인지적 유연성과 자살 행동의 관계에서 부정적 / 긍정적 해석편향과 우울의 순차적 매개효과: 20대를 중심으로

전 세계적으로 해마다 70만 명이 넘는 사람들이 자살로 사망하며, 특히 국내에서는 자살이 18년간 20대의 사망 원인 1 위를 차지하여 젊은 성인에게서 더 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 자살의 심각성이 큰 20대를 대상으로 편향된 정보 처리에 영향을 줄 수 있는 기질적 변인인 인지적 유연성이 자살 행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 부정적/긍정적 해석편향 과 우울이 차례로 매개하는지 알아보고자 부분매개모형과 완전매개모형을 설정하여 비교하였다. 인지적 유연성을 측정 하기 위하여 선 추적 검사(Trail Making Task)의 선로 B를 사용했고, 해석편향을 측정하기 위해 유사성 평정 과제 (Similarity Rating Task)를 사용했다. 환자 건강 질문지 9문항 우울척도(Patient Health Questionnaire - 9 depression scale)를 사 용하여 우울을 측정했고, 자살 행동 측정에는 자살 행동 척도 개정판(Suicidal Behavior Questionnaire - Revised)을 활용했다. 완전매개모형이 부분매개모형보다 적합한 것으로 확인되었다. 독립변인은 인지적 유연성, 종속변인은 자살 행동, 매개 변인은 차례로 부정적/긍정적 해석편향과 우울로 하는 완전매개모형을 검증한 결과 인지적 유연성이 부정적 해석편향 및 긍정적 해석편향 각각을 경유하여 우울을 거쳐 자살 행동에 미치는 간접효과가 유의하여 모형의 완전매개효과가 나 타났다. 즉, 인지적 유연성이 낮을 때, 부정적 해석편향이 증가하며, 부정적 해석편향이 증가할수록 우울해지고, 자살 행동도 증가하였다. 또한 인지적 유연성이 높을 때, 긍정적 해석편향이 증가하고, 보다 긍정적 해석편향을 할수록 덜 우울해지고 결과적으로 자살 행동도 줄어들었다. 이러한 결과는 낮은 인지적 유연성이 자살 행동에 직접 영향을 주기 보다는, 부정적인 해석편향과 긍정적인 해석편향을 거쳐 우울에 영향을 주는 방식으로 자살 행동에 간접적으로 영향을 줄 수 있음을 보여준다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

오디오와 영상 정보를 이용한 비디오 샷, 장면 경계 검출 및 크래시피케이션

본 논문에서는 효과적인 내용기반 비디오 검색을 위한 샷 경계 검출, 장면 경계 검출, 그리고 비디오 크래시피케이션 방법을 연구하였다. 먼저, 샷 경계 검출을 위해 칼라 히스토그램과 DCT변환 계수를 통합하여 사용했다. 그리고 장면 경계 검출을 위해서는 영상 정보뿐만 아니라 오디오 정보를 함께 사용하여 장면 경계를 검출하였다 또한 비디오 크래시피케이션에서는 장면 경계 검출시 추출한 오디오 정보를 이용해 비디오를 내용별로 분류하는 연구를 제안하였다. 뉴스, 광고, 스포츠 등 다양한 3개 분야의 TV 프로그램으로 구성된 약 8,500개 영상 프레임과 약 50,000개의 오디오 프레임을 가진 실험 비디오 데이터베이스를 구성하여 제안된 시스템을 실험하였다. 실험한 결과, 약 88%의 정확도(Precision)를 가지는 장면 경계 검출과 약 85%의 평균 분류율을 보였다.

