        The main purpose of this study is to testify the relationships among organizational culture, human factor and organizational effectiveness in service organizations by focusing on mediating effect of hotel employee"s followership as follows; First, the structure of more effective hotel organization culture will be identified. Second, the style of more effective human resource factor-entrepreneurship and leadership-will be identified. Third, the relationship among the hotel organization culture and entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational effectiveness will be statistically tested, and the relative importance levels will be identified. Finally, the mediating effect of followership of hotel employee between the hotel organization culture and human resource factor will be identified. The result of this study were as follows; First, Hypothesis H1; Both organization culture of mutual agreement and organization culture of development will have a meaningful effect on the hotel organizational effectiveness. Second, Entrepreneurship has positive relationship with Organizational Effectiveness. In other words, both innovation and risk-taking appeared to improve organizational effectiveness through mediating effect of followership. Third, the leadership type having the greatest effect on organizational effectiveness was shown to transformational leadership. It is necessary to conduct a study on a new paradigm leadership found to have a high effect on organizational effectiveness in the process of analysis. And it is necessary to consider the method of its application. Fourth, it is approved that followership is an important factor to increasing organizational effectiveness. As a result, followership had a meaningful mediating effect on organizational effectiveness in order to improve hotel management performance.

        석고 존재 및 탄산칼슘 첨가에 따른 활성 슬래그의 역학적 성능 및 반응생성물

        This study investigates the mechanical properties and reaction products of activated slag pastes depending on gypsum presence and calciumcarbonate addition in terms of compressive strength tests and synchrotron X-ray diffraction. The chemicals of CaO and NaOH are used as activatorswith different two dosages. The reaction of CaO-activated slag without gypsum just accelerated by addition of calcium carbonate at early ages, butno improvement was observed at later ages. On the other hand, the mechanical properties of CaO-activated slag pastes with gypsum were improvedwith calcium carbonate, enhancing the stability of ettringite. The variation of mechanical properties of NaOH-activated slag pastes was negligibledepending on calcium carbonate addition in case of no gypsum. The addition of calcium carbonate into NaOH-activated slag pastes with gypsumdeteriorated its mechanical properties due to the ion competition between CO32- ions and SO32- ions, decreasing crystallinity of reaction products. 본 연구는 석고의 존재 유무 및 탄산칼슘의 첨가에 따른 활성 슬래그 페이스트의 역학적 성능과 반응생성물을 연구한다. 활성 슬래그 페이스트의 자극제는 CaO 및 NaOH가 사용되었으며 자극제의 함량을 두 수준으로 결정하여 그 특성을 압축강도 실험과 방사광가속기 X-선 회절분석을 통해 조사하였다. CaO-활성 슬래그의 경우 석고가 존재하지 않는 경우 탄산칼슘의 첨가는 초기 수화를 촉진하는 충진효과만 발휘하는 것으로 나타났으며, 재령 28일에는 역학적 성능 향상을 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 석고가 존재하는 경우 에트린자이트의 상안정성에 기여하며 높은 수준의 강도향상을 보였다. NaOH를 자극제로 사용하는 경우 석고가 존재하지 않는 경우 역학적 성능변화는 미비한것으로 조사되었으나, 석고가 존재하는 경우 SO32- 이온과 CO32- 이온의 이온경쟁으로 반응생성물의 결정화도는 낮추며 역학적 성능을 저해하는 것으로 조사되었다.

        The Effect of Topical Cyclosporine 0.05% on Dry Eye after Cataract Surgery

        Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of cyclosporine 0.05% for dry eye after cataract surgery. Methods: Thirty-two newly diagnosed patients with dry eye syndrome 1 week after cataract surgery received a twice-daily treatment of cyclosporine 0.05% for one eye and normal saline 0.9% for the other. Disease severity was measured at 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months by Schirmer test I (ST-I), tear film break-up time (tBUT), corneal temperature and dry eye symptom questionnaire (Ocular Surface Disease Index). Results: Both groups increased in ST-I and tBUT over time. ST-I in the cyclosporine 0.05% group showed a significant increase at 3 months and tBUT in the cyclosporine 0.05% group showed an increase at 2 and 3months. The dry eye symptom score was significantly reduced in the cyclosporine 0.05% group. Conclusions: Cyclosporine 0.05% can also be an effective treatment for dry eye after cataract surgery.

