        콩팥에서 Erythropoietin 투여로 인한 HSP70의 발현 변화

        Heat shock protein 70 (HSP70)은 다양한 질병상태와 치명적인 열 손상에서 세포 및 조직을 보호하는데 중요한 역할을 하며, 또한 외부의 stress로부터 세포내 단백질의 파괴와 변화를 감소시키는 단백질로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 오랜 기간 동안 조혈기관의 치료제로 콩팥에서도 세포보호효과가 있는 것으로 알려진 Erythropoietin(EPO)을 투여하여 콩팥내의 HSP70의 발현변화를 세포수준에서 관찰하고자 하였다. Sprague-Dawley계 흰쥐를 사용하여 전자현미경적 면역조직화학법으로 rHuEPO투여군과 대조군에서 HSP70의 발현변화를 관찰하였다. 대조군에서 HSP70은 콩팥의 바깥수질과 속수질에서 관찰되었으며, 특히 속수질에서 강하게 발현되었고 그 부위는 속수질집합관세포와 헨레고리의 내림가는 부분이었다. EPO 투여군에서는 속수질과 바깥수질의 내림가는 부분에서는 발현변화가 관찰되지 않았으나, 바깥수질의 집합관 세포에서 발현이 급격히 증가함을 관찰되었다. 특히 대조군에서의 핵주변부위뿐 아니라 세포내 핵상부분을 비롯한 세포막주변부위에도 강한 면역 염색성을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 콩팥의 바깥수질에서 stress성 단백질인 HSP70의 조절기전이 EPO에 의해 매개됨을 보여주면, 세포 stress및 질병상태에서도 이러한 기전이 작용할 것으로 생각된다. Heat shock protein (HSP) 70 functions as a molecular chaperon and reduces stress-induced denaturation and aggregation of intracellular proteins. Erythropoietin (EPO) plays an important role during acute renal failure repair process by rapidly correcting anemia and enhancing renal tubular regeneration. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of EPO treatment on renal HSP70 expression. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were injected rHUEPO. Kidney were preserved by in vivo perfusion with paraformaldehyde-lysine-periodate (PLP) and processed for immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy. In control kidney, HSP70 was expressed in the cortex, outer medulla and inner medulla. Especially, HSP immunoreactiviy was mainly founded in descending thin limb of outer medulla and inner medullary collecting duct. In EPO treated kidney, HSP70 expression markedly increased in the descending thin limb of outer medulla and newly detected in cortical collecting duct. Electron microscopy showed the presence of HSP immunoreactivity on the intracelluar vesicles and Golgi complex of descending thin limb and cortical collecting duct. These findings suggest that EPO treatment leads to new production of HSP70 in renal tubular cells, and induction of HSP70 by rHuEPO is causally related to protective function.

      • 최적경로 알고리듬을 활용한 경제적인 통신망 설계 적용 사례

        본 논문에서는 GIS와 네트웍 알고리듬을 이용하여 통신관망의 설계를 최적화하였다. 구체적이고 계량적인 분석을 위해 신규로 조성되는 대규모의 도시개발지역을 대상으로 하여 기존의 설계방식에 의해 산출된 통신관망과 최적경로 알고리듬을 이용한 통신관망과의 건설비용을 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과 GIS와 최적경로 알고리듬을 적용한 설계 결과가 기존의 설계방법에 비해 상당한 비용절감 효과가 있음을 보여준다. 연구 대상지역에서 기존설계에 의해 산출된 통신관로의 거리는 5,267m이며 최적경로를 적용한 결과는 4,807m로 460m(9.5%)의 차이를 보였다. 결과를 비용으로 산정했을 경우 약 19,469천원(8.7%)의 비용절감 효과를 보였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 최적화 기법은 기존 설계기법에 비해 통신관망의 공사비의 절감 이외에 설계과정의 표준화 및 자동화가 가능하므로 이를 이용한 자동설계 시스템 개발로 설계비용과 인력이동에 따른 설계업무 적응기간 단축과 인건비 절감이 가능하며, 또한 설계 결과에 대한 객관적 검증이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. In this paper, several network algorithms were tested to find an optimal one for telecommunication network design. Algorithms such as Dijkstra's shortest path algorithm, Ford-Bellman's shortest path algorithm, Prim's minimum spanning tree algorithm, and Kruscal's minimum spanning tree algorithm were reviewed and compared in terms of feasibility and resulted network construction cost. Then an optimal algorithm that is most suitable for telecommunication network design was selected. For more specific and quantitative analysis of the selected algorithm, it was implemented to a real telecommunication network construction site. The analyzed results showed that the suggested design method when compared with the conventional one, reduced the network construction cost considerably. The total network length estimated by the conventional method were 5267 meters while the suggested method resulted in 4807 meters. Thus the new method reduced the total network length by 8.7 percent which is equivalent to 97,469,000 Won of construction cost. Considering the frequent telecommunication network constructions, due to new urban developments in the nation, the economic benefit of the suggested telecommunication network design method will be significant. In addition to the construction cost savings, the suggested telecommunication network design procedure possesses several other economic benefits. Since the design procedure can be standardized and automatized, it can reduce the design cost itself and the skill acquirement periods required for new or inapt design crews. Further, due to the standardized and automatized design procedure, any telecommunication network design results can accessed more objectively.

