        공동주택 지하주차장 확대 리모델링 개략 공사비 산정 모델 개발

        공동주택 주차장 리모델링 공사비는 전체 리모델링 공사비의 대략 20%를 차지한다. 지하주차장 공사비를 알면 전체 공사비 예측이 가능한 것이다. 공사비 산정 시 참고하는 표준품셈은 리모델링 공사비 산정에 적용하기 곤란하여 리모델링 공사의 특징을 반영할 수 있는 공사비 산정 모델이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 리모델링의 특징 및 설계 요소를 반영하여 개략 공사비를 산정하는 공동주택 지하주차장 확대 리모델링의 개략 공사비 산정 모델을 개발하였다. 선행 연구 고찰 및 전문가 자문을 통해 지하주차장 리모델링 공사의 Activity를 37개 도출하였다. 리모델링 설계도면이 확정되기 전 개략 공사비를 산정할 수 있도록 Activity 별 물량 산출식 및 단가를 제시하였다. 전문가 자문을 통해 공사비 상승에 영향을 미치는 요인 13개와 요인 별 가중치를 결정하였다. 리모델링 사례단지 3개를 개략 공사비 산정 모델에 적용한 결과, 정확도는 평균 93%로 나타났다. The cost of remodeling parking lots of apartment houses accounts for about 20 percent of the total cost of remodeling. This means that when the remodeling cost of the underground parking lot is known, it becomes possible to estimate the total construction cost. The standard of estimation referenced when calculating the construction cost is difficult to apply to calculating the remodeling cost. Thus, a construction cost estimation model that reflects the characteristics of remodeling construction is necessary. This study developed a basic construction cost estimation model for expansion remodeling of underground parking lots of apartment houses that calculates the approximate cost of construction by reflecting the characteristics and design elements of remodeling. Based on literature review and consultation with experts, 37 activities of underground parking lot remodeling construction were derived. In order to enable calculation of approximate construction cost before the remodeling design drawing is finalized, the quantity calculation formula and unit price for each activity were presented. Based on expert advice, 13 factors that affect the increase in construction cost and weights of each factor were determined. As a result of applying three cases of remodeling complexes to the basic cost estimation model, the accuracy was confirmed to be 93 percent on average.

        The expansion of a parking lot is the essential element for remodeling aged apartments. To determine the method, We have to consider various elements. However, many constructors have determined the method depending on the experience without any systematic process. In this research, it developed the prototype of the program (hereinafter ‘program’) to determine an appropriate expansion method in accordance with conditions based on the systematic process. It implemented the program by applying the information of apartment remodeling (hereinafter ‘H Apartment’) to the program. As a result, in the case of remodeling entailing active vertical extension, 6 types of methods were available. Asides from it there were only 4 methods available for H Apartment when not entailing the active vertical extension.

        It is very difficult for PC Corporation managers to plan a schedule for PC Corporation because the use of workers, equipment, and materials changes every time due to risks such as weather and civil complaints. In order to reduce risks in planning, the construction industry uses a lot of simulation techniques. However, existing simulation studies only take into account the prior and subsequent relationships of each activity, resulting in predictive results that are different from reality in the event of delays caused by external changes. This study seeks to propose a PC construction schedule simulation method that utilizes Activity-Flow Model(AFM) to supplement the limits of simulation. For the application of AFM, 13 domestic field construction plans applied with PC method were analyzed to derive activity (40) and resources. Based on the activities derived in the future, we intend to establish a simulation model that reflects flow and buffer of PC construction to check the change in schedule according to the resource changes.

        사회생태학적 모형에 기반한 육군훈련소 병사들의 호흡기감염병 예방행위 영향 요인

        Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors influencing respiratory infection prevention behaviors among soldiers based on a socioecological model. It sought to explore the relationships among knowledge, self-efficacy, social support, organizational climate, and infection prevention behaviors. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with soldiers at an army training center. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and hierarchical regression, which was performed according to the levels of socioecological model. Results: A total of 167 soldiers responded to the survey. They exhibited higher self-efficacy and a more positive organizational climate for infection control compared to the general population. However, their knowledge was relatively low, while the level of social support was akin to that of the general population. Notably, the infection prevention behaviors were significantly positively correlated with knowledge, self-efficacy, social support, and organizational climate. Hierarchical regression revealed that individual and interpersonal factors significantly influence infection prevention behaviors, with knowledge as the most influential factor. Conclusion: The findings underscore the need to develop comprehensive strategies to enhance individual and interpersonal factors to promote infection-prevention behaviors among soldiers. It is imperative to place more focus on trainees than conscripts to augment knowledge, self-efficacy, and social support.

        As apartments built to address overcrowding in the Seoul metropolitan area have become dilapidated, the housing performance has been reduced and the shortage of parking lots has become more serious. Parking lots can be secured by remodeling, but there are not enough cases. The study aims to develop WBS for expansion of underground parking lots, drawing detailed work to calculate construction costs. The derived WBSs were applied to the case complex and analyzed. As a result, 12 activities were derived for Alternative 1(extended after its existence) and 24 activities for Alternative 2(extended after demolition).

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify relocation stress and relocation needs among intensive care unit patients at an Armed Forces Hospital and to provide data for effective relocation nursing intervention. Methods: The data were collected from 80 patients who transferred from intensive care unit to general ward. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Results: Relocation stress was high in order of physical, health care provider, and emotional factors. Relocation educational needs was high in order of living after discharge, care plan, diet and exercise treatment, medical treatment, and relocation. It was statistically significant according to length of stay in hospital. Conclusion: This study contributes to understanding of Relocation stress of patients. Furthermore, based on the results of the study, Medical staffs will be able to develop effective Relocation teaching materials for patients.
