항공 우주 해상 분야 : e-Navigation 대응 해상 데이터통신 시스템 개선

GMDSS 적용 선박들에 의무적으로 탑재되는 통신장비들의 기능적 한계를 개선하기 위하여 통신 매체별 통신비용, 처리율, 통신 속도, 처리 가능한 서비스, 통신 가능 범위 등에 대한 성능 분석 및 평가를 통하여 e-Navigation 수행에 적합한 데이터통신 시스템의 설계와 구현을 하였다. 제안한 시스템의 실험 결과를 통해, 해상에서 사용할 수 있는 MF/HF 대역은 3600bps 정도의 단문 메시지 송·수신이 유용하고, VHF 대역에서는 9600bps 정도의 이메일 정도의 서비스가 가능하며, 해사위성통신의 Fleet Broadband 서비스의 경우는 수Mbps의 멀티미디어 서비스가 가능함을 확인하였다. We show a new scheme and implementation of maritime data communication systems for GMDSS ship which performs e-Navigation and removes the functional limitation of those systems through comparing to service fee, call processing reliability, and bit rates of all of those systems within communication range at sea. We confirmed available each frequency band communication and application services at sea by experimental result with proposed new system, MF/HF band being useful to a short text message service, VHF band to 9600bps email service, Fleet Broadband Maritime Satellite system to one or more Mbps multimedia service each.
레이저 트래커를 이용한 Delta 병렬로봇의 기구학적 보정

In this paper, the simplified kinematic error model for Delta parallel robot is presented, which can enable the analytical forward kinematics essentially for kinematic calibration calculations instead of the numerical one. The simplified kinematic error model is proposed and the forward kinematics including the error parameters is analytically derived. The kinematic calibration algorithm of the Delta parallel robot with 90 degree arrangement using laser tracker and the experiment result are presented.

이명은 흔하지만 원인을 확인하기 어렵고 치료 또한 정립되어 있지 않다. 환자 중 일부는 일생동안 지속되는 이명으로 우울증상, 수면곤란, 사회·심리적 어려움, 가족 내 갈등 등으로 고통을 받고 있다. 이명과 관련된 장해들이 불가역적이고 이과적 원인에서 기원하였다고 가정되어 왔지만, 많은 연구들은 이명 그 자체는 만성적이지만 이명과 관련된 다양한 장해들은 반드시 그렇지 않으며 부분적으로는 가역적인 정신과 장해일 가능성이 높다고 제안한다. 우울증이 동반될 때 이명에 대한 내성 감소로 강도가 증가되어 이차적인 증상들이 악화된다는 사실은 임상에서 특히 주의해야 할 부분이다. 치료에 있어서도 항우울제 투약 외에도 정서적인 문제를 반드시 다루고 필요하다면 인지-행동요법, 대인요법을 함께 사용하는 것이 바람직하다. Tinnitus is a common symptom in the general population. Tinnitus is associated with hearing difficulties, effects on lifestyle, effects on general health, and emotional difficulties. As hearing threshold increases, there is an exponential increase in the number of tinnitus cases. However, the severity of the tinnitus does not show this clear correlation with hearing loss. There is only a slight correlation between tinnitus seventy and duration, tonal quality, maskability, or number of sounds comprising the tinnitus. These suggest that seventy of tinnitus is closely tied to tinnitus-related disability and that neither of these is determined by the auditory sensation alone. What appears to be irreversible disability of otologic origin may, in part, be reversible disability of psychiaric origin. Tinnitus disability is strongly associated with major depression and suggest that treatment of the concurrent affective illness may reduce disability due to tinnitus. The antidepressant may decreases depression, functional disability, and tinnitus loudness associated with severe chronic tinnitus. It is particularly important to appreciate the difficulties caused by tinnitus because counseling is the most generally applicable form of assistance that can be given at present, where or nor the patient is helped by drugs, tinnitus maskers or biofeedback.
디지털 방사선에서 격자 비에 따른 영상변화에 관한 연구

