SNS Text 빅데이터의 의미연결망분석에 의한 뉴트로 소비자 행동척도개발에 관한 연구

본 연구는 뉴트로소비자의 행동을 이해하고 예측하기 위한 행동척도개발과 척도의 활용가능성을 검증하 는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 뉴트로소비자의 행동특성을 파악하기 위해 네이버블로그에서 ‘뉴트로카페’라는 단 어를 포함하고 있는 데이터 3970건을 의미연결망분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 공간, 감성, 인테리 어 등 뉴트로와 관련된 주요단어 10개를 추출하였다. 추출된 키워드를 활용하여 MZ세대 21명을 대상으로 뉴트로 및 뉴트로카페에 관련된 심리상태와 이용행태를 파악하기 위한 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 심층인터 뷰내용 분석결과 뉴트로카페 관련 정보탐색방법과 경로를 확인하였으며 뉴트로카페 선택속성요인과 이용행 태를 확인하였다. 뉴트로카페 이용자의 심리적 그리고 행동적 특징으로 개인 SNS를 활용하여 자기표현 혹 은 과시 그리고 타인의 인증을 목적으로 한 뉴트로카페 정보를 사전 탐색하여 방문리스트를 작성한다는 것 이다. 그리고 방문리스트를 활용하여 여유시간과 이동시 동선을 고려해 리스트에 있는 카페를 방문하는 행 동을 하는 것이다. 뉴트로소비자의 행동을 측정하기 위해 개발된 척도의 활용가능성을 검증하고자 뉴트로카 페 이용경험이 있는 MZ세대 201명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 설문조사 내용은 뉴트로카페의 분위 기, 심미성, 편의성 등이 스탬프투어링의도와 정보확산의도간의 영향관계를 검증하는 것이다. 검증결과는 다 음과 같다. 첫째, MZ세대가 지각한 뉴트로카페의 물리적 환경요인(분위기, 심미성, 편의성)이 스탬프투어링 의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 특히 뉴트로카페의 분위기요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 둘째, MZ세대가 지 각한 뉴트로카페의 물리적 환경요인 중 편의성을 제외한 분위기와 심미성이 정보확산의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 특히 뉴트로카페의 심미성이 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. The purpose of this study was to develop a behavioral scale to understand and predict the behavior of Newtro consumers and to verify the availability of the scale. In order to understand the behavioral characteristics of Newtro consumers, 3970 data including the word Newtro cafe in Naver Blog were analyzed using semantic network analysis. As a result of the analysis, 10 major words related to Newtro, such as space, emotion, and interior, were extracted. Using the extracted keywords, an in-depth interview was conducted for 21 MZ generations to understand the usage behavior and psychological state related to Newtro and Newtrocafe. As a result of the analysis of the contents of the in-depth interview, the information search method and route related to Newtrocafe were confirmed, and the factors of selecting Newtrocafe and usage behavior were confirmed. The psychological and behavioral characteristics of Newtrocafe users are to use personal SNS to search for information on Newtrocafe for the purpose of self-expression or display and authentication of others to create a visit list. In addition, by using the visit list, taking into account the free time and the movement route when traveling, the person visits the cafe on the visit list. In order to verify the availability of the scale developed to measure the behavior of Newtro consumers, a survey was conducted on 200 MZ generations with experience in using Newtro cafes. The content of the survey was to verify the influence of the atmosphere, aesthetics, and convenience of Newtro Cafe between stamp tour intention and information diffusion intention. The verification results are as follows. First, the physical environmental factors (atmosphere, aesthetics, convenience) of Newtrocafe perceived by the MZ generation have a significant influence on the stamp tour intention. In particular, the atmosphere factor of Newtro Cafe has the greatest influence. Second, the physical environmental factors (atmosphere, aesthetics) of Newtrocafe perceived by the MZ generation have a significant influence on the intention to spread information. In particular, the aesthetics of Newtrocafe have the greatest influence.

