예비유아교사들의 테크놀로지 활용의도 관련변인 간의 관계 규명

본 연구는 예비유아교사들의 테크놀로지 활용의도에 영향을 미치는 테크놀로지에 대한 지각된 사용용이성, 지 각된 유용성, 테크노스트레스 변인들 간의 예측력을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 예비유아교사 교육을 받고 있는 64명 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 지각된 사용 용이성은 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미친것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 사용용이성은 테크노스트레스에 부적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 지각된 유용성은 테크놀로지 활용의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 테크노스트 레스는 테크놀로지 활용의도에 부적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해서 예비유아교사들이 테크놀로 지를 보다 쉽게 사용할 수 있고 테크노스트레스를 완화할 수 있도록 테크놀로지 사용에 관한 다양한 교육의 기회가 주 어져야 할 것으로 보인다. 나아가 테크놀로지가 유아교육환경에서 유용한 교수학습매체로서 활용될 수 있는 다양한 전 략들이 개발되어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the predictability of variables among technology easy to use, perceived usefulness, and technostress that had impacts on kindergarten preservice teachers’ technology intention to use. For this study, the survey data collected by 64 students who were enrolled in the kindergarten preservice teacher education were analysed by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed as follows. First, technology easy to use significantly affected perceived usefulness. Second, technology easy to use negatively affected technostress. Third, perceived usefulness significantly affected technology intention to use while technostress negatively affected it. From this results, it is revealed that various technology training opportunities would be provided for improving preservice teachers’ technology intention to use and lessing preservice teachers’ technostress. Furthermore, effective teaching-learning strategies for utilizing technology as an educational media should be developed in the early childhood educational environment.

본 연구는 최신 진로상담 연구동향을 바탕으로 새로운 시대의 진로교육을 위한 4개의 주요 주제를 추출하고, 이를 바탕으로 2015 학교 진로교육 목표 및 성취기준을 분석·논의함으로써 현재 한국의 학교 진로교육에 대한 시사점을 도출해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 다음과 같이 진행되었다. 첫째, 전통적인 진로상담이론의 가정과 그에 대한 비판을 검토하고, 최신 진로상담 연구의 주제를 ‘다문화 진로연구’, ‘진로적응성’, ‘진로 대 일’, ‘일과 삶의 다른 영역 간 교차성 및 상호작용’ 등의 네 가지로 추출하였고, 각 주제가 현대 사회의 진로에 의미하는 바를 고찰하였다. 둘째, 2015 학교 진로교육 목표 및 성취기준의 구성요소와 특징을 분석하였다. 셋째, 이러한 최근 연구동향과 주요 주제를 기반으로 현재 국가단위의 학교 진로교육 목표 및 성취기준을 비판적으로 검토한 뒤, 보다 포괄적인 학교 진로교육을 위한 향후 과제들을 제시하였으며, 우리나라의 학교 진로교육에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다. The continuing global economic recession and diversifying life values (e.g., work-family balance) in an aging society challenge the underlying premises of current career education and create the need for a different approach to career education in South Korea. The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate the assumptions of the current national career education goals and performance criterion in South Korea and propose a more integrative career education that helps Korean children and adolescents better prepare to build their work and lives in a changing society. First, this study discusses career literature that addressed the limitations of career theories and suggested new directions for future education. Then, based on the literature review, the current National School Career Education Goals and Performance Criterion is reviewed and critiqued. Finally, suggestions and recommendations for a more comprehensive career education are discussed and proposed.

기술수용모형을 기반으로 직업탐색효능감과 직업방송의 유용성, 용이성이 시청자의 만족도에 미치는 영향 분석

This present study investigated the effects of job search self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, and perceived easy of use on WorkTV viewers' satisfaction. For this purpose, the total of 1,033 WorkTV viewers participated in the web survey. A hypothetical model was proposed, which was composed of job search self-efficacy as exogenous variables, perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use as intervening endogenous variable, and WorkTV viewers' satisfaction as endogenous variables. The results of this study through structural equation modeling analysis were as follows: First, job search self-efficacy significantly affected perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use. On the other hand, job search self-efficacy didn't affect WorkTV viewers' satisfaction. Second, perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use also significantly affected WorkTV viewers' satisfaction. Third, job search self-efficacy was verified as a mediating variable between perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, and satisfaction. Based upon these results, some practical implications are provided for improving its quality and services of WorkTV. 본 연구의 목적은 기술수용모형을 기반으로 직업탐색효능감과 직업방송의 유용성, 용이성이 직업방송 시청자의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 H사의 직업방송을 시청하는 1,033명의 시청자를 대상으로 2010년 11월 24일부터 일주일간 홈페이지 및 뉴스레터를 통해 웹 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 시청자 특성 중 시청자가 인식하는 직업탐색효능감을 외생변인으로, 매개변인은 직업방송에 대한 유용성과 이용용이성으로, 종속변인은 향후이용의도를 포함한 만족도를 포함하는 연구모형을 설정하였다. 연구가설을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업탐색효능감은 유용성과 이용용이성에 유의한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 직업탐색효능감이 만족도에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유용성과 이용용이성 역시 만족도에 각기 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 직업탐색효능감이 만족도에 미치는 영향에 대한 유용성과 이용용이성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 직업탐색효능감은 유용성을 통해 만족도에 유의한 영향을 끼치며, 이용용이성을 경유하여 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 직업방송의 질을 향상시키고 서비스를 발전시킬 수 있는 전략에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.
