood vessle movement(rCBF, BP, CMF and pial arterial diameter). The blood vessle movement(rCBF, BP, CMF) is also mediated by nitric oxide synthase, cyclic GMP(guanylyl cyclase) and prostaglandin(cyclooxygenase).
