        Lean startup 방법을 적용한 디지털 패브리케이션 통합건축 설계 프로세스

        Recently, the industry actively adopts the cutting-edge technologies of the fourth industrial revolution and uses them to enhance the productivity and service of mass-customization. The manufacturing industry is creating new processes and business models by achieving digital transformations through a lean start-up approach aimed at achieving the highest customer satisfaction with minimal resources. Although attempts are made to manufacture the building by introducing the latest technology in architecture, it is applied sporadically, not as an integrated system, in the entire phase of the architectural project. This paper analyzes the changes in the construction industry through the application of core technologies of the fourth industrial revolution. Design processes are analyzed for the digital transformation of the construction industry by case study of advanced architectural design practice. A novel design concept model ‘Architectural lean startup’ is proposed by combining the architectural process and the lean start up method. Through the design of the bus stop based on the architectural lean startup concept, it is confirmed that the designer repeats the 'Generate-Test-Analysis' to develop the design and generate the final result.

        AHP 및 Fuzzy 의사결정 모형을 활용한 반도체 장치라인의 CTP 선정 방법론 개발

        Cases and studies on the selection method of CTQ are relatively active, but there are few cases or studies on the selection method of CTP which is important in the device industry. In fact, many companies simply select and manage CTP from the point of contact based on their experience and intuition. The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model and a mathematical decision model for rational and systematic CTP selection to improve the process quality of semiconductor equipment lines. In the evaluation model, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis technique was applied to show objective and quantitative figures, and Fuzzy decision-making model was used to solve the ambiguity and uncertainty in the decision-making process. Decision Value (DV) was presented. The subjects were 22 process factors managed in the Plating Process that the representative equipment line can do. As a result, the evaluation model proposed in this study can support more efficient and effective decision-making for process quality improvement by more objectively measuring the problem of subjective CTP selection in manufacturing sites.

        접경지역 최적 주민철수 계획수립을 위한 모형 연구

        Purpose: This research proposes an optimization model for effective evacuation routing and scheduling of civilians near the border area when full-scale war threats heighten. Method: To reflect the reality, administrative unit network is created using Kruscal's Algorithm, Harmony Search, CCRP based on the geographical features, population, and traffic data of real cities, and then, optimal civilian evacuation routes are found. Results: Optimal evacuation routes and schedules are computed by repetitive experiments, and it is found that the scenario that minimizes the average civilian evacuation time is effective for the civilian evacuation plan. Conclusion: By using the civilian evacuation plan this research proposes, at the time of establishing the actual civilian evacuation plan, quantitative analysis is used for the effective plan making rather than only depending. 연구목적: 본 연구는 전면전 위기 고조 시 효율적인 접경지역 주민 철수경로 및 일정수립에 최적화된 모형 제안을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 현실 반영을 위해 실제 도시의 지형, 인구, 도로 데이터를 기반으로 Kruscal's Algorithm, Harmony Search, CCRP를 활용하여 행정구역(읍 면 동) 단위 네트워크를 생성한 후, 최적의 주민철수로를 찾는 순서로 실험을 진행한다. 연구결과: 반복실험을 통해 최적의 주민철수 경로 및 스케줄을 산출하였고, 주민 철수시간 평균을 최소화하는 시나리오가 주민철수 계획수립에 효율적이라는 것을 확인하였다. 결론: 본 연구에서 제안하는 주민철수 모형을 활용하면, 주민철수 계획 수립 시 기존의 정성적인 분석에 정량적 분석을 보완하여 보다 효율적인 계획 수립이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

        Effect of natural frequency modes on sloshing phenomenon in a rectangular tank

        Liquid sloshing in two-dimensional (2-D) and three-dimensional (3-D) rectangular tanks is simulated by using a level set method based on the finite volume method. In order to examine the effect of natural frequency modes on liquid sloshing, we considered a wide range of frequency ratios ( 0.5 ≤ fr ≤ 3.2 ). The frequency ratio is defined by the ratio of the excitation frequency to the natural frequency of the fluid, and covers natural frequency modes from 1 to 5. When fr =1 , which corresponds to the first mode of the natural frequency, strong liquid sloshing reveals roof impact, and significant forces are generated by the liquid in the tank. The liquid flows are mainly unidirectional. Thus, the strong bulk motion of the fluid contributes to a higher elevation of the free surface. However, at fr = 2 , the sloshing is considerably suppressed, resulting in a calm wave with relatively lower elevation of the free surface, since the waves undergo destructive interference. At fr = 2 , the lower peak of the free surface elevation occurs. At higher modes of fr3 , fr4 , and fr5 , the free surface reveals irregular deformation with nonlinear waves in every case. However, the deformation of the free surface becomes weaker at higher natural frequency modes. Finally, 3-D simulations confirm our 2-D results.

