        간호학생 대상 시뮬레이션기반 기본소생술 반복교육의 효과와 지속성

        Propose: This study was to investigate the educational effect and retention of repeated simulation-based basic life support (BLS) training for nursing students. Methods: A comparison group design with pretest and posttest was used. A total of 35 nursing students (18 for the experimental group, 17 for the control group) participated in the study. A repeated simulationbased BLS training program which include a lecture, skills training, and two repeated sessions of simulation practice and debriefing was provided twice for experimental group. Knowledge, self-efficacy, and skill performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) were measured three times: at baseline, week 2, and week 6. Descriptive analysis, repeated measures ANOVA, and t-test were used for data analyses. Results: Knowledge, self-efficacy and skill performance of CPR were not significantly changed by group assignment, by the time, and interaction of group by time. Effectiveness of intervention was not maintained until Week 6. Conclusion: The results suggest that the timing of repeat education, total training time, and students' mastery of CPR performance should be considered when developing simulation-based programs to improve and maintain students' CPR knowledge, self-efficacy, and skill performance.

        여자축구선수의 경기력 지각에 대한 자기평가편향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate biased self-evaluation found in the soccer performance perception of female soccer players. Population for research was selected from female soccer players registered with Korea Women’s Football Federation as of 2014, and cluster sampling method was used on players to analyze data from a total of 296 players. For data processing, SPSS 20.0 and Amos 20.0 programs were used to verify hypothesis. Results of the study are as follows: First, the analysis of biased self-evaluation of factors of soccer performance perception that female soccer players perceive in the overall group showed that there occurred self-abasement bias in technical factors and soccer intelligence. But there occurred self-enhancement bias in psychological factors. High school group showed self-abasement bias in general, on the other hand, university group shows little biased self-evaluation. And corporate team group shows self-abasement bias in psychological factors. Second, female soccer players perceive in comparison with male soccer players showed self-abasement bias that highly regards performance of male soccer players than their own performance in all the factors. Female soccer players perceived between high school, university, and corporate teams in comparison with male soccer players showed that there was self-abasement bias in high school, university and corporate teams in general. However, there was no self-abasement bias in concentration among psychological factors in corporate team players.

        Control Moment Gyro 원리를 이용한 외륜 로봇의 균형제어

        This paper describes the design and realization methods of a unicycle robot using the CMG (Control Moment Gyro) method that is commonly used in altitude controls of satellites. To cause this robot to keep balancing upright, it is essential to control the roll and pitch angle of the robot simultaneously. Unlike the reaction wheel-based roll control of a unicycle robot, CMG method controls gimbals which constantly support a rotating rotor to produce the torque necessary to nullify the roll angle error of the robot. The dynamic model of the robot is derived using the Euler-Lagrange equation. By separating the equation into roll and pitch dynamics, LQR (Linear Quadratic Regulator) controllers and a state observer are designed. A series of simulations and experiments are conducted to validate the performance of the proposed control method. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed balancing control algorithm for the CMG-based unicycle robot.

        시뮬레이션을 활용한 호흡곤란 응급관리 실습이 간호학생의 학습 성과에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the learning outcomes of simulation-based practice on emergency care for patients with dyspnea in nursing students. Methods: One group pre-post experimental design with 28 nursing students was used. Simulation-based practice on the basis of SimMan Human Patient Simulator including academic lectures, simulation lab exercises and debriefing was applied for four and half hours. The learning outcomes were assessed by measuring knowledge, critical thinking, problem solving process of cognitive skills, self-confidence and learning attitudes of affective domain. Furthermore, self reported clinical performance ability of psychomotor skills was examined. Results: After the completion of simulation-based practice, there was a significant increase in the mean of following measured variables: knowledge, critical thinking, problem solving process of cognitive skills, self-confidence, learning attitudes of affective domain and clinical performance ability of psychomotor skills. Significant positive relationships were found among learning outcome measurement variables. Conclusion: Simulation-based practice is an effective method to improve cognitive skills, affective domain and psychomotor skills of nursing students. Hence, Simulation-based practice should be applied for improving current limited emergency care training for nursing students and enhancing students' competency in clinical situations.

