        사물인터넷의 계층적 보안 기술을 적용한 연마기 원격 모니터링 시스템

        Automatic specimen polishing systems using IoT sensor technology are being developed to improve the efficiency of the passive metal polishing process. In the case of automatic specimen polishing systems using IoT technology, a technique of analyzing and processing the data collected by sensors using a bitmap index is used to process data at high speed. However, in order to perform remote control of IoT-based grinder, it is necessary to control access to shared resources, but existing systems are applying data processing technology that does not apply a method to cope with the security threat. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a monitoring system that computes information collected from automatic specimen grinder by using bitmap index by applying IoT layer security technology. 수동 금속 연마과정의 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 IoT 센서 기술을 이용한 자동 시편 연마 시스템들이 개발되고 있다. IoT 기술을 이용한 자동 시편 연마 시스템들의 경우 고속으로 데이터를 처리하기 위하여 비-트리 인덱스를 이용하여 센서에서 수집된 데이터를 분석하여 처리하는 기술을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 IoT 기반의 연마기의 원격 제어를 수행하기 위해서는 공유 리소스에 대한 액세스를 제어해야하나 기존 시스템들은 이에 대한 보안 위협을 대처하기 위한 방법이 적용되지 않은 데이터 처리 기술을 적용하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IoT 계층 보안 기술을 적용하여 자동 시편 연마기에서 수집된 정보를 비트맵 인덱스로 연산 처리하는 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다.

        A Study on Unmanned Security Surveillance using Video Similarity Comparison by utilizing Edge Histogram Analyzing Method

        There are over 20 different techniques on edge histogram analysis exists today for comparing video content similarities. As the study allows far more complex structural analysis to be conducted than generally known techniques, it is possible to extract diversified features by comparing video content similarities. This technique is applicable to unmanned security system running on Time Interval and the implemented system can perform its duties with reduced number of tasks, resulting lesser load on H/W while increasing processing speed.

        타워크레인의 용접부 비파괴검사 데이터 기반 취약부위 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate vulnerable parts of tower crane structures by analyzing extensive non-destructive test data. Approximately ten percent of domestically registered tower cranes were inspected by using magnetic particle inspection. The testing was carried out as advised in KS B 0213. The non-destructive results was analyzed with respect to jib types, age and crane size. As a result, the number of crack occurrences were the largest in mast parts, followed by main jib part. Moreover, it was found that turntables were important parts deserved to be noticed at the perspective of safe maintenance.

        형상적 환원을 통한 레이저프린터디자인의 형태유형분석에 대한 연구

        It is very important to analyze product design with the classification. As manufactures don’t secure the monopolistic position in the laser printer industry, they have to compete with the number of other products in the market. For securing superiority in competition, we need to understand and analyze the flow of the product under the current market situation, and establish the design strategy for future markets while creating design road maps and trends maps. The grouping and analysis by the product classification provide the important role on activities of the industry for future forecasts. This research aims to analyze the form with analysis method called "eidetic reduction,"and with the classification in forms of printers applied analysis. This approach is to recognize forms from the essential constructing the archetype while selecting things transformed and distorted by structures, colors, and materials. Considering the printer to be a hexahedron, the form analysis method with "eidetic reduction"is to distinguish the archetype with the relation of folded edge and curved edge between the surfaces. While analyzing the forms of 106 laser printers of 5 companies in current Korean markets, we can grasp the design form changes by different manufactures and mostly applied archetypes, and the form identities of each manufactures can be compared and analyzed. Also, by providing the viewpoint for developing the archetypes which are not applied to design yet, differentiated forms for new design can be investigated. 제품 디자인을 유형화 하여 분석하는 것은 중요하다. 기업은 제품디자인을 통하여 시장에서 수많은 제품과 경쟁을 해야 한다. 특히, 현대 PC시장에서 경쟁이 치열한 레이저프린터의 경우, 경쟁에서 우위를 확보하기 위해서는 시장상황에서 제품의 흐름을 이해하고 분석해야 할 필요성이 있으며 이를 통해 디자인 로드맵을 작성하거나 트렌드 맵을 작성하여 미래시장을 위한 디자인 전략을 수립해야 할 필요성이 크다. 제품의 유형화 분류와 분석은 이와 같은 기업의 미래예측을 위한 활동에 중요한 열쇠를 제공해준다. 본 연구는 주요한 목적은 레이저프린터의 형태를 분석하고 유형화하는 것이다. 연구의 방법론으로 첫 번째는 형태구성요소분석을 통한 계층구조와 위상체계를 파악하여 제품형태에 대한 이해를 하고, 두 번째는 ‘형상적 환원(eidetic reduction)’ 이라는 형태분석법을 통하여 구조, 색상, 재질 등에 의해 변형된 형태로부터 프린터를 육면체의 원형으로 보고 12개 모서리의 두 면과 면 사이를 꺾임(folded edge)과 휨(curved edge)이라는 변화의 속성을 기준으로 구분하여 유형화하였다. 이를 통하여 최근 4년간 한국에 출시된 5개회사 106개의 프린터의 형태를 분석하여 유형화 하였으며 프린터 조형으로 가장 많이 응용된 원형을 규정하고 각 회사별 조형적 아이덴티티를 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 각 회사별로 프린터디자인의 형태변화 추이를 분석하였다. 또한, 지금까지 디자인에 응용되지 않은 원형을 기준으로 차별화된 형태를 탐색하여 원형을 통한 디자인 방안을 사례를 들어 제안하였다.