        게이미피케이션(Gamification)을 적용한 수업의 학습몰입 및 수업참여도 분석

        연구목적: 본 연구에서는 블렌디드 수업상황에서 게이미피케이션을 적용한 수업의 학습몰입 및 수업참여도의 효과성을 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 B광역시 D대학교, 4개 교과목을 수강하는 74명을 대상으로 학습몰입과 수업참여도 검사(사전-사후) 후 대응표본 t-검정으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 학습몰입은 사전검사(M=3.35)에서 사후검사(M=4.04)로 0.69점 증가하여 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 뚜렷하게 났다(t=-5.54, p<.001). 수업참여도는 사전검사(M=4.28)에서 사후검사(M=3.74)로 0.54점 증가하여 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 뚜렷하게 났다(t=-6.05, p<.001). 결론 및 논의: 본 연구에서의 게이미피케이션을 적용한 수업은 학습 몰입, 수업참여도의 모든 하위 요인에서 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 이는 classdojo 플랫폼 활용, 게임 메카니즘 전략(포인트, 보상, 리더보드, 도전, 지속적인 참여) 수업설계, 상호작용전략(오픈채팅방 및 kahoot 활용) 등을 통해 이루어진 것으로 보인다. 향후 메타버스(metaverse) 환경의 학습관리스템(LMS) 지원, 교수자와 학습자를 위한 교육의 기회 제공이 필요하다. Purpose: This study is to analyze the effectiveness of learning immersion and class participation in a class with gamification applied in an online class situation. Method: The study subjects were 74 students who were taking 4 courses at University B and University D, and a paired sample t-test analysis was performed by conducting a learning immersion and class satisfaction test (pre-post) Results: Learning immersion increased by 0.69 points from the pre-test (M=3.35) to the post-test (M=4.04), indicating a statistically significant difference (t=-5.54, p<.001). Class participation increased by 0.54 points from the pre-test (M=4.28) to the post-test (M=3.74), indicating a statistically significant difference (t=-6.05, p<.001). Conclusion: The gamification class showed significant results in all sub-factors of learning immersion and class participation. This seems to have been accomplished through the use of the classdojo platform, lesson design through game mechanism strategies (points, rewards, leader boards, challenges, continuous engagement), and interaction strategies (using open chat rooms and kahoot). In the future, it is necessary to support the learning management system (LMS) in the metaverse environment and provide educational opportunities for teachers and learners.

        국가별 학교평가 사례를 통해 살펴본 한국의 학교평가 개선방안 연구

        School evaluation was to change educational field for education customer with the voluntary inducement. School evaluation was the way to have educational accountability, to expand specialization & autonomy of each school, and to improve education through the development of educational activities. This study analyzed school evaluation with the data of international nations and domestic city & province office of education and suggested improvement strategies about school evaluation. In conclusions, first, school evaluation emphasized the importance of agreement on education community, improvement the quality of education, and the importance of close connection among the ministry of education, science & technology-city & province office of education-schools. Second, school evaluation should lighten the burden school business affairs, change provider"s school education to customer"s school education with comprehensive evaluation about educational activities, and conduct policy change for the improvement of school educational activities.

