        경주도심 노후주거지 현지개량방식의 주거환경개선방안에 관한 연구

        With old housing being renovated in both the Gatdui and Daean areas, of the Gyeongju downtown area, this study was carried out to examine the implications of various renewal approaches in a city that is rich in both history and culture. The study included a physical survey of the areas under construction as well as a questionnaire given to residents to analyse their level of satisfaction with and requirements for housing and their preferring housing types. The study also analysed renewal patterns among the residents were analysed by examining the ways in which particular renovations had been performed. The findings showed that both governmental authorities and private parties need to be involved and work together if such renewals are to be successful. In recent years there have been regular conflicts between those in favor of development and those in favor of preserving the historic and cultural resources of the city. At times the city identity has been neglected by residents. In the future, it will be necessary to take both development conditions and the residents' economic situations into consideration when making decisions about renewal and to consider a wide range of methods for rearranging housing patterns, with the goal of transforming housing renovation into a broader program of social rearrangement for the purpose of improving social patterns in the city.

        아파트 외부공간의 감성적 요소가 주거소비행태에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of the research is analyzing how the emotional factors of the external apartment design can be influenced by the consumers' emotional reaction, and analyzing how the emotional reaction of the consumers will affect the expenditure of the apartment in the upcoming future. For this purpose, first, external surrounding factors of the apartment are extracted and then classified into three major design categories (instinctive, behavioral, and reflective design), and each factor is evaluated by the emotional evaluation. The scope of the research is restricted to the apartments in Daegu city which are built by Top 3 construction companies from the analysis of construction-working rank (May, 2010). The residential-expenditure data are extracted from D-univ. students, in accordance with the satisfaction of the external surroundings and emotional-reaction against the emotional-design factors of the apartment. This research is done by the statistic analysis program SPSS17.0. This shows that difference of emotional design by the apartment external space requisites will be significance as fundamental data for development of application and planning and apartment external space of emotional design by the apartment external space in the future.

        호텔로비공간을 위한 화훼조형물의 디자인 제안

        This study was examined to analyze changes in the images of floral formatives after installing them indoors and to propose floral formatives that suit an indoor space. In this study, hotel lobby space where many people use, was set up as a research target to install floral formatives. As hotel`s gateway and square, hotel lobby accepts hotel`s various functions and determines its image. For that reason, an independent and unique development of indoor design is more required. Also, a lot of companies are developing aggressive strategies for creating good images and managing them, since hotel lobby is a multi-purpose and multi-functional space where service marketing for customer satisfaction is performed in a sensuo us atmosphere and the best services are provided. In this study, indoor space characteristics of hotel lobbies in selected 5 hotels were investigated to analyze their general colors depending on finishing materials and lights which are interior architectural properties and then, a floor plan was drawn up through the actual survey to see what architectural structures they have. Based on this survey data, color image scale and color image rod were produced to understand color characteristics and image characteristics of indoor spaces were analyzed, according to finishing materials. For this research, floral formatives which have relatively large scales and strong individualities to be proper for hotels, were selected. Most of selected formatives were produced using a hanging technique or a standing technique to install them on a table. After analyzing their characteristics, then, they were proposed to hotel lobbies with appropriate atmosphere for them. As a result, installing floral formatives aroused a new awareness of a hotel image. Furthermore, in addition to hotels, more floral formatives need to be installed in many indoor spaces to increase expectation and interest in them and develop them more.

        브랜드 아파트의 이미지와 자아이미지의 일치성에 관한 연구

        The trend in which an apartment is regarded as not only a substantial property or 'residence' but also as a 'means of self-expression' for consumers is increasing in the present housing marketing, and thus, the apartment brand image has become an important field of marketing management. Therefore, the present study aimed to verify the difference between the image of a housing brand and the self-image of consumers in order to propose a singular direction of strategies for the formation of a differentiated brand image. As a result of research, analysis showed that there is a trend in which consumers show a more positive attitude towards a brand apartment that has a brand image closer to an ideal selfimage. Even if this trend is weak, it was confirmed that the consentaneity between a brand image and the self-image of housing products can become a variable having some influence on brand attitude. The survey method compared a brand image and a self-image by using Likert's 5-point scale on the apartment brands of the top three companies according to the study result of a national brand competitiveness index (NBCI). Self-consentaneity was determined by using the distance measurement model of self-consentaneity proposed by Sirgy (1982). The study data was collected from 210 persons and the PASW program was used for statistical data analysis.