        의료서비스디자인 사례분석을 통한 의료권위주의 해소를 위한 시사점 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 의료서비스의 불만을 해결하고 서비스 품질을 향상시키기 위하여 도입된 의료서비스디자인이 의료내적, 외적요소에서 발생하는 의료권위주의의 해소에 기여한 점은 무엇인지 알아보고 의료서비스산업을 더욱 발전시키기 위해 필요한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 연구의 방법은 첫 번째로 문헌연구를 통하여 의료권위주의의 개념을 고찰하고 의료권위주의가 나타나는 의료내적요소와 외적요소의 구성요인에 대하여 살펴보았다. 두 번째로 의료내적요소와 외적요소에 내재되어 있는 의료권위주의를 해소한 국내외 의료서비스디자인의 사례를 조사하여 핵심 결과를 중심으로 문제해결의 핵심 포인트와 의의를 분석하였다. 세 번째로 사례분석을 통하여 환자에 대한 존중과 존엄성을 세울 수 있는 환자중심의료문화의 형성, 의료권위주의 해체를 위한 의료진 내부의 인습타파, 의료정보공유를 위한 공정한 소통시스템의 구축을 시사점으로 도출하였다. The purpose of this study is to find out what the contribution of medical service design to improve the quality of medical service has contributed to the resolution of medical authority, and to draw the implications necessary to further develop the medical service industry. As a method of research, first, the concept of medical authority was considered and the internal and external factors of medical authority were examined. Second, by examining the cases of medical service design, which resolved the medical emphasis inherent in internal and external factors, the key points and significance of problem solving were analyzed based on the core results. Third, the implications were to form a patient-centered medical culture for respect and dignity for patients, to break up the conventions inside medical staff to dismantle medical authority, and to establish a fair communication system for sharing medical information.

        Reliable DDoS Detection using Multiphase Approach in Distributed Sensor Network

        Recently, the trend in network security is the growing number of malicious attacks which resulted in abnormal network data traffic as well as direct damaging of the system. Specifically, Distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks use bandwidth flooding of intended victims where the bandwidth consumption of these attacks influences the entire network performance. These attacks aggregate at a target's access router which implies that attacks are most readily detectable at access routers. The accuracy of detection dictates data traffic monitoring but performing such monitoring for the numerous devices in a distributed sensor network presents serious scalability issues. This paper describes the design space for distributed sensor network DDoS detection and propose a multiphase distributed approach that detect DDoS attacks to provide reliability and scalability.

        Urine Cotinine for Assessing Tobacco Smoke Exposure in Korean: Analysis of the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES)

        Background: The level of urine cotinine is an indicator of tobacco smoke exposure. The purpose of this study is to investigate urine cotinine for the purpose of assessing the smoking status of Korean smokers and non-smokers exposed to tobacco smoke. Methods: The subjects were identified from the 2007-2009 and the 2010 data sets of the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES). They were assigned as non-smokers, current smokers and ex-smokers. Non-smokers were also divided into three subset groups according to the duration of smoke exposure. Each group was stratified by gender prior to analysis. Results: The median value of urine cotinine in the male current smokers was 1,221.93 ng/mL which was the highest among all groups. The difference between levels of urine cotinine for male and the female groups was statistically significant (p<0.01). In the female group, passive smoke exposure groups reported higher urine cotinine levels than non-exposure groups (p=0.01). The cutoff point for the discrimination of current smokers from non-smokers was 95.6 ng/mL in males and 96.8 ng/mL in females. The sensitivity and specificity were 95.2% and 97.1%, respectively, in males, 96.1% and 96.5% in females. However, the determination of urine cotinine level was not useful in distinguishing between passive smoke exposure groups and non-exposure groups. Conclusion: Urine cotinine concentration is a useful biomarker for discriminating non-smokers from current smokers. However, careful interpretation is necessary for assessing passive smoke exposure by urine cotinine concentration.

        Coagulopathy Caused by Concurrent Ciprofloxacin and Warfarin Use: What Other Factors Induce Coagulopathy?

        Background: To assess factors affecting the prolongation of the international normalized ratio (INR) with concurrent warfarin and ciprofloxacin use. Methods: A retrospective case-control study was performed at a single, 2,000-bed tertiary hospital between January 2007 and December 2009. Thirty-three patients who were on warfarin and ciprofloxacin concurrently were enrolled. Demographics and clinical data were collected from medical records. Results: Nine patients were assigned to the case group (prolonged INR) and 19 patients to the control group (normal INR). Activities of daily living (ADL) and total number of classes of medications taken demonstrated significant differences between the groups (15.33 vs. 7.11, p<0.001; 7.11 vs. 5.47, p=0.041). No bleeding complications occurred during this study. Conclusion: As ADL reflects patient performance status and general condition of an individual, we conclude that a poor general condition is associated with coagulopathy in persons concurrently using warfarin and ciprofloxacin.