        국제금융질서의 변화와 금융위기에 대한 해석: 금융시장의 불안정성에 대한 세 가지 관점

        One of the important factors that affect a change in the international financial order is the interpretation of financial crises shared by international financial bureaucrats. The interpretation of financial crises is fundamentally dependent on the understanding of how financial markets work. By and large, the understanding of financial markets can be distinguished into exogenous and endogenous approaches. The exogenous approach assumes that financial instability is caused by external factors. In contrast, the endogenous approach stresses that factors intrinsic to financial markets cause financial instability. In addition, the endogenous approach can be distinguished into rationalistic and sociological perspectives. While the Asian financial crisis of 1997 had been interpreted mainly based on the endogenous approach, the global financial crisis of 2008 was understood from the view of the endogenous approach. This change enabled the introduction of macroprudential regulation after the 2008s crisis. However, as the dominant interpretation of the 2008 crisis focused only on issues identified by the rationalistic perspective, the reform efforts have largely ignored problems on which the endogenous-sociological perspective puts an emphasis. 국제금융관료들 사이에서 공유되는 금융위기에 대한 해석은 국제금융 질서의 변화를 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 금융위기에 대한 해석은 근본 적으로 금융시장의 작동에 대한 이해에 기초하고 있다. 금융시장의 작동 에 대한 이해는 크게 보면 외생적 관점과 내생적 관점으로 구분할 수 있다. 외생적 관점은 금융시장의 정상 상태를 왜곡하는 시장 외부의 요인에 의해서 위기가 발생한다고 상정한다. 이에 반해 내생적 관점은 위기를 야 기하는 메커니즘이 금융시장 내부에 존재한다고 생각한다. 또한 내생적 관점은 금융시장의 행위자를 합리적 행위자로 보는 합리주의적 관점과 사 회적 행위자로 보는 사회학적 관점으로 구분될 수 있다. 1997년 동아시 아 위기가 외생적 관점에 기초에서 해석되었던 것에 반해 2008년 위기 이후 거시건전성 규제의 등장은 위기를 내생적 관점에 기초에서 해석했기 때문에 가능했다. 하지만 합리주의적-내생적 관점이 지배적인 해석이 됨 으로써 사회학적-내생적 관점이 제기하고 있는 문제를 해결하려는 개혁 노력은 이루어지지 않았다.

        무역대금결제 리스크관리의 체계화에 관한 연구 - 전자결제를 중심으로 -

        The risks from cyber-attacks become increasingly daunting. Criminals pursue financial gain through fraud and identity theft. Business value and personal information worldwide are rapidly migrating into digital form on open and globally interconnected technology platforms. As that happens, the risks from cyberattacks become increasingly daunting. Governments and companies have much work to do to protect people, institutions, and even entire cities and countries from potentially devastating large-scale cyberattacks. However, if attackers continue to get better more quickly than defenders, this could result in a world where a “cyberbacklash” decelerates digitization. In this scenario, a relatively small number of destructive attacks reduces trust in the economy, causing governments to impose new regulations and institutions to slow down the pace of technology innovation. In conclusion, Firstly most institutions do not have enough insight into what information assets they need to protect with what priority. Secondly, institutions should run cross-functional cyberwar games to improve their ability to respond effectively in real time. Moreover, cybersecurity implications should be integrated into the broad set of enterprise-governance functions and regulatory compliance. 전자무역은 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 창출하고 삶의 질을 향상시키는 등의 선순환을 만들어 내고 있다. 무역거래는 더욱 편리해지고 신속해졌으나 한편으로 메일계정 해킹, 은행문서위조 등의 무역대금결제와 관련한 사기사건도 증가하고 있는 상태이다. 전자무역결제와 관련한 리스크관리는 무역업체 실무자들이 전자무역과 관련한 복합적이고 다면적인 거래 및 대금결제상의 리스크를 열거하고 통합적으로 분석하고 이에 따른 체크리스트 등을 작성하여 관리하는 것이 필요하다. 결론적으로 사이버 보안팀은 조직의 부서장뿐만 아니라 구성원 모두와 자주 접촉하여 보안관계를 설명해야한다. 나아가 방어시스템을 지속적으로 테스트하고, 사이버전쟁 등과 같은 훈련게임을 통하여 리스크관리를 해야 한다.