        간호대학생의 저혈당 응급관리 시뮬레이션 실습 수행 평가를 위한 임상판단 루브릭 적용

        Purpose: To evaluate the applicability of Lasater Clinical Judgment Rubric (LCJR) as an evaluation tool for hypoglycemia simulation practicum on Korean nursing students. Methods: The methodological study was done to evaluate the reliability and validity of the LCJR. Based on Benner's 4 levels of nursing grading rubric, ten items of the LCJR was evaluated for interrater reliability and internal consistency. The content validity was tested by eight experts and concurrent validity was done by Clark (2006)'s clinical simulation grading rubric. Fifty five video-taped cases of senior nursing students in Y University were used for the reliability and concurrent validity of the LCJR. Results: The interrater reliability was r=.90 (p<.001); Kendall tau b=.87 (p <.001), and Cronbach's alpha was .90. A value of item content validity index of the LCJR was .97 and correlation coefficient between the LCJR and Clark's instrument was .90 (p<.001). The mean (${\pm}SD$) of the nursing students' clinical judgment was 2.04 (${\pm}50$). Conclusion: The LCJR is a useful tool to examine the simulation performance evaluation for improving competency among nursing students. The results indicated that the LCJR may provide valuable information regarding clinical judgment of nursing students and thus, suggested to use to develop a simulation-based education program.

        간호대학생을 위한 환자안전 팀 의사소통 및 협력 실감형 가상현실 시뮬레이션 콘텐츠 개발

        본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생 교육용 환자안전 팀 의사소통 및 협력 교육을 위한 실감형 가상현실 시뮬레이션(Team Communication and Collaboration Immersive Virtual Reality Simulation, TCC-iVRS) 콘텐츠를 개발하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 TCC-iVRS 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 방법론적 연구이며 소프트웨어 개발모델 중 프로토타입 모델 중 4단계 요구사항 분석, 프로토타입 설계, 프로토타입 개발, 사용자에 의한 프로토타입 평가의 절차로 오큘러스 퀘스트2 기반 Unity 3D 플랫폼을 이용하여 개발하였다. 연구결과는 3개의 학습목표에 따라 4개의 시나리오를 구성하였으며 시나리오를 기초로 오큘러스 퀘스트2 head mounted display 및 콘트롤러를 활용한 4개의 실감형 가상현실 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 개발하였고 각 프로그램의 실행시간은 프로그램당 10분 내외이다. 본 TCC-iVRS 콘텐츠는 의료인 간 팀 의사소통 및 협력 교육을 위해 최초로 개발된 실감형 가상현실 시뮬레이션 콘텐츠로 간호대학생이 임상실습에서 경험하기 어려운 의료인 간의 의사소통중 간호사가 의사에게 환자 상황을 정확하게 보고하고 환자안전을 위해 자기주장하는 의사소통 역량 향상에 기여할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to develop a Team Communication and Collaboration Immersive Virtual Reality Simulation (TCC-iVRS) education program for patient safety of nursing students. This methodological study developed using the Oculus Quest 2-based unity 3D platform as a four-step process of demend analysis, prototype design, prototype development, and prototype evaluation by usersof the prototype model among software development models. As a result, 4 scenarios were constructed according to 3 learning goals, and 4 immersive virtual reality simulation programs were developed. The running time of program is about 10 minutes per program. This content is the first immersive virtual reality simulation content developed for team communication and collaboration education. Through this content, nursing students accurately reports the patient’s situation to the doctor during communication between medical team, which is difficult for nursing students to experience in clinical practice, and it will contribute to the improvement of self-assertive communication skills for patient safety.