With the introduction of the D.R system, the grid with high removal rate of scattered radiation is selected and used without considering the grid performance evaluation. Despite the high removal rate of scattered radiation belonging to high grid ratio, it is also possible to see the cut-off phenomenon in which the primary ray involved in the formation of image could be removed as well. Thus, the purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for researches on the usefulness of using the grid by presenting the appropriate grid ratio in the D.R system through the measurement of image in grid such as non-grid, 6:1, 8:1, 10:1, 12:1. The equipments used for this study were radiation generator with grid in 12:1, 10:1, 8:1, 6:1, indirect-type detector, and acryl phantom. As the study for image evaluation, this study measured the SNR, PSNR, MSE, and Entropy. In the results of this study, the PSNR was the highest in 6:1 and the lowest in 8:1. The SNR was high in 6:1 and 8:1, and the lowest in 12:1. In case of Entropy, it was high in 8:1 and 10:1, and the lowest in 12:1. Therefore, when the grid is used, it would be more proper to choose the grid in 8:1 or 10:1 with less loss in information content of primary ray rather than the high grid ratio showing the increased patient exposure dose.
머리뼈 전-후 축 방향검사 시 Tube 방향설정에 따른 표면선량과 영상분석에 관한 연구

The skull has peripheral organs such as the crystalline lens and thyroid gland, which are highly radiosensitive, but the examination is performed without considering the uneven dose distribution due to the heel effect at the time of the current Skull Town’s examination. However, no studies have been conducted on the exposure dose of surrounding organ tissues due to the difference in image density due to the heel effect and the non-uniformity of the dose. Using the cathode (-) and anode (+) set on the Tube to measure the scattered radiation along the Tube direction as a guide, change 30° and 37∘ in the cathode direction and 30∘ and 37∘ in the anode direction. It was given and investigated 5 times to obtain scattered radiation. image measurements were SNR, PSNR, RMSE, and MAE. Measurement results Measurement results of surrounding organ doses when the Tube direction was 30∘ and 37∘ The dose was low when the direction was cathodic in all organs (p<0.000). Both cathodes were higher in the image measurements(p<0.04). Continuous research may be needed for diagnostically valuable imaging and minimization of patient exposure dose.

본 연구에서는 최근 10년간 발표한 고용노동부의 산업재해 현황분석자료를 분석하여 건설업과 제조업의 재해율 변동 추이, 건설업의 월별, 요일별, 재해형태별 등 재해통계를 상세하게 비교·분석하였다. 통계자료를 분석한 결과 전 산업의 재해율은 2006년부터 최근까지 지속적으로 감소하며, 업종별 재해율과 사망만인율을 분석한 결과 사망만인율은 제조업과 건설업 모두 감소한 반면, 재해율의 경우 제조업은 감소하였고 건설업은 2008년 이후 꾸준히 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 규모별 분석 결과 “50인 미만 사업장”에서 재해율과 사망만인율이 상당 부분 발생하였으며, 연령별 재해자 비율을 분석한 결과 고령 근로자의 재해자 비율이 점점 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. This study analyzed the occupational injury materials from ministry of employment and labor reserved during last ten years. By estimating accident statistics such as variation of annual accident rates, monthly and daily accident rates, and accident types, the accident characteristics of construction and manufacturing industries were compared in order to study the fundamental accident prevention methods in the construction industry. Results showed that the fatal rates in all industries tended to be decreased since 2006. However, the fatal rates of construction industry was higher than manufacturing industry. For accident rates, the construction industry revealed the increased trend while manufacturing industry showed the continuous decrement of accident rates. The result of site scale and worker s age in construction site revealed that the accidents over 80% were occurred in the small scale site and the accident rates of the aged workers were increased steadily.
HF 데이터 통신에서 디지털 모뎀을 위한 RS 및 컨볼루션 부호의 연접 부호 성능

본 논문에서는 HF (high frequency) 데이터 통신을 위한 디지털 모뎀의 성능 향상을 위하여 개선된 오류정정부호 방식을 제안하고 성능을 검증한다. 제안하는 오류정정부호 방식은 외부의 Reed-Solomon 부호와 내부의 컨볼루션 부호를 연접하여 만들어진다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 제안하는 시스템이 기존 PACTOR-Ⅲ 규격의 오류정정부호 방식을 사용하는 시스템에 비해 비트 오율 성능을 크게 향상시킴을 보여준다. 따라서 제안하는 부호화 방식을 사용하여 HF 데이터 통신을 위한 디지털 모뎀의 대역폭 효율성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. In this paper, we propose an improved error correction code in order to improve the performance of digital modems for HF data communications and verify the performance of the proposed scheme. The proposed scheme employs outer Reed-Solomon codes concatenated with inner convolutional codes. Numerical results show that the proposed system significantly improves the bit error rate performance compared to the conventional PACTOR-Ⅲ modems. Hence, the proposed system can improve the bandwidth efficiency of digital modems for HF data communications.
