        스포츠학교(School of Sports)프로그램이 비만여중생의 신체조성·혈중지질 및 CRP에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 스포츠학교(SOS) 프로그램이 신체조성·혈중지질 및 CRP에 미치는 영향을 구명하는 데 목적이 있다. B광역시 J여중에 재학 중인 비만여중생 38명을 대상으로 운동 그룹 20명, 통제 그룹 18명으로 분류하였다. 운동처방은 주 3-5회, 50-64%HRR or RPE 13-15, 12주간, 걷기·순환운동·점심체조·배드민턴·홈프로그램 등을 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 평균값과 표준편차(M±SD)를 산출하여 two-way repeated measures ANOVA와 그룹 내 운동 전·후의 효과를 비교하기 위해 paired t-test를 실시하였다. 그 결과 비만여중생에게 있어 운동은 HDL-C, TG, CRP의 긍정적 개선을 가져왔고, 특히 체지방률의 감소 없이도 심혈관질환 위험 인자의 긍정적 향상을 나타내었다. This study is aimed to investigate how exercise influences body composition·blood lipid and CRP. 38 obese girls of J middle school located in B metropolitan city were divided into two groups; exercise group(EG) consisted of 20 girls and control group(CG) consisted of 18 girls. Exercise treatment such as walk, circuit training, stretching, badminton, home program has been executed 3-5times a week for 12 weeks with 50-64%HRR or RPE 13-15. All the data were processed statistically with measurement items of mean(M) and standard deviation(SD) from SPSS ver.18.0. To identify interaction, two-way repeated ANOVA was used, and paired t-test was employed to verify the difference in effects between pre and post exercise in intra-groups. The result showed that for EG brought positive improvement to HDL-C, TG, CRP and it also made a positive progress in cardiovascular disease risk factors with no loss of %fat.

        지속적,간헐적 유산소운동이 중년여성의 신체조성, 심폐체력 및면역글로불린에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of intermttient and continuous aerobic exercise onbody composition, cardiorespiratory fitness and immunoglobulin in the middle-aged women. The subjectswere 21 middle-aged women. They were divided into two groups: ocntinuous aerobic training group (CAT , n=11) and intermittent aerobic training group (IAT, n=10). The exercise program consists of 40-60%HRR, 60min/day, 3 days/week for 12 weeks. Body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, immunoglobulin levels weremeasured in all subjects at week-0, week-4, week-8, and week-12. All data were analyzed by Two-wayrepeated measures ANOVA and One-way ANOVA using SPSS version 2.10. These results indicate that co-ntinuous aerobic exercise has more beneficial effect on improvements in cardiorespiratory fitness compared tointermittent aerobic exercise, while no beneficial effects on changes in body composition and immunoglobulinthan intermittent aerobic exercise. This suggests that about 4w eeks of detraining does not result in advers eeffects on metabolic and immune function in apparently healthym iddle-aged woman if about 4 weeks of r-etraining follows.

        지지면에 따른 8주간 탄성밴드운동이 내반슬 성인여성의 슬관절 간격ㆍ족저압 및 통증에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate which elastic band exercise separated stable and unstable surface would be more effective for the women with over 5 cm knee distance(step 3) in their twenties or thirties on knee joint distance, foot pressure and pain of genu varum. The subjects for the study were selected 20 from genu varum patients on K hospital in Busan. They were divided into two groups. One was performing elastic band exercise in stable surface, the other was in unstable surface. Both groups exercised RPE 13-15, 8-12RM as one set for 50-60 minutes, three times per week during 8 weeks. All data were presented as mean±S.D. and analyzed by using the statistical package for SPSS 18.0. and the statistical significant was set a=05. We used two way repeated measures ANOVA to verify the interaction between group and time and paired t-test was performed to verify the differences between before and after the exercise within groups. The results of this study was as follow, both groups decreased the knee joint distance, effected to the foot pressure and released the pain of back, knee and ankle. In conclusion, the elastic band exercise would be helpful for the women with genu varum regardless of stability of the surface type. However, we can make sure that using unstable surface of elastic band exercise would be more effective.

        기초체력 수준에 따른 육상 세부종목 선택기준 근거 예측

        This study aimed to evaluate the levels of basic and specialized physical fitness of elite high-school track and field athletes (sprinters, jumpers, and middle- and long-distance runners) to provide scientific evidence for key predictive variables that could serve as selection criteria for major events in track and field. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, athletes from high schools in Chungcheongnam-do [sprinters (n=15), jumpers (n=12), and middle- and long-distance runners (n=14)] were examined for their body composition, physical characteristics, and isokinetic lower limb strength and anaerobic power. Statistical analysis methods (one-way ANOVA and multiple logistic regression analysis) were then used to predict the main predictive variables for determining specific track and field events. The study results showed that sprinters and jumpers had relatively higher heights and lean body mass (muscle mass) development compared to middle- and long-distance runners. Sprinters and jumpers also demonstrated significantly higher levels in long jump, vertical jump, flexibility, coordination, isokinetic lower limb extensor strength, and anaerobic power. Furthermore, regression analysis revealed that vertical jump, coordination, and lower limb extensor strength were key predictive variables for athlete’s selection of specific track and field events. Collectively, these findings provide scientifically valuable insights that can be utilized by coaches and exercise scientists for athlete selection, development, and training program design. However, considering limitations such as the representativeness of the sample and the need for long-term follow-up studies, further empirical validation through subsequent research is deemed necessary.

        특이적 파워 트레이닝 프로그램이 엘리트 축구선수들의 유산소 기능 및 체력요인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 8weeks specific power training program on aerobic capacity and physical fitness factors in elite soccer players. The specific power training program was conducted 60min/day, 3days/week for 8weeks. 24 elite soccer players participated in this study and the results are as follows: In the aerobic capacity, the interaction effect between time and group was significant in total exercise time, V˙O₂max, and blood lactate concentration of 30 minutes immediately after exercise. In addition to the physical fitness factors, the interaction effect between the time and the group was significant in both the health related fitness(muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility) and the skill related fitness(muscle power, agility, reaction time, balance). From the results, it was suggested that the 8weeks specific power training consisting of repetitive jumping and moving elements with weight bearing induces improvement of aerobic capacity such as exercise duration ability, fatigue recovery ability and maximum oxygen uptake, and muscle functions. Therefore, It was thought that specific power training program is very helpful to improve physical fitness and performance ability for elite soccer players.