        부산지역 대학의 대학구조개혁 실태와 인식차이에 관한 연구

        This Study was analyzed the multifaceted Recognition and approach according to the type of University and Positon about the Current Structural Reforms of the University policies promoted by the government targets 23 Universities including National universities, and Private universities, Colleges in Busan Area, and The Ultimate goal is to presents a win-win potential of Local Universities and Local Communities. As a result, First, the Busan area Universities are generally ‘negative’ recognition about Structural Reforms of the University policies, it was found that awareness to the most ‘negative’ from the ‘National University’ and ‘staff’ group. Second, the perception of department reorganization and capacity reduction was in the order of ‘college (86%)’, ‘private university’ (64%) and ‘national university (57%)’. Third, for Cut enrollment of key policy in Structural Reforms of the University policies that is the most important Recognition from ‘Colleges’, in particular, Decision-making high likely ‘Dean’ group are the most important recognition. Last, In the case of University Evaluation, Every Universities recognized as an important problem, it is important to consider the Balance between access to Seoul areas/Regions, Universities/colleges, Finally, ‘Local universities’ was presented a win-win potential of the Local Community depending on the ripple effect and role on Regional Development and Local Communities.

        제 3국 출생 북한이탈주민 자녀의 한국입국 전후 삶의 경험에 관한 현상학연구

        The objective of the study is to explore the meanings of experiences that the North Korean defectors` children who were born in 3rd country into South Korea by using the Giorgi`s Phenomenological analysis. Data were classified into 326 types of contents, 10 categories of experience, 24 subcategories of experience. Plus, it drew the intrinsic meaning, `North Korean defectors withstood hunger and deprivation on their own without any concern.` Another finding was that the experience of child defectors in 3rd countries represented their grief without their mother, which caused young defectors to enter South Korea to seek their mother without their family`s consent. After immigration into South Korea, child defectors undergo confusion and conflict because their mother were not same as before and they were surrounded by the unfamiliar environment. The study implies that an psychological intervention should provide child defectors so that they adjust to a new environment and the education for parents with young defectors should be performed so as to solve cultural conflicts between North Korean mothers and her children. In addition, it is essential to offer young defectors with a channel to communicate with their biological family and their new family, which helps child defectors to be mentally stable. Lastly, language education, which is not a tool to merely acquire the language but to apprehend cultures, and a guide to young defectors` future should be necessary.

        대학생 온라인수업의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 인과관계

        본 연구의 목적은 온라인수업의 학업성취도, 지각된 유용성, 학습몰입 및 지속적 사용의도 간의 관계를 파악하고 지각된 유용성 및 학습몰입의 매개효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2020년 6월 1일부터 2020년 6월 30일까지 B광역시, G시, Y시에 위치한 3개의 대학교 재학 중인 210명의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 변수들 간의 상관을 구한 후 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 경로분석 하였으며, 변수들 간의 효과는 p <.05에서 통계적 유의성을 검정하였다. 연구결과 지속적 사용의도는 학업성취도(r=.69, p <.001), 지각된 유용성 (r=.76, p <.001), 학습몰입(r=.59, p <.001) 간에 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 학습몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학업성취도(β=.65, p <.001)와 지각된 유용성(β=.19, p <.023)이 통계적으로 유의하였으며, 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학업성취도(β=.34, p <.001), 지각된 유용성(β=.74, p <.001)과 학습몰입(β=.14, p <.046)이 통계적으로 유의하였다. 학업 성취도와 지속적 사용의도 사이에 지각된 유용성과 학습몰입의 매개 효과가 입증되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 온라인수업의 질 향상을 위해서 효과적인 교육 및 학습전략을 설계하고 운영할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of perceived usefulness and learning engagement in the relationship between learning achievement and intention to use online classes. The participants included 210 students who were attending a university in the P metropolitan city, G city and Y city. The data were collected from June 1 to June 30, 2020. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson"s correlation coefficients, and path analysis using the SPSS/WIN 20.0 and Amos 18.0 programs. There were significant relationships between learning achievement (r=.69, p <.001), perceived usefulness (r=.76, p <.001), and learning engagement (r=.59, p <.001). Learning engagement was affected by learning achievement (β=.65, p <.001) and perceived usefulness (β=.19, p <.023). Furthermore, behavioral intention was affected by perceived usefulness (β=.74, p <.001) and learning engagement (β=.14, p <.046). The mediating effects of perceived usefulness and learning engagement between learning achievement and behavioral intention were proved. The result of this study suggests that it is necessary to design and implement effective education and learning strategies while conducting online classes.

