This paper investigated the tea life and teatime verses of Won-Joo Hong who lived in the late Chosun dynasty. Tea, for Won-Joo Hong was mediator for family time and connector for family studies before her marriage and was soothing beverage for the memory of family when she married. Hong’ family cherished tea time for communications, leisure, and empathy. After marriage, Won-Joo Hong expressed her longing for family in making verses and boiling tea. Tea was not only everyday beverage and friend for making poems but also a cure for homesick.

Senescence-Accelerated Mouse(SAM), an murine model of accelerated senescence was established by a research team at Kyoto University. Studies using SAM are expected to clarify the fundamental mechanisms involved in age-dependent geriatric disorders. SAM strains are also useful for studies on effective methods to modulate or ameliorate the advance of senescence or the disease process involved in age-dependent geriatric disorders. Especially, for the neurologic study in brain, SAMP8, which shows learning and memory dysfunction, and SAMP10, which shows brain atrophy, are available.
증거기반 실천(Evidence-Based Practice) 적용에 대한 지역사회 일선 정신보건서비스 종사자의 태도 연구 : 리더십의 영향을 중심으로

정신장애를 가진 사람들의 삶의 질 향상 및 사회적응을 위해서 제공되는 정신보건서비스는 이론적으로 타당하고 보다 과학적인 증거에 기반을 둔 것이어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 증거기반실천 적용에 대한 지역사회 일선 정신보건서비스 종사자의 태도에 리더십이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 탐색적으로 분석하여 증거기반 실천 적용의 가능성을 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 전국의 일선정신보건서비스 종사자 172명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구결과 지역사회 일선 정신보건서비스 종사자의 증거기반 실천적용에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 인식된 조직특성 요소로서 팀장의 변혁적 리더십만이 p<05 수준에서 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 요소로 나타났다. 즉, 팀장의 리더십이 긍정적으로 인식될수록 증거기반실천 적용에 대한 태도도 긍정적이었다. 한편으로 분석 결과를 통해서 한국에서 지역사회 정신보건서비스 종사자들에게 있어 증거기반 실천에 대한 태도에 영향을 주는 요소를 살펴봄에 있어서 문화적, 환경적 특성을 고려해야 함을 보여주었다. Community mental health service which is aimed to enhance the quality of life and social integration of the people with mental illnesses should be based on valid theories and scientific evidences. This study explores community mental health provider's attitude toward evidence-based practice(EBP) which is affected by leadership. During the data collecting process, 172 mental health institutions were randomly sampled and contacted. With the collected data, multiple regression analysis were conducted with SPSS 12.0 program The resUlts are as follows: As the organizational factors affecting on community mental health service provider's attitude toward EBP, only the team leader's transformational leadership was statistically significant(p<.01). At the same time, the results show us we need to consider cultural and environmental specificities in analysing influencing factors of community mental health provider's attitude toward EBP.
정신장애인의 직업지원서비스 요구도: 초기성년기와 후기성년기간 연령대별 차이를 중심으로

The ultimate goal of recovery for individuals with psychiatric disabilities(IPD) is self-reliance. Job is a critical element for self-reliance in that it is an essential mechanism for economic stability and social identity. However, the status of services related to job support in Korea is very poor. The current study aims not only to identify the demands for job support services(JSS) among IPD, but also to examine age differences in the demand between early and late adulthood. Sample consists of 607 IPD using community rehabilitation facilities. Using LFM(Locus for Focus Model), we identified the demands for JSS among IPD and made comparison between the early and late adulthood involving JSS demands. Key findings are as follows. First, IPD’s perception of JSS importance was higher than that of JSS implementation, indicating that IPD's demand for JSS was large. Second, the level of JSS demands among older adults was much higher than that among younger adults. Third, according to the results of LFM by age group, the demands for JSS among younger adults are not always same as those among older adults, indicating JSS demands vary by age groups. Based on the results, practice and policy implications for expanding age-specific JSS for IPD were discussed.
Civil Service HRD Practitioners’ Competencies and Needs Assessment: The Bhutanese Case

This study was to determine which competencies are important for Bhutan civil service HRD professionals to lead successful government HRD functions, as well as to identify and prioritize their in-service education needs. For this, data were collected from 97 civil service HRD professionals who are working across 71 Bhutanese government bodies in 2022. There was a statistically significant discrepancy between the required competency and the current proficiency level as according to the works of the empirical analysis of competencies for civil service HRD professionals (148 specific skills and knowledge, categorized into the 22 competencies in three competency areas). A total 19 specific skills and knowledge were determined as top priorities for education needs through the analysis of the Borich Needs Assessment Model and the Locus for Focus Model. In accordance with the key findings of the study several implications were suggested for countries who are in a similar vein as Bhutan.
혈액 중의 Transketolase의 아미노산 분석 및 peptide sequencing+

Transketolase was purified from human erythrocytes with modified procedure using ethanol-chloroform extraction. The procedure was more simple, and the yield was 3 times higher comparing to current method. The amino acid composition of purified transketolase, including cystein and tryptophan, was analysed. The protein sequencing was performed with enzymatic digestion of transketolase followed by HPLC isolation of peptide, and 5 peptides were choosed for subsequent internal sequence analysis. This result would allow an approach to molecular biological study of human transketolase.
