골프 경기력 향상을 위한 골프 아카데미 프로그램 효과 분석

본 연구는 골프 경기력 향상을 위한 골프 아카데미 프로그램 적용에 따른 효과를 분석하는 연구이다. 이를 위하 여 아마추어 골퍼 18명을 골프 아카데미 프로그램군 10명, 통제군 8명으로 나누었으며, 8주간의 45시간 골프 아 카데미 프로그램 적용 전, 후에 따른 라운딩 스코어, 티샷 온그린 타수, 드라이브 샷 비거리를 측정하여 골프 경 기력 향상 정도를 평가하였다. 먼저 라운딩 스코어의 변화에서 골프 아카데미 프로그램군은 적용 전에 비해 적용 후에 유의하게 낮은 라운딩 스코어를 나타냈으며(p<.05), 드라이버 샷 비거리의 변화에서도 골프 아카데미 프로그 램군은 적용 전에 비해 적용 후에 10번, 12번, 18번 홀에서 유의하게 증가한 드라이버 샷 비거리를 나타냈다 (p<.05). 이처럼 골프 아카데미 프로그램의 적용은 골프 경기력 향상에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 골프 경기력 향상을 위한 골프 아카데미 프로그램으로서 적용의 토대 및 개발, 평가의 기초자료로 제공될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of golf academy program on golf performance in amateur golfers. The subjects were divided into golf academy program group and control group from 18 amateur golfers. The golf academy program group participated in golf academy program for 8 weeks (45 hours) and the effects on rounding score, tee shot score on green strokes, and driving distance on drive shot were evaluated. The rounding score of golf academy program group was significantly decreased compared to control group and the driving distance on drive shot in 10 hole, 12 hole, and 18 hole of golf academy program group was significantly increased compared to control group. In conclusion, the golf academy program application for amateur golfers seems to effectively improve golf performance. This research can provide as a effective guideline for improving and developing golf academy program.

Due to the continuous increase in population and in domestic and foreign tourists, the number of cars, including rental cars, surged on Jeju Island. A large portion of tourists use rental cars as a means of transportation. The number of rental cars in Jeju increased rapidly from 10,808 in 2008 to 29,800 in 2021. As a result, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province implemented policies to reduce the number of cars and stifle the increase by reducing the total number of taxis and rental vehicles, and reorganizing the public transportation system. This study aims to analyze the process of change in the Rental-car policy in Jeju Island using Kingdon's multiple streams framework to analyze the fluctuation process between 2007 and 2021. As a result of the analysis, political stream accounted for a relatively large proportion of the problem stream, policy stream, and political stream. Policy innovators played an essential role in the policy-making process. Although the governmental departments in charge of rental car policy in the political stream was disadvantageous to the development of policy alternatives, it succeeded in evolving policy alternatives into policy agendas through organized political force. -

대학 구기 종목 운동부 지도자 멘토링이 신뢰, 긍정적 감정, 자아존중감 및 경기력에 미치는 영향

This study examined how university ball games coaches' mentoring influenced trust, positive emotion, self-esteem, and performance in terms of career development, psychological, and role model functions. Using a convenient sampling method, study participants included ball games players, such as basketball, volleyball, baseball, and soccer at ten universities in Seoul, Gyeongg and etc provinces. Questionnaires were distributed and collected 400 responses, and the final 391 copies of valid data were used to analyze the final results. The SPSS 23.0 program was used to analyze the data of this study. The results are as follows. First, it was found that among the mentoring variables of university ball games coaches, psychological, career development and role model function impacted the trust. Second, among the mentoring variables, career development significantly impacted positive emotions. Third, among the mentoring variables, psychological, career development, and role model function significantly impacted self-esteem. Fourth, the career development function significantly impacted performance. Lastly, by analyzing the effects of trust, positive emotions, and self-esteem on performance, it was found that the only positive emotion had a significant impact on ball games players' performance. Therefore, ball game coaches' mentoring was an antecedent variable on trust, positive emotion, self-esteem, and performance. 본 연구는 대학 구기 종목 지도자의 멘토링을 경력개발, 심리사회, 역할모형 기능으로 구성하여 지도자의 멘 토링 중 어떠한 부분이 신뢰, 긍정적 감정, 자아존중감 및 경기력에 영향을 미치는지 분석하고 더 나아가 이 러한 결과를 통해 대학 구기 종목 지도자 멘토링에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 2021년 현재 서울, 경기 등의 10개의 대학에서 농구, 배구, 야구, 축구 선수를 대상으로 편의표본추출 법을 이용하여 각 학교별 40부씩 총 400부의 설문지를 배포하여 회수하는 방법으로 자료를 수집하여 최종 391부의 유효자료가 결과 분석에 이용되었다. 본 연구의 자료를 분석하기 위해 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용 하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 구기 종목 지도자의 멘토링 중 심리사회 기능, 경력개발 기능, 역할모형 기능 순으로 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 구기 종목 지도자의 멘토링 중 경 력개발 기능은 긍정적 감정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학 구기 종목 지도자의 멘토링 중 심 리사회 기능, 경력개발 기능, 역할모형 기능 순으로 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대 학 구기 종목 지도자의 멘토링 중 경력개발 기능은 경기력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대학 구기 종목 지도자에 대한 신뢰, 긍정적 감정, 자아존중감이 경기력의 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 긍정적 감 정만이 경기력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학 구기 종목 지도자의 멘토링은 신뢰, 자아존중 감, 경기력 모두에 중요한 영향을 미치는 선행변인으로 나타났다.

교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지가 관계품질 및 추천의사에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to provide a basic information for vitalizing Taekwondo class of culture through examining the causal relationship among instructor's image, relationship quality(satisfaction, trust, & concentration, and recommendation intention of university students participating in Taekwondo as a minor course. The researchers surveyed 400 college students in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, and Jeonlla-do province who were taking Taekwondo class as a minor course, and 392 answers were used for analyses. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 23.0 version. The following conclusions were drawn. Firstly, attitude, job awareness, role, and disposition of Taekwondo class instructor’s image had significant influence on satisfaction of relationship quality. Secondly, job awareness, disposition, and role of Taekwondo class instructor’s image had significant influence on trust of relationship quality. Thirdly, attitude, disposition, and role of Taekwondo class instructor’s image had significant influence on commitment of relationship quality. Lastly, attitude and role of Taekwondo class instructor’s’ image had significant influence on recommendation intention. 본 연구는 교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지의 다양한 요인이 만족, 신뢰, 몰입으로 구성된관계품질과 추천의사에 미치는 영향을 대학 교양 태권도 수업 수강생의 관점에서 구체적으로파악하여 교양 태권도 수업 활성화와 교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지의 중요성 강조를 위한기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울, 경기, 충청, 전라 지역에 소재하고 있는 4곳의 대학에서 교양수업으로써 태권도를 수강하는 400명의 대학생을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 400부의 설문지를 배포하여 최종 392부의 자료가 결과 분석에 이용되었다. 자료처리 방법은 SPSS 23.0을 이용하였으며, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지 요인 중 태도, 직업의식, 역할, 자질은 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지 요인 중 직업의식, 자질, 역할은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지 요인 중 태도, 자질, 역할은몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교양 태권도 수업 지도자 이미지 요인중 태도, 역할은 추천의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
