This study is based on the assumption that Hotel employees has relation with their job satisfaction factors. The importance of job satisfaction is obviouse. Managers should be concerned with the level of job satisfaction in their organizations for at least three reasons (1) there is clear evidence that dissatisfied employee skip work more often and are more likely to resign. (2) It has been demonstrated that and live longer : and (3) satisfaction on the job carries over to the employee's life outside the job. The purpose of this study is analysis on the job satisfaction impact factors of Hotel employees ; the position status, age, marriage, sex distinction, religon. The data for this study was compiled from 293 Hotel employees in 6 toursit Hotels in Kyoung Ju Area. The SPSS / PC + version 4.0 package was utilized. The purpose of this study is to develop construction materials to purify air polluted by NOx. If photocatalystic is applied to interlocking block as a loud of load packing materials, it can effectively absorb and remove NOx of the polluted air. So, we intend to estimate fundamental capacity for removal of NOx, and than compare NOx removal capacity of interlocking block according to replacement ratio of variable mineral admixture.

Like all other organizations, hotel organization receives inputs from his environment and secretes outputs into it. Some of the inputs are life sustaining, others are noxious; even lethal. This paper attempts to investigate relationships between the conflict management method, the variables of conflict, and the degrees of differences that have impacts on the conflict perception level according to the method of conflict management. Previous Research has been reviewed. To test these hypotheses statistically, I distributed 1,040 pieces of questionaries to 23 hotel employees in Korea and collected 735 usable responses. I evaluated the reliability and validity of measures data through Crobach's a and factor analysis using Multivariate Multiple Regression. The empirical research indicated that some relationships exist among these variables, but not all predicted relationships were supported. The possible actual applications, on the basis of research results, can be illustrated as below. It was necessary to consider the individual differences of selecting conflict management method according to the character variable. Therefore, we have to inquire the individual difference when we hire new employees' . Because theoretically the influence of that difference on the level of conflict perception is not only important but also it affects on the job satisfaction and turnover intension. I got the same results in this paper.

This paper attempts to investigate relationships between the conflict management method, the variables of conflict, and the degrees of differences that have impacts on the conflict perception level according to the method of conflict management. The empirical research indicated that some relationships exist among these variables, but not all predicted relationships were supported. The possible actual applications, on the basis of research results, can be illustrated as below. First, I designed three types of conflict management methods in order to measure the individual conflict management methods. They were egocentric type, allocentrics type and integration type. Second, it was necessary to consider the individual differences of selecting conflict management method according to the personality type. Therefore, we have to inquire the individual difference when we hire new employees' . Because theoretically the influence of that difference on the level of conflict perception is not only important but also it affects on the and turnover intension. I got the same results in this paper. In depth summary and future direction of a study were suggested through the discussion section.