        지구성운동이 난소절제 모델의 대동맥에서 에스트로겐 수용체, Endothelin-1 및 eNOS에 미치는 효과

        PURPOSE: This study was to investigate effect of endurance exercise on estrogen receptors, endothelin-1, eNOS and ERK expression in aorta of ovariectomized rats. METHODS: Female (Fischer 344, n=40) rat of 6 weeks ages were divided into 3 groups; Sham-control (SO, n=10), OVX-control (SC, n=10), OVX-low intensity exercise (OL, n=10), OVX-moderate intensity exercise (OM, n=10). The two exercise training groups ran on treadmill for 60 min/day, 5 times/week at 18 and 26 m/min for 16 weeks. Western blotting was used to analysis rat aortas and target proteins. The statistical evaluation was performed using one way ANOVA and post-hoc test. p<.05 was considered statistical significant. RESULTS: In comparison with OV group, OM group showed significantly lower body weight gain and TG. Expression of estrogen receptor α (ERα) and ET-1, not estrogen receptor β (ERβ), in OV was significantly higher than SC, but they were significantly recovered in both of OL and OM compared with OV. Both of OL and OM significantly increased phosphorylation of eNOS and ERK compared with OV. CONCLUSIONS: These results suggest that endurance exercise training may improve the vascular function through suppression of ET-1 and activation of eNOS, ERK and ERα in aorta of ovariectomized rats.

        비절전 가전기기를 위한 에너지 관리 시스템의 뉴로-퍼지 기반 지능형 추론 알고리즘 설계

        Recently, home energy management system (HEMS) for power consumption reduction has been widely used and studied. The HEMS performs electric power consumption control for the indoor electric device connected to the HEMS. However, a traditional HEMS is used for passive control method using some particular power saving devices. Disadvantages with this traditional HEMS is that these power saving devices should be newly installed to build HEMS environment instead of existing home appliances. Therefore, an HEMS, which performs with existing home appliances, is needed to prevent additional expenses due to the purchase of state-of-the-art devices. In this paper, an intelligent inference algorithm for EMS at home for non-power saving electronic equipment, called legacy devices, is proposed. The algorithm is based on the adaptive network fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) and has a subsystem that notifies retraining schedule to the ANFIS to increase the inference performance. This paper discusses the overview and the architecture of the system, especially in terms of the retraining schedule. In addition, the comparison results show that the proposed algorithm is more accurate than the classic ANFIS-based EMS system.

      • 유산소 운동과 근력 강화 운동이 노인 당뇨병 환자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise and muscle strengthen exercise of elderly patients with type-Ⅱ diabetes mellitus. The subject for this study was twenty elderly patients with type-Ⅱ diabetes mellitus who didn't any problems of complications in participating in this study. Twenty elderly patients with type-Ⅱ diabetes mellitus, were randomly selected and divided into three groups, aerobic exercise group(n=7) and muscle strengthen exercise group(n=7) and control group(n=6). The experimental groups have been trained aerobic and muscle strengthen exercise. In the experimental groups both groups practiced exercise for 50min a day, 4times a week during 12weeks, while the control group did not participated related activities. The aerobic exercise was performed by using cycle ergometer. The muscle strengthen exercise was performed by using elastic band at the intensity of thera-band of yellow color for 1-4weeks, and red/blue color for 5-12weeks. All measured data were represented by mean and standard deviation using SPSS. The first statistical techniques for data analysis were univariate analysis of variance to analyze the difference between these group.
