온도 및 주파수에 따른 Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 강유전 세라믹의 유전분극 및 전기전도 특성

무연 Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 (NBT) 강유전 세라믹을 고상반응법으로 제조하였고, X-선 회절분석을 통해서 능면대칭 (rhombohedral symmetry)의 NBT 단일상 (single phase)을 확인하였다. 온도 및 전기장에따른 유전분극 및 전기전도 특성을 조사하기 위해 0.1 Hz~ 1 MHz의넓은 주파수와 30 ~ 700 C의 온도에서 유전상수 및 교류(ac) 전기전도도를 측정하였다. 이를 통해 쌍극자 및 전하운반자가 NBT 강유전 세라믹의 유전분극 및 전기전도에 미치는 특성을 연구하였다. Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 (NBT) ceramics were prepared by using a solid-state reaction method. NBT single phases with an ABO3 perovskite structure were confirmed by using X-ray diffraction. The dielectric dispersion and electrical conductivity were investigated over a wide range of temperatures (30 700 C) and frequencies (0.1 Hz 1 MHz). The Curie temperature obtained from the dielectric peak was observed to be Tc = 340 C. With increasing temperature, we investigated the variation of the dielectric response and the electrical conduction for the structural phase transition from rhomboral to tetragonal to cubic symmetry. The real and the imaginary parts of the dielectric constant tend to increase with decreasing frequency, which indicates that charge carriers are attributed to the polarization and the electrical conductivity.

Electric field dependences of ferroelectric domain orientation are investigated on the morphotropic phase boundary of PZT ceramics. The 90。domain decreased the dielectric constant and the orientation of it linearly increased with the electric field, while the 180。domain increased the dielectric constant and the orientation of it rapidly increased upto coercive field. The behaviour of dielectric constant under applied voltage is affected by both 90 and 180。domain, that under removed voltage is only affected by 180。domain. The electric field dependences of the crystal orientation factor and the piezoelectric constant(k??, d??, g??) are dominated by the 180。domain.
