        어머니의 진로관련 행동이 다문화 청소년의 학업중단 의도에 미치는 영향: 학업적응의 매개효과

        This study aims to verify the effect of mother's career-related behavior on the intention of multicultural youths to school dropout intention and the mediating effect of academic adaptation. To this end, 1,121 middle school seniors were sampled in the 7th (2017) data of the Multicultural Youth Panel Survey, and the influence relationship of the model presented as a three-step method of analysis of the mediated effects of Baron & Kenny and the Sobel test were conducted. First, the analysis showed that mother's support, a subfactor of mother's career-related behavior, had a negative effect on dropout intention, and that mother's interference had a positive effect. Second, academi adaptation has been shown to have a negative effect on dropout intention. Third, mother's support, a subfactor of mother's career-related behavior, showed a positive influence on academi adaptation, and mother's interference showed a negative effect. Fourth, academi adaptation has been shown to be mediated in the relationship between career-related behavior and dropout intention. Based on the above results, practical implications were presented. 본 연구는 어머니의 진로관련 행동이 다문화청소년의 학업중단 의도에 미치는 영향과 학업적응의 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년 패널조사 7차(2017) 자료에서 중학교 3학년 1,121명을 표본으로 선정하였고, Baron & Kenny의 매개효과 분석 3단계 방법으로 제시된 모형의 영향 관계와 학업적응의 매개효과 검증과 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 어머니의 진로관련 행동의 하위요인인 어머니의 지지는 학업중단의도에 부(-)적인 영향, 어머니의 간섭은 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학업적응은 학업중단의도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어머니의 진로관련 행동의 하위요인인 어머니의 지지는 학업적응에 정(+)적인 영향, 어머니의 간섭은 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학업적응은 진로관련 행동과 학업중단의도의 관계에서 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

        지황(地黃)의 품질평가

        The dried roots of Rehmannia glutinosa (RG) have been used in the traditional medicine for treatment of diabetes, fever and dysuria, etc. In order to investigate the quality evaluation of the dried roots of RG, we conducted the physico-chemical and biological evaluation method. The amount of catalpol from commercial samples is very diverse about $0.00{\sim}3.89%$ by using HPLC method, because it is easily decomposed by processing of RG. So, we should try to identify the correlation with the contents of catalpol and biological activities of RG. We chose 3 samples which were a wide difference of catalpol contents between each sample (Sample-I; 3.4%, Sample-II; 2.8%, Sample-III; 0.05%). Sample-I and Sample-II were found to be more effective than Sample-III on the DPPH free radical scavenging effect and inhibitory effect on $H_2O_2-catalyzed$ lipid peroxidation in rat liver in vitro. And, Sample-I and Sample-II exhibited more significant effects than Sample-III on accelerating actions of the small and large intestinal transport, and diuretic action in mice. So, it is suggested that the quantitative determination of catalpol should be required for the tandardization of the dried roots of RG.

        한방약물로부터 항고지혈증 치료약물개발(2) - 수종 한약재의 항고지혈증 효과 -

        In the previous reports, we selected 80% MeOH extract of 7 herbs including Scutellariae Radix(SR), Paeoniae Radix Rubra(PRR), Moutan Cortex(MC), Angelicae Gigantis Radix(AGR), Crataegi Fructus(CF), Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam(BCT) and Cinnamomi Ramulus(CR), which exhibited the inhibitory effect on HMG-CoA reductase and DPPH free radical scavenging effect in vitro, and antihyperlipidemic effects on antihyperlipidemic rats induced by Triton WR 1339 in vivo. Among them, SR, MC, AGR and BCT showed significant suppression of elevated serum LDL-cholesterol level, and AGR and CF showed significant liver weight increase on high cholesterol diet induced hyperlipidemic mice. And, SR, PRR, AGR, BCT and CR significantly suppressed the elevated serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels on corn oil induced hyperlipidemic rats. Then, in order to research new antihyperlipidemic agents from the oriental medicinal herbs, we chose SR, AGR, CR and BCT which have the antihyperlipidemic effect in vitro and in vivo, and those herbs were systematically fractionated with organic solvent. EtOAc fraction of SR, hexane fraction of BCT, AGR and chloroform fraction of CR exhibited remarkably inhibitory effect on HMG-CoA reductase activity.

        80% extract of Gamigwaruhaebaekbaekju-Tang (GGHBT), Gagamgwaruhaebaekbaekju-Tang (GGGHBT) and Gamigwaruhaebaekwhanggum-Tang (GGHWT) remarkably showed inhibitory effects on HMG-CoA reductase, lipid peroxidation of rat liver and LDL oxidation, and DPPH free radical scavenging effect in a dose-dependent manner. Especially, GGHWT which is formulated with Trichosanthis Fructus, Pinelliae Tuber, Aurantii Immatures Fructus, Magnoliae Cortex, Allii Macrostemi Bulbus, Cinnamomi Ramulus and Scutellariae Radix on the basis of Gwaruhaebaekbaekiu-Tang listed on the traditional medicinal references showed more effective hypocholesterolemic activities in vitro bioassay than the other prescriptions.

