May Uprising has been passed 20 years. Composers have configurated it as music. There are many reasons. For example, praise the meaning of it, cherish the memory of sacrificed people, of feeling of debt to May Uprising. It was configurated in form of symphony, symphonic poem, prelude, opera, &-song, by many composers, who had various backgrounds. The representational mode was expressed variously by the genre, background of composers, time and political factor. Yun Isang' symphony Exemplum, in memoriam Kwangiu(l981) was composed firstly. As German-nationality composer Yun Isang could compose it without political influence. It was the 7 months later after the uprising. He expressed defeat, sorrow, his desire for justice and democracy of Korea, and appeal to continue fighting in his favored Hauptton technique. Lee Mn-soo' modem art-song In this hlay was composed 1981. It was difficult to speak out that openly in Korea at that time. He used a student s poem published in the university newspaper. The poem symbolized things. So, the music described atmosphere of that time in the style of expressionism like disharmonious compound chords, irregular rhythms, chromatic melodies. Kim Sun-chul's opera Mudeung-dungdung was supported by goverment's Culture-Tourism Department. It represented uprising realistically using various styles like Korean folk, Western counterpoint, and atonal as well as western tonal music. The latest work, Yooha Jeong's Cwangju Uprising was written in Korean court music, folk music, and western contemporary music styles. She experienced the uprising on the spot as an university student. It described Gwangju Uprising as ultimate victory of Gwangju Uprising spirit.

We analyze the relationship between weather variables and industry sector indices basedon the bounded rationality of investors in the economy using daily data from 2008 to 2011. We find that humidity and cloud cover have become highly related to all industry sectors. These results argue that weather information that influence the psychological socialphenomena should affect the investment strategies. Our results show the psychological effectof investors in economic systems playing a much more important role in terms of the assetpricing or portfolio theory

자산관리의 수준과 경영성과의 관계 분석

기업부동산 자산관리 부문에서 경영성과 달성을 위해서는 부동산 자산관리의 정도가 절대적으로 중요하다. 그래서 기업부동산 자산관리의 다양한 기능과 역할을 살펴보고 유가증권시장상장 제조기업 102부에 대한 설문을 통해 기업부동산 시설관리, 재산관리, 자산관리 요소들의 성과 및 중요성에 대한 인식 차이를 분석하였다. 첫째, 시설관리(FM)분야는 청소관리가 중심을 이루고 있으나, 향후 에너지 관리의 중요성을 가장 크게 인식하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 재산관리(AM)분야에서는 현금흐름분석 (회계업무)가 가장 중요하게 다루어지고 있으나, 중요성 또는 필요성 측면에서는 자금조달, 인력관리 및 조직적인 자산관리 체계구축이 시급한 것으로 조사되었다. 한편 자산관리(AM)분야에 대한 조사에서는 재무·법무·세무업무가 현재 주요 업무이면서 가장 중요하게 인식하고 있는 세부 분야인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부동산 자산관리는 시설관리(FM), 재산관리(PM), 자산관리(AM)로 확대되어 가고 있음에도 불구하고, 총자산 회전율 및 매출액 순이익률이 낮은 기업일수록 시설관리(FM)에 치중하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 총자산 회전율 및 매출액 순이익률이 낮은 기업일수록 자산관리(AM)에 대한 중요성을 낮게 인식하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 기업의 총자산 회전율 및 매출액 순이익률이 작은 기업일수록 부동산 자산관리 전략을 통한 경영성과 제고노력이 미비하다는 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 기업의 규모, 즉 자본금 규모 및 종업원 수에 따라 자산관리의 중요성에 대한 차이는 존재하지만 통계적으로 의미있는 차이는 없는 것으로 조사·분석되었다. 이는 제조기업의 경우 기업의 규모가 크더라도 부동산 자산관리를 중요한 경영적 요소 또는 재무적 요소로 인식하지 않는다는 것을 의미한다. For the companies in the real estate asset management in order to achieve business performance, the level of real estate asset management is absolutely critical. So we looked at a variety of functions and roles of corporate real estate asset management. We surveyed 102 corporate real estate on the securities market manufacturing companies and analyzed the importance of recognizing differences in performance and asset management elements of FM, PM, and AM. First, the clean administration in the facility management (FM) sector is important But future, the importance of future energy management is recognized. In addition, In Asset Management (AM) field, cash flow analysis (accounting) is being addressed most important. However, the importance for financing, human resource management, and organizational assets management system are urgent. Second, real estate asset management is going to expend to facilities management (FM), properties management (PM), and Asset Management (AM). Nevertheless, the coporate under low total assets turnover and low net profit margin sales were focus on the more facility management (FM). Third, the size of the enterprise, as the different importance of capital asset management, depended on the size and number of employees, but there was a statistically significant difference in the analysis. This means that the case of manufacturing enterprises, even large-scale enterprise does not recognize a real estate asset management as an important management or financial factors. Therefore, in order to enhance business performance through real estate asset management strategy, corporate needs its efforts. And also corporate should expand from facility management (FM) to property management (PM) as well as asset management (AM). But this paper has been limited that it does not perform to the specific demonstration of a causal relationship, and the path of each sub-element management performance and corporate value of the company's assets.

