As the radioactive-related incidents have been occurred frequently such as Fukushima nuclear exposure incident, it is always considered radioactivity normal levels in radiation exposure as a most risk components at several government agencies. In this paper, the data were analyzed by information in the data beyond range of the attributes. The clustering analysis method is used by EM and SimpleKMeans algorithm. The experimental results about US Radioactive associated data is depending on the method of data analysis. It can be seen that the method of the algorithm is different depending on local value of the normal range. The governments need to pay attention to increase the investigation frequency.

본 논문에서는 베이지안 망을 기초로 불임환자의 임상 데이터에 대한 다양한 분석 실험을 전개하였다. 이 실험을 통해 임신여부에 영향을 주는 요인들간의 상호의존성을 분석해보고, 또 NBN, BAN, GBN 등 제약조건이 다른 다양한 유형의 베이지안 망 분류기들의 분류성능을 서로 비교해보았다. 그리고 우리는 이와 같은 실험을 통해 임신가능여부(Clin)에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인들로 증상(IND), 약물치료법(stimulation), 여성의 나이(FA), 미세조작 난자의 수(ICT), Wallace 사용여부(ETM) 등 5개의 특성들을 가려낼 수 있었고, 이 요인들간의 상호 의존성도 찾아낼 수 있었다. 또 서로 다른 유형의 베이지안 망 분류기들 중에서 요인들간의 상호의존관계를 허용하는 좀 더 일반적인 BAN과 GBN 등이 그렇지 못한 NBN에 비해 상대적으로 더 높은 분류 성능을 보여준다는 것을 확인하였다. 또 결정트리와 k-최근접 이웃과 같은 다른 분류기들과의 성능 비교를 통해, 임상 데이터의 특성상 확률적 표현과 추론에 기초한 베이지안 망 분류기들이 보다 높은 성능을 보여준다는 사실도 확인할 수 있었다. 또 본 논문에서는 클래스 노드의 Markov blanket에 속한 특성들로 특성집합을 축소하는 것을 제안하고, 실험을 통해 이 특성 축소방법이 베이지안 망 분류기들의 성능을 높여 줄 수 있는지 알아보았다. In this paper, we conducted various experiments with Bayesian networks in order to analyze clinical data of infertility patients. With these experiments, we tried to find out inter-dependencies among important factors playing the key role in clinical pregnancy, and to compare 3 different kinds of Bayesian network classifiers (including NBN, BAN, GBN) in terms of classification performance. As a result of experiments, we found the fact that the most important features playing the key role in clinical pregnancy (Clin) are indication (IND), stimulation, age of female partner (FA), number of ova (ICT), and use of Wallace (ETM), and then discovered inter-dependencies among these features. And we made sure that BAN and GBN, which are more general Bayesian network classifiers permitting inter-dependencies among features, show higher performance than NBN. By comparing Bayesian classifiers based on probabilistic representation and reasoning with other classifiers such as decision trees and k-nearest neighbor methods, we found that the former show higher performance than the latter due to inherent characteristics of clinical domain. finally, we suggested a feature reduction method in which all features except only some ones within Markov blanket of the class node are removed, and investigated by experiments whether such feature reduction can increase the performance of Bayesian classifiers.

대형마트의 시장규모는 국내유통시장에서 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 국내 유통시장은 지난 1996년 유통시장 개방 이후 대형마트의 확산과 성장에 힘입어 발전해왔다. 하지만 최근에는 업태 간 경쟁이 너무 치열해지면서 더 많은 고객을 유치하기 위해 가격경쟁을 넘어 시식행사와 같은 이벤트가 많아졌다. 이러한 상황에서 시식행사와 관련된 요인과 소비자 구매행동에 관한 관계를 규명하는 것은 중요한 일이다. 대형마트의 시식행사가 소비자 구매행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 시식행사기준을 제품요인으로 설정하여 변수들 간의 관계를 연구모형으로 설정하였다. 연구결과 여러 가지 제품에 대한 요인 중 원산지에 따라 추가 지불 가능한 금액이 증가한다는 가설 하나만이 유의성 있게 나왔다. 이것으로 보아 대형마트에서는 시식행사 시 상품의 원산지를 투명하고, 또한 최근에 수입산 식품의 대한 부정적인 생각을 가지고 있는 소비자에게는 국산 제품위주로 시식행사를 진행하는 것이 마트의 매출액을 높이고 고객을 더 끌어들이기 위한 하나의 방안이 될 것으로 본다.