        대학교육에서의 CHANGE 플립러닝(Flipped Learning) 수업모형 개발

        Main objectives of the this study are: to develop a model of “Flipped Leaning” that is designed to enhance self-directed learning, learning motivation and self-control, and to verify its effectiveness―in higher education. The verification process initially concentrated on the feasibility study of the model with a thorough literature review and case analyses; then, its general and practical applicability were tested with a field study. As a result, first, the CHANGE Class Model, specifically designed for effective and efficient “Flipped Learning”, was developed. It is thus named for the stages that the learning process takes place in the model―i.e., ① Check → ② Ask → ③ Notice → ④ Group presentation → ⑤ Evaluation, and it emphasizes the dynamic, questions centered (i.e. back and forth between the students and the instructor as well as between the students) learning process. Second, the Model was instrumental in enhancing self-directed learning, learning motivation and self-control; thus, as a result, it significantly improved the effectiveness, the level of concentration and the attractiveness of the learning process. The value of this study lies in pointing to a clear plan to allow a student in higher learning to set-up a self-directed learning plan, to be able to control it while being continuously motivated to complete it.

        평생교육교수자의 교수역량 강화를 위한 핵심역량개발 연구

        The importance on the flow to the lifelong education system has been growing, as the eternal education is in a pivotal position according to the education system all over the world is changing rapidly. In particular, although consolidating instructor competencies for lifelong education have become the subject of conversation, there has not been any clear concept of lifelong education instructors nor of the competencies for those. So this research defined lifelong education instructors who work at various lifelong education facilities, especially those who focus on lectures, and the instructor competencies, and make analysis and deductions what types of competencies are necessary for effective and efficient teaching. For this, the researcher derived the concept of instructors and the instructor competencies for lifelong education through document analysis, and based on that, discovered the instructor competencies for lifelong education by experts review and survey. The result revealed that there were four types of instructor competencies for lifelong education, which were planning, managing, administrating, and supporting and encouraging students. There were searching needs of students, analyzing, and 13 other criteria for planning; managing human resources, materials management, and 7 other for managing; expertise in learning contents and 13 other for administrating; and giving feedback and 3 other for supporting and encouraging students.

        교원의 퍼실리테이터 수행지원 강화를 위한 연수 프로그램 개발 연구

        This research aims at developing a teachers’ training program to reinforce teachers’ capability to perform the action learning program. To accomplish this goal, the key value of the training program based on action learning, the process of the core learning activities, and the elements to support learners and facilitators respectively were deducted on the foundation of documentary research and case study, based on which, the program was developed through the formative test by professionals and application to the field. This research was applied to 105 middle or high school teachers, the participants of the in-service training on creative problem solving hosted by B metropolitan city for one week (30 hours) from 9 a.m. on Monday, January 25th, 2010 to 4 p.m. on Friday, January 29th. The result of this research is as follows. First, as for the key values of this study, ① the team-based learning centered on the trainees, not lecturers-oriented, knowledge-transmitting training, is possible, ②for each process, guidelines, related information, tools, and various kinds of media are supported just in time, and ③a focus is given on fostering facilitators centered on teachers. Second, the process of the core learning activities of the teachers’ training program based on action learning consists of the procedure of a prior lecture→break→investigation into problems→clarification of problems→drawing possible solutions→decision on the priority→making an action plan→performance→evaluation, and on each stage, the contents for the activities of teachers and →learners and detailed supportive elements are offered.