        간호대학생과 병원간호사의 가상현실기반 환자안전을 위한 팀 의사소통과 팀워크 기술에 대한 교육요구의 차이: 혼합연구설계

        본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생과 간호사를 대상으로 가상현실기반 환자안전을 위한 의사소통과 팀워크 기술교육요구를 파악하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 간호대학생 60명과 간호사 123명에게 질문지 조사를 시행하고, 간호사 14명에게 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 시행한 혼합연구설계를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 25.0 및 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 후 귀납적 내용분석방법을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 대상자의 가상현실인식과 팀 의사소통 및 팀워크 기술 교육요구는 보통수준 이상이었고 간호대학생에서 가상현실인식과 교육요구가 더 높았다. 팀워크 지식은 보통수준으로 두 군 간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 질적 자료 분석에서 간호사는 병원에서 의사 또는 타부서 직원과의 의사소통 어려움을 일으키는 4개 주제와 결과요인 2개 주제가 도출되었다. 본 연구는 대상자들의 가상현실에 대한 인식은 긍정적이었으며, 환자안전을 위해서 팀 의사소통과 팀워크 교육의 필요성을 보여주었다. 따라서 대상자들의 교육요구를 반영한 가상현실기반 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 개발하여 간호대학생과 간호사에게 요구되는 환자안전을 위한 팀 의사소통과 팀워크 기술 역량을 향상할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the educational needs of virtual reality(VR)-based communication and teamwork skills for patient safety intended for nursing students and nurses. For this study, mixed method design was used with surveyed data collected 60 nursing students and 123 nurses. And fourteen nurses was conducted focus group interview. SPSS/WIN 25.0 and inductive content analysis for focus group interviews were utilized for data analysis. The results indicated that the awareness of VR and educational needs of team communication, and teamwork skills were above average, and nursing students required higher educational needs than nurses. Teamwork knowledge was moderate, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Regarding nurse’s communication in hospital, 4 themes of contributing factors and 2 themes of result factors that cause communication difficulties among nurses were derived from the qualitative data. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a virtual reality-based simulation program reflecting the educational needs of nursing students and nurses in order to improve team communication and teamwork skills for patient safety required for nursing students and nurses.

        간호대학생의 학업스트레스, 진로정체감, 자기효능감이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 학업스트레스, 진로정체감, 자기효능감이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 성공적인 대학생활적응프로그램을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 P시에 소재한 일개 대학의 간호학과 2, 3, 4학년 217명을 대상으로 연구자가 연구의 목적과 절차를 설명한 후 자료수집에 대한 동의한 학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 자료수집 기간은 2018년 4월 30일부터 5월 12일까지 진행되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN/22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 일반적 특성에 따른 학업스트레스는 성별, 간호학과 선택동기, 전공만족도에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 진로정체감은 학년, 간호학과 선택동기, 임상실습경험여부, 전공만족도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 자기효능감은 학년, 임상실습경험여부, 전공만족도에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 대학생활적응은 거주형태, 전공만족도에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 변수간의 상관관계는 대학생활적응은 자기효능감, 진로정체감과는 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 학업스트레스는 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 대학생활적응의 영향요인은 학업스트레스와 자기효능감이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 이는 학업스트레스가 낮을수록, 자기효능감이 높을수록 대학생활적응이 높아진다고 할 수 있다. 학업스트레스, 자기효능감은 대학생활적응을 32.2%를 설명하였다. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for developing programs for the successful adjustment to college life, by understanding effects of academic stress, career identity and self efficacy on nursing students adjustment to college life. The researcher collected from the subjects, 217 in a university located in P, who agree to the collection of data, by explaining them about the objective and procedure of this study. The data collection period for this study was from April 30 to May 12, 2018. Data were analyzed by using SPSS WIN/22.0. The findings show there are differences in the subjects general characteristics: there are significant differences in gender, choice motivation and major satisfaction, for the academic stress; there are significant differences in grade, experience in clinical practice and major satisfaction, for the self efficacy; there are statistically significant differences in grade, choice motivation experience in clinical practice and major satisfaction, for the career identity; there are significant differences in residential forms and major satisfaction, for the adjustment to college life. An analysis on the correlation among the subjects variables exhibited that the adjustment to college life has positive correlations with self efficacy and career identity; academic stress has a negative correlation with them, indicating that the adjustment to college life is enhances, as the academic stress is lower while self efficacy is higher. Both the academic stress and the self efficacy accounted for 32.2% of the adjustment to college life.