‘조씨고아’ 이야기의 도안고 읽기— 사마천에서 볼테르까지

While the main character, Cho’s orphan(趙氏孤兒), is fixed with traditional narratives and characters, the surrounding characters have actively led the story flow by reflecting the spirit of the times and local spirit every time. Among them, the most representative person is Tu’an Gu(屠岸賈), a person who stands at the peak of the counterpoint that creates a conflict structure with Cho’s orphan in the story. In the story of Cho’s orphan, Tu’an Gu can be said to be the most presentable central figure who leads the narrative progression, tension, and tempo more influential than the main character Cho’s orphan. Based on this, I judged that it was designed to play a decisive role in immersing readers or audiences by making “Cho’s orphan” like “Cho’s orphan” and making the narrative structure and lively used. The purpose of this paper is to consider the process and pattern of becoming the subject of the other person by focusing on the “Tu’an Gu” and the focus of research, away from the traditional perspective of Cho’s family and Cho’s orphan. Accordingly, various and comprehensive considerations were conducted on the background, process, and role of the character Tu’an Gu in the story of “Cho’s orphan” which has been reinterpreted by various genres and writers in the East and West during the traditional period. ‘조씨고아’ 이야기의 중심인물 조씨고아는 전통적 서사와 캐릭터로 고정적인 데 비해, 주변 인물들은 매번 시대 정신과 지역 정신이 반영되어 ‘타자의 주체화’를 이루며 이야기 흐름을 적극적으로 주도해 왔다. 그중 가장 대표적인 인물은 바로 이야기 속에서 조씨고아와 갈등구조를 일으키는 대척점의 정점에 서 있는 인물인 도안고이다. 도안고는 ‘조씨고아’ 이야기에서 서사 진행과 긴장의 정도 및 완급을 주인공 조씨고아보다 더 영향력 있게 주도하는 가장 존재감 있는 중심인물 같은 주변 인물이라고 할 수 있다. 필자는 이 점에 천착해 ‘조씨고아’를 ‘조씨고아’답게 만들며 이야기의 구조와 사용한 서사 기법을 생동감 있게 만들어 독자 또는 관객의 공감을 끌어내 이야기에 몰입시키는 결정적인 역할을 하는 핵심인물을 도안고라고 판단했다. 본고는 기존의 답습되어 오던 조씨 집안과 조씨고아 중심의 전통적인 시각에서 벗어나 연구의 초점을 ‘도안고’에 맞춰 타자의 주체화가 되어 가는 과정과 양상을 고찰했다. 이에 전통 시기 동서양의 다양한 장르와 작가들에게서 재해석되어 왔던 ‘조씨고아’ 이야기 속의 도안고라는 등장인물 형상의 탄생 배경과 과정 그리고 역할에 대해 다각적이고 종합적인 고찰을 진행했다.