Background and Objective: The importance of the presence of eosinophils in the airways of patients with fetal asthma has long been recognized, but the mechanism by which these cells are recruited and retained in the lung are only now being elucidated. Eotaxin is a potent and specific eosinophil chemoattractant that is mobilized in the respiratory epithelium after allergic stimulation. Material and Methods: We used water extracts of Liripois Tuber and pulmonary epithelial cell lines A549(human typeII-like epithelial cells) and human eosinophils. We estimated cytotoxic effects of Liripois Tuber via MTS assay, and estimated the effects of Liripois Tuber on chemokines from prestimulated A549 cells by sandwich ELISA and RT-PCR. We conducted chemotaxis assay on prestimulated eosinophils treated with Liripois Tuber. Result: In this study we demonstrated that $TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-4 and $IL-1{\beta}$ induced the accumulation of chemokines mRNA in the pulmonary epithelial cell lines A549 in dose-dependent manner. Chemokines were inhibited by Liripois Tuber in dose-dependent manner. The eosinophil migration was inhibited at high concentration of Liripois Tuber. Conculusion: These findings indicate that the supression of the expression of chemokines can be accomplished by Liripois Tuber treatment, raising the possibility that Liripois Tuber might be of therapeutic value in diseases such as asthma.

A Review of Academic Discourses of Cultural Landscape - for the Extension and Application to the Landscape Heritage Study and Policy -

Cultural landscape, which was mainly referred in art, philosophy, and geography, has recently become an important terminology in heritage theory and practice as well as related research and policy. In particular, as the concept of heritage value was expanded to place-based ‘living heritage’, and UNESCO applied cultural landscape to deal with the everyday realm of human beings in 1992, the discussion of cultural landscape surged rapidly. As cultural landscape research, which began to be discussed in the West in the 19th century, was adopted as a theory to expand the scope of spatial planning and heritage field, cultural landscape is no longer semantic term, but a specific and practical policy term. However, compared to the recent growing interest in cultural landscapes in Korea, academic discourses on cultural landscapes have rarely been mentioned in related studies or even efforts to enlist valuable sites as World Heritage Cultural Landscape. This paper, therefore, reviewed the origin, evolutionary change, and current use of cultural landscape as an academic term by examining interdisciplinary academic discussions of cultural landscape centered on cultural geography in the Western world over the past 100 years. As the study of cultural landscape began to be widely conducted by geographer, Carl O. Sauer, discourse on cultural landscape has expanded to three academic perspectives: ‘landscape as form, landscape as symbol, and landscape as place.’ The theoretical foundation of the cultural landscape, the ‘combined works of man and nature’, which have revealed and sustained the great diversity of the interaction between human and their environment, accommodates various interpretation of the landscape from diverse cultural perspectives, and has been a platform of communication and convergence with various fields. In this way, by reviewing the cultural landscape discourse as an academic term, this paper is expected to provide a theoretical basis for domestic cultural landscape research, and furthermore, to serve as a basis for expanding the concept of landscape heritage and establishing related policies.

A Values of Wonlim as the World Heritage Cultural Landscape - Focusing on Yun Seon-Do's Garden on Bogildo Island, Scenic Site No.34. -

Yun Seon-Do's Garden on Bogildo Island (甫吉島 尹善道 園林, Scenic Site No.34) is Korea's representative historic garden where the harmony of religion, art, and culture with the natural setting is evident. With the thorough case study of Yun Seon-Do's Garden on Bogildo Island, the main goal of this paper is to examine the legitimacy and scope of Korean traditional Wonlim, or landscape garden’s inscription as a World Heritage, with its ‘Cultural Landscape' identity and value as a ’Clearly Defined Landscape’. For these, the study re-valued Yun Seon-Do's Garden on Bogildo Island in terms of the notion of the World Heritage Cultural Landscape, particularly with technical terms of ①the ten selection criteria, ②the notion of integrity and ③the test of authenticity and ④protection and management system, which are required to meet OUV, and revealed how designated traditional gardens under the scenic site policy could be adopted effectively in the inscription process of World Heritage Cultural Landscape. Yun Seon-Do's Garden on Bogildo Island should meet the World Heritage criteria in order to be recognized for its outstanding universal value. Yun Seon-Do's Garden on Bogildo Island can be defined as a 'clearly defined landscape' among the cultural landscape types. Of the 10 World Heritage OUV selection criteria, (ii), (iv), (v) and (vi) can be applied to the garden. It should also display authenticity in its materials and techniques, and all elements (integrity) that can show the garden’s value. In addition, a comparative assessment with a similar garden heritage should be conducted and a protection and management plan should be implemented to systematically protect the heritage. It needs to be promoted for inscription through a comprehensive linkage with other heritage sites related to the garden.