        각막이식 삼중수술 시 인공수정체 삽입 시점에 따른 각막 내피 생존 비교

        Purpose: To evaluate the differences in corneal endothelial cell density in patients undergoing intraocular lens insertion at 2 different sequences during the triple procedure. Methods: The present retrospective study divided 37 eyes of 37 patients and into 2 groups: trephination, phacoemulsification and intraocular insertion, followed by graft suturing (20 eyes, Group I), and trephination, phacoemulsification, graft suturing leaving 3 mm gap, followed by intraocular lens insertion and suturing of the gap (17 eyes, Group II). Intraocular pressure, corneal thickness, and endothelial cell density were measured for 3 months postoperatively. Results: No significant difference in intraocular pressure between the 2 groups (p = 0.14) was observed. However in Group II, the mean corneal thickness showed a greater decrease (p = 0.02) during the 3 months following surgery, and the mean corneal endothelial cell density in this group was higher at 1, 2, and 3 months postoperatively than that of Group I (p = 0.01, 0.02 and 0.04 respectively). There were no significant difference in the rate of endothelial cell loss during the postoperative period between the 2 groups. Conclusions: The anterior chamber formation before intraocular lens insertion in the triple procedure is hypothesized to decrease corneal endothelial cell loss by minimizing mechanical contact with intraocular structures or intraocular lenses during surgery.         안내후방콘택트렌즈 삽입술 후 장기적 위치 변화

        Purpose: To evaluate the stability of implantable collamer lens (ICL, Staar Surgical AG, Niau, Switzerland) by comparing changes of tilt, decentration and anteroir chamber depth after ICL implantation during 1 year. Methods: The results of 8 high myopic patients (16 eyes) that had received ICL implantation were retrospectively studied. Tilt and decentration of ICL were measured using an anterior eye segment analysis system (Scheimpflug camera, EAS-1000, Nidek, Japan). Anterior chamber depth was measured in both eyes preoperatively and postoperatively by Scheimpflug camera. The follow-up period was 1 year. Results: Tilt was 1.90 ± 1.23°, 1.75 ± 0.80°, 1.64 ± 0.86°, 2.08 ± 1.33° (p = 0.36) and decentration were 0.04 ± 0.01 mm, 0.03 ± 0.01 mm, 0.03 ± 0.02 mm, 0.04 ± 0.02 mm (p = 0.59) at 1 week, 1 month, 6 months and 1 year respectively. Tilt and decentration showed no significant change after ICL implantation. The average anterior chamber depth was 2.85 ± 0.26 mm preoperatively, and 2.17 ± 0.39 mm, 2.06 ± 0.31 mm, 2.06 ± 0.34 mm, 2.04 ± 0.35 mm at 1 week, 1 month, 6 months and 1 year respectively. Anterior chamber depth became narrow after ICL implantation (p = 0.02), but showed no significant narrowing postoperatively (p = 0.08). Conclusions: The IOL position remained stable, with no significant changes for an extended period of tilt, decentration, or anterior chamber depth after ICL implantation.         3차원 공간정보를 이용한 안전 관리 업무 효율성 향상에 관련 연구

        In this study, by using 3D spatial information for effective response of evacuation management during disasters, we study 3D time informatization technology that can be used to secure safety and prevent the expansion of human injury and accidents, as well as safety management information and disaster prevention. By establishing a link between (firefighting) and CCTV information and 3D spatial information, we will improve the safety work and present development directions when establishing disaster prevention measures for future facilities.
