        구도심 지역의 창조적 재생을 위한 유비쿼터스 서비스 수용요인

        In Oct. 2013, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport made it official to establish ‘Stage 2 Integrated U-City Plan(14-18)’ and promote the old downtown renovation type U-City project associated with the city renovation policy for the balanced growth acceleration of land and city. Accordingly, the demand of local government to strengthen the function of underdeveloped city and promoting the increase in quality of citizen"s life is determined to increase and there will be a necessity to conduct active studies on related subject. Although the effort has been made in the past to apply U-City to the old downtown, most of studies focused on the utilization of previous infrastructure and legal and systematical aspect. Namely, there is a lack of empirical study with citizen, actual beneficiary, as its subject. Particularly, there is a lack of study on U-service directly used by the citizens. Therefore, an empirical analysis was conducted on U-service acceptance factor with 370 residents of Sanbok road region in Dong-gu, Busan where the old downtown renovation type U-city project is currently under progress as its subject. In order to increase the appropriateness and explanatory power of the study, the research model was composed so that the trait of old downtown environment and U-City project can be reflected in balance by adding the system compatibility, user accessibility, perceived reliability, policy recognition variable and moderating variable to previous UTAUT. As a moderating variable, it was divided into young generation (in 10~30’s) and middle aged generation (in 40’s~over 60’s) based on the age to conduct comparative analysis on the difference in U-service acceptance factor and attempt demographical trait based multilateral approach in exploratory point of view.

        모바일 보상프로그램 가입의도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the intention to enroll toward the reward programs that are introduced as a marketing strategy to increase company’s profit. In particular, this study assumes the mobile shopping context to reflect the rapidly growing recognition of the importance on mobile shoppers, compared to the context of offline and online shopping. To develop our research model, we focus on five types of customer value(cash, aspirational, redemption of choice, relevance, and convenience value), perceived goal-proximity(PG), perceived enjoyment(PE), and intention to enroll. The structural model analysis reveals two points. The first is that relevance value and convenience value have significantly effect on PG, aspirational value and relevance value have significantly on PE, and PG and PE have significantly on intention to enroll. The second is that the experience of reward programs moderates the relation between customer value and customer perception, as well as between customer perception and intention to enroll. Specially, relevance value and convenience value on PG occur the path difference between the two groups. As a result, this study enhances our conceptual understanding of customer value and suggests more effective solutions to corporate in mobile shopping.

        스마트폰 선택속성과 계약비용이 신제품 전환의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The competition in the smartphone industry has become intense and shows a limit to the development of innovative products. Smartphones are already experienced in friendly to the users. However, many previous researchers have still focused on consumers’ smartphone acceptance behavior and utilized the existing product attributes related to acceptance behavior, which may be not suitable for the matured smartphone market. With this reason, we aim at examining the impact of five selection attributes (reference price, functional quality, design quality, service quality, brand attitude) on smartphone users’ switching behavior to reflect the recent, matured smartphone market phenomenon. In addition, this study explores the moderating role of contract cost that may affect users’ buying decision making. The results show that only two factors among five selection attributes, functional quality and service quality, have statistically negative effects on switching intention. The data also find that contract cost works as a moderator between reference price and switching intention and between service quality and switching intention. Implications of this study are that companies should focus more on not only functional quality improvement of new smartphone products, but also providing customized monetary and non-monetary services to make a long-term relationship with the existing smartphone users.

        항만 컨테이너 터미널 반출입 혼잡 영향 요소 분석을 통한 반출입 혼잡도 예측 모델 아키텍처 개념 설계

        Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the key factors influencing congestion in the in-out transportation at port container terminals, and to design of a predictive model for in-out congestion based on these analysis. This study focused on architecting a deep learning-based predictive model. Design/methodology/approach This study was conducted through the following methodology. First, hypotheses were established and data were analyzed to examine the impact of vessel schedules and external truck schedules on in-out transportation. Next, explored time series forecasting models to a design the architecture for deep learning-based predictive model. Findings According to the empirical analysis results, this study confirmed that vessel schedules significantly affect in-out transportation. Specifically, the volume of transportation increases as the vessel arrival/departure time and the cargo cutoff time approach. Additionally, significant congestion patterns in transportation volume depending on the day of the week and the time of day were observed.
