        근전도 바이오피드백을 적용한 엉덩관절 움직임 조절 운동이 엉덩관절 돌림근에 미치는 영향에 대한 융합적 연구

        The aim of this study was to determine the effects of movement control exercise of hip joint using visual EMG biofeedback on hip joint muscles in healthy adults. This study was nonequivalent one group Pre-post test design. Twenty-one healthy adults were participated in the study. all subjects conducted movemnet control exercise(MCE) using electromyography(EMG) biofeedback of hip joint durng 20 min. The outcome measures included surface eletromyography. Surface electromyography data were collected from the Gluteus medius (Gmed), Gluteus maximus (Gmax),and Tensor fasciae latae(TFL), rectus femoris(RF) during small knee bending (SKB) test. There was a significant difference in Gluteus maximus muscle activity between the pre-test and the post-test (p < 0.05). The findings suggest that Movement control exercise using EMG biofeedback for limiting hip internal rotation is effective in activating the hip external rotator muscles. in addition, this study showed that rehabilitation exercise combined with ICT convergence technology could be an effective intervention in clinical practice. 본 연구의 목적은 근전도 바이오피드백 장비를 사용하여 움직임 조절운동을 수행할 때 엉덩관절 근육에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 유사실험설계 단일집단 검사전-검사후 설계이다. 건강한 성인 21명이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 모든 대상자는 근전도 바이오피드백 장비를 사용하여 엉덩관절의 움직임 조절 운동을 총 20분간 수행하였다. 적은무릎 구부리기 검사 수행동안 엉덩관절의 근활성도 변화를 확인하기 위해 중간볼기근, 큰볼기근, 넙다리근막긴장근, 넙다리 곧은근의 활성도를 측정하였다. 본 연구 결과에서 중재 후 큰볼기근의 유의한 변화를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 근전도 바이오피드백 장비를 적용한 엉덩과절 움직임 조절운동이 엉덩관절의 안쪽돌림을 조절하고 엉덩관절 가쪽돌림근을 활성화시키는 효과적 중재방법임을 확인할 수 있었고, ICT 융합기술을 접목한 재활운동이 임상에서 효과적인 중재가 될 수 있음을 보여주었다.

        개에서 심방증격결손의 증례

        An atrial septal defect (ASD) is a congenital hole in the atrial septum that allows flow between the two atria. Small ASDs are usually well-tolerated defects and do not result in significant clinical abnormalities. In large ASDs or in the presence of other cardiac defects, clinically significancy is increased. Atrial septal defects in 2 Dogs with cardiac and respiratory signs were diagnosed at seoul animal medical center. In ascultation, systolic murmur and the splitting of second heart sound were heard at pulmonary or tricuspid valve region. In radiograph, right-sided cardiomegaly, pulmonary artery dilation, increased pulmonary vasculature makings, and pleural effusion or pulmonary edema signs were observed. In echocardiography, the region, location and size of septal defect was identified. Also, the direction and degree of shunt was measured. These dogs were treated with medicine for cardiac failure. One dog is well-tolerated, the other dog died.

        뇌경색 전임상 연구 후보 약재 선정을 위한 네트워크 약리학 분석법의 활용과 梔子의 적용 가능성 검토

        Objectives : This study aimed to select candidate herbal medicines to be used in preclinical studies of cerebral infarction using the network pharmacology research method. Methods : Oral bioavailability (OB), drug likeness (DL), Caco-2, and blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability were employed in this study's network pharmacology analysis method to choose compounds with potential efficacy. The following formulas were utilized for the values of each variable used in this study: OB ≥ 20%, DL ≥ 0.18, Caco-2 ≥ 0, and BBB ≥ -0.3. The relationships between target proteins and diseases that are assumed to be involved in the chosen bioavailable chemicals were built in a network manner using the aforementioned factors, and proteins thought to play a significant role were identified. Results : Sudan Ⅲ was obtained as a result of selecting compounds related to ischemic stroke in consideration of pharmacokinetic characteristics such as digestion and absorption and practicality using the TCMSP database. Medicinal herbs Gardeniae Fructus (GF) contains sudan Ⅲ, and it was confirmed that compounds in GF were highly related to brain diseases, and the mechanism involved through the KEGG pathway was confirmed. GF, which has sudan Ⅲ related to ischemic stroke and is also involved in other neurological diseases, is expected to be used for ischemic stroke treatment. Conclusions : GF has been predicted to have potential for ischemic stroke treatment, and can be used for future preclinical studies.

      • Manufacture of Fungal Antiadhesion Fabrics by Spray Coating: Improving Hygiene and Sanitation Safety through Nanoparticle-based Surface Energy Control

        Cotton adjacent fabric (ADJ cotton) is a textile made in conformity with the ISO 105FO2 standard of 100% cotton and is used as an antimicrobial and antifungal test fabrics in various industries. In this study, trichloro(1H,1H,2H,2H–heptadecafluorodecyl)silane (THFS) and silicon dioxide are used to manufacture fluorinated silica nanoparticles. The spray coating method is used to provide anti-biofouling and cross-contamination protection on the ADJ cotton surface. The presence of fluorinated silica nanoparticles on the coated ADJ cotton surface was confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy, SEM and CLSM. The water contact angle measurements show transition from Wenzel state to Cassie-Baxter state. The ADJ cotton with durable antifouling surfaces has been shown significantly reduce the attachment of biological contaminants (e.g., fungi, protein, and blood) and non-biological contaminants (e.g., soil, detergent, dust), which can improve personal hygiene in the food and hospital industries.

        Ileocecocolic and Colocolic Intussusception in a Young Jindo

        An eight-month-old, intact female Jindo, weighing 9 kg with a one-day history of acute bloody diarrhea was referred. Plain abdominal radiographic findings included evidence of a soft tissue tubular mass within the dilated colon. In ultrasonographs, a target-like mass was identified with multiple hyperechoic and hypoechoic parallel wall layers. A barium enema showed a large radiolucent filling defect within the colon and a completely occlusive lumen. On the basis of these images, ileocecocolic and colocolic intussusception was diagnosed. Surgical manual reduction, resection and anastomosis were performed. The patient recovered normally without any complications or recurrence.

        뇌졸중 환자의 마비측과 비마비측 호흡근 기능 비교

        Purpose: To compare respiratory muscle function on the paretic and non-paretic sides in patients diagnosedwith stroke. Methods: Forty-four patients clinically diagnosed with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke were included. Thediaphragm and parasternal intercostal muscles were measured for muscle thickness and movement,respectively. Respiratory muscle activity was measured in the diaphragm, external intercostal muscles, andsternocleidomastoid muscles. The measurement data were analyzed using an independent t-test to comparethe paretic and nonparetic sides of respiratory muscle function. Results: The diaphragm thickness at total lung capacity, thickness ratio, and parasternal intercostal musclemovement of the non-paretic side were significantly greater than those of the paretic side. Moreover, thediaphragm activity of the paretic side was significantly greater than that of the nonparetic side. Conclusion: TThis study demonstrated that asymmetry of respiratory muscle function between the paretic andnon-paretic sides occurred after stroke. To improve the respiratory function of stroke patients, respiratorymuscle strengthening exercises are needed to improve the asymmetry of the respiratory muscle function.