Current situation and tasks for public health and medical cooperation between South Korea and Central Asia: Focusing on Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

2022 marks the 30th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Korea and Central Asia. Since the establishment of diplomatic ties, Korea and Central Asia have expanded exchanges in various fields, including politics, economy, and diplomacy. Cooperation between Korea and Central Asia utilizing the abundant medical manpower of Central Asia and Korea’s excellent medical and pharmaceutical technology was also selected as a promising area of cooperation between the two sides. Korea and Central Asia have continued to cooperate in the field of health and medical care, but there were limits to deepening cooperation. Recently, the importance of health and medical cooperation around the world has been highlighted again due to COVID-19. This thesis examines the status and problems of health care in Central Asia, and analyzes the achievements and limitations of health care cooperation between Korea and Central Asia. The purpose of this is to suggest directions for strengthening health care cooperation between Korea and Central Asia. This will help the new government, which aims to become a global center of bio-digital health, explore strategies and policies for preemptive health care cooperation in Central Asian countries.

팀장의 진정성리더십과 팀신뢰가 구성원의 심리적계약에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 구성원의 심리적계약(psychological contract)의 기대와 이행지각 분석을 통해 팀수준의 진정성리더십(authentic leadership)과 팀신뢰(team trust)의 관계, 또한 심리적 계약과 성과와의 관계를 검증했다. 유통업에 종사하는 직장인들을 대상으로 팀장과 팀원 각각 설문조사를 실시하였고, 불성실한 응답을 제외한 616부가 분석에 사용되었다. 검증 결과, 첫째, 팀장의 진정성 리더십은 팀신뢰(팀장신뢰, 팀원신뢰)에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 팀차원의 신뢰는 구성원의 심리적계약이행, 즉 조직이행정도 지각에 영향이 있었다. 셋째, 조직의 심리적계약이행은 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 수정분석을 통한 검증으로, 팀신뢰는 성과에 정(+)의 영향을, 성과는 심리적계약이행에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 조직에서의 심리적계약이행은 더 이상 정서적 관계 패러다임이 아니라 성과를 기반으로 하는 합리적, 이성적 측면으로 이해해야 한다는 해석이다. 연구결과를 토대로 시사점 및 제한점, 그리고 추후 연구과제에 대하여 논하였다.

The objective of this study is to infer the characteristics of the National Security Law(NSL) from its early management form through research on the written judgement of new historical records and aspects of the target. Most of them were sentenced to imprisonment in accordance with Clause 3, Article 1 and 3 of the NSL, with a tendency of longer prison sentences. When the Korean War broke out, political prisoners were massacred in prisons of the whole country because it was believed that they could be latent enemies. In the case of Pusan prison, some of them were massacred three times from July to October in 1950. Most of them were the NSL-related offenders. It shows that they were slain as enemies who should be killed after the war broke out even though they had got off with light sentences for the first time. Moreover, their bodies were buried near the sea and mountains of Pusan. At that time, there were strict and strong laws such as the Korean articles of war, the special measure order, and martial law, but these laws were temporarily applied during the war and soon disappeared with a lack of a legal ground. On the other hand, it has raged for more than 60 years in Korea since the establishment of the NSL, and finally it contributed a lot to the settlement of an anticommunism.

미국의 통화 패권과 에너지의 정치경제: 셰일 에너지와 우크라이나 전쟁을 중심으로

에너지는 경제와 안보, 그리고 국민 생활에 필수적인 자원으로 국가의 생존과 직결되어 있다. 미국은 이에 착안하여 페트로 달러 체제를 구축함으로써 기축통화국이 지닌 신뢰성과 유동성의 함정에 빠지지 않고 기축통화국의 지위를 유지했다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 착안하여 에너지 정치경제에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있는 미국의 셰일 혁명과 우크라이나 전쟁을 변수로 미국의 통화 패권을 분석한다. 미국은 셰일 혁명을 통해 미국이 직접 관리할 수 있는 자체적인 페트로 달러 체제를 구축할 수 있게 되었으며, 우크라이나 전쟁은 미국이 유럽 에너지 시장 점유율을 확대할 수 있는 계기로 작용했다. 게다가 위안화와 유로화가 2008년 글로벌 금융위기 때와 마찬가지로 기축통화로서의 역할을 수행하는 데 한계를 보이면서 안전자산으로 달러화가 부상하게 된다. 그러나 우크라이나 전쟁이 현재진행 중이며, 사우디와 중국 간 페트로 위안화 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있다는 점에서 통화 패권에 관한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.