Data analysis is the universal classification techniques, which requires a lot of effort. It can be easily analyzed to understand the results. Decision tree which is developed by Breiman can be the most representative methods. There are two core contents in decision tree. One of the core content is to divide dimensional space of the independent variables repeatedly, Another is pruning using the data for evaluation. In classification problem, the response variables are categorical variables. It should be repeatedly splitting the dimension of the variable space into a multidimensional rectangular non overlapping share. Where the continuous variables, binary, or a scale of sequences, etc. varies. In this paper, we obtain the coefficients of precision, reproducibility and accuracy of the classification tree to classify and evaluate the performance of the new cases, and through experiments to evaluate.

As Data mining is a method of extracting the information based on the large data, the technique has been used in many application areas to deal with data in particular. However, the status of the algorithm that can deal with the healthcare data are not fully developed. In this paper, One of clustering algorithm, the EM and DBSCAN are used for performance comparison. It could be analyzed using by the same data. To do this, EM and DBSACN algorithm are changing performance according to the variables in Health expenditure database. Based on the results of the experimental data, We analyze more precise and accurate results using by Kernel Filtering. In this study, we tried comparison of the performance for the algorithm as well as attempt to improve the performance. Through this work, we were analyzed the comparison result of the application of the experimental data and of performance change according to expansion algorithm. Especially, Collects data from the various cluster using the medical record, it could be recommended the effective spending on medical services.

Data mining is an interest area in all field around us not in any specific areas, which could be used applications in a number of areas heavily. In other words, it is used in the decision-making process, data and correlation analysis in hidden relations, for finding the actionable information and prediction. But some of the data sets contains many missing values in the variables and do not exist a large number of records in the data set. In this paper, missing values are handled in accordance with the model tree algorithm. Cholesterol value is applied for predicting. For the performance analysis, experiments are approached for each treatment. Through this, efficient alternative is presented to apply the missing data.

U-healthcare is real-time monitoring of personal biometric information using by portable devices, home network and information and communication technology based healthcare systems, and fused together automatically to overcome the constraints of time and space are connected with hospitals and doctors. As u-healthcare gives health service in anytime and anywhere, it becomes to be a new type of medical services in patients management and disease prevention. In this paper, recent changes in prevention-oriented care is analyzed in becoming early response for Healthcare Information System by requirements analysis for technology development trend. According to the healthcare system, PACS, OCS, EMR and emergency medical system, U-healthcare is presenting the design of a patient-centered integrated client system. As the relationship between the meaning of the terms is used in the ontology, information models in the system is providing a common vocabulary with various levels of formality. In this paper, we propose an ontology-based system for patient-centered services, including the concept of clustering to clustering the data to define the relationship between these ontologies for more systematic data.

국내외적으로 전자상거래 이용이 활성화됨에 따라 물류환경도 변화하고 있다. 또한 전자상거래 시대에 부합하는 물류서비스 경쟁도 가속화되고 있다. 업무환경이 현장에서 단순 반복 업무로 이뤄진다는 Logistics의 특성상 차별화 된 서비스를 위해 Mobile 기기를 도입한다는 것은 필수적인 추세가 되어가고 있다. m-Logistics의 확산은 이제 시대의 흐름이 되었으며, 따라서 모바일 환경에 대한 효과적인 대응전략은 기업의 수익과 비용감송에 직접적인 역할을 할 것이다. 물론 물류분야에 Mobile을 도입하여 그 효과를 최대화하기 위해서는 물류업무의 표준화, 모바일 기기의 기능강화, 무선통신 인프라의 확충, 기업투자비 경감 등의 조건을 해결해야 한다는 선행과제가 있지만, 공차 운행으로 인한 물류비 절감과 유무선 통합 물류관리를 통한 업무 생산성 및 고객서비스 개선이라는 기대효과는 Mobile의 도입을 충분히 매력적으로 보이게 하는 요소인 것이다. 이런 점에서 본 논문에서 제시하는 m-Logistics환경에서 물류 서비스 중 가장 중요한 전자지불과 거래보안 서비스를 새롭게 제시하였다.