        한방약물로부터 항고지혈증 치료약물개발(I) -수종 한약재의 항고지혈증 활성검색-

        Twenty-four Oriental herbal medicines including Platycodi Radix and Scutellariae Radix, etc., which have been used for the cure of hyperlipidemia, coronary heart, disease were evaluated for the 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A(HMG-CoA) reductase inhibition and antioxidant effect on a free radical, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) in vitro, and antihyperlipidemic effect on hyperlipidemic rats induced by Triton WR-1339 in vivo. 80% MeOH extract of eight herbs including Scutellariae Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma, Paeoniae Radix Rubra, Moutan Cortex Radicis, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam, Cinnamomi Ramulus and Crataegi Fructus inhibited the HMG-CoA reductase activities and exhibited a radical-trapping action on a stable free radical, DPPH. On Triton WR-1339-induced hyperlipidemic rats, four herbs including Scutellariae Radix, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam and Cinnamomi Ramulus showed respectively the significant suppression of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, phospholipid and LDL-cholesterol levels and serum transaminase(ALT and AST) activities. From these results, it is suggested that each 80% MeOH extract of Scutellariae Radix, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam and Cinnamomi Ramulus have effective antihyperlipidemic action against hyperlipidemia.

        2007 개정 및 2009 개정 중등 과학 및 고등학교 화학 교과서의 MBL 실험 분석

        이 연구에서는 2007 개정 및 2009 개정 중등과학 교과서 및 화학 교과서를 중심으로 교과서에 수록된 MBL(microcomputer-based laboratory) 실험을 교육과정 시기, 대상 학년, 실험이 제시된 맥락, 내용 영역, 주제, 사용된 센서, 그리고 출판사 등의 측면에서 분류하고 그 특징을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, MBL 실험은 2007 개정 교육과정기의 경우에는 중학교 과학교과서에서만 25번 제시되었고, 2009 개정 교육과정기의 경우에는 과학 및 화학 I, II 교과서를 통틀어 29회(중학교 19회, 고등학교 10회) 제시되었다. 전체적으로는 교육과정 개정 이후 중학교 과학 교과서에 MBL 실험은 증가하지 않은 반면, 고등학교 교과서에는 처음으로 제시되었다. MBL 실험은 중학교 1학년에 가장 많이 제시되었고, 선택탐구보다는 필수탐구에 주로 포함되었다. 센서 중에서는 운동 센서와 온도 센서가 가장 많이 사용되었고, 그 다음으로는 산소와 이산화탄소 센서가 많이 사용되었다. 출판사별 분석에서는 전체적으로는 사용 빈도가 감소하였고, 일부 출판사의 교과서에서는 MBL 실험이 단 한번도 사용되지 않았다. 이 결과들을 바탕으로 교육적 함의를 논의하였다. In this study, MBL experiments in the Korean secondary science textbooks and chemistry textbooks under the 2007 and the 2009 curriculum revision were analyzed in terms of curriculum revision era, grade, context of experiment in the textbook, field of science, topic, sensor, and publisher. As a result, 25 MBL experiments were found in the science textbooks under the 2007 revision, and 29 experiments under the 2009 revision (19 for middle school textbook and 10 for high school textbook). MBL experiments in middle school textbooks were not increased after curriculum revision while those in high school textbooks appeared for the first time. Most of them were in the textbooks for grade 7 and presented as an essential experiment rather than optional one. Motion sensor and temperature sensor were used most frequently, and oxygen sensor and carbon dioxide sensor were followed. In aspect of publishers, a frequency of MBL experiment was decreased in most textbook and some publishers didn`t include MBL experiment at all. Based on these results, educational implications were discussed.

        중ㆍ고등학교 영어교과서에 나타난 조동사 Can의 분포에 대한 코퍼스언어학적 연구

        Textbook is very important in English learning and teaching. The goals of this paper are (i) to analyze the distributions of modal auxiliaries in middle school and high school English textbooks and (ii) to compare the analysis results with those of the general- purpose English corpora. Our study is based on Corpus Linguistics, and we are using corpus-analysis methods and tools in our research. In our study, we consider English textbooks as corpus texts and we will analyze them with NLPTools, which is a corpus- analyzing program. After we survey the distributions of modal auxiliaries, we will focus on a modal auxiliary can. We will examine not only syntactical distributions of a modal can but also semantic/functional distributions of this modal in English textbooks. In order to analyze the semantical distributions of can, we will use semantic tags and divide its semantic/functional category into three groups: ability, permission, and possibility. We will also divide the syntactic distributions into the nine verb phrase structures. After we closely examine the syntactic and semantic/functional distributions of a modal can, we will compare the analysis results with those of the LLC Corpus, the LOB Corpus, and the British National Corpus. Through the study, we want to show that the actual distributions and usages of a modal can in middle and high school English textbooks are a little different from those in other general-purpose English corpora.
