      • 한국정부의 교육정보화 분야 공적개발원조(ODA) 성과와 발전전략

        우리나라는 국제사회에서 불과 40여 년 전 최빈국이었던 국가가 경이적인 경제성장과 발전을 통해 성공을 이루어 낸 모범사례로 공인되고 있고, 경제규모 확대와더불어 최근 부상하고 있는 공여국(Emerging donor)으로 평가 받고 있다. 또한 국내에서는 새 정부 출범이후 글로벌 경제위기 극복을 위한 교육서비스 산업의 일자리 창출과 민간 경쟁력 활용을 통한 교육수출이 요구되고 있으며, 공적개발원조를통한 해외진출확대를 위한 창구 또는 하나의 대안으로 받아들여지고 있다.본 연구에서는 우리나라 교육정보화 분야 공적개발원조사업 추진현황을 해외 양자및 다자간 공적개발원조사업과의 비교, 분석을 통해 동 분야의 해외진출 발전전략을 탐색하였다. 그리고 우리 교육정보화 강점분야의 공적개발원조 사업 연계방안및 해외진출 활성화 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 도미니카공화국, 라오스, 스리랑카,몽골 등 6개국에 대해 한국정부가 실시한 교육정보화 분야 공적개발원조성 사업에대한 평가를 통한 시사점을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.첫째, 원조효과의 극대화를 위해서는 사업추진에 필수적인 사업계획 단계(Predesign)에서부터 충분한 검토와 분석, 이에 따른 사업절차의 확립이 필요하다. 둘째, 교육정보화관련 정책 인프라, 법제 정비 등 시스템 구축 분야에 관한 새로운 체제를 구축하는 방향으로 지원 사업의 패러다임 변화가 필요하다. 셋째, 수원국의 현재 기술수준과 미래 전망을 고려한 물자 및 기자재 지원이 필요하다. 넷째, 교육정보화 지원 사업에 대한 표준화된 지원 모델(Standard model) 마련이 필요하다. 다섯째, 체계적인 사후관리시스템 지원이 필요하다. 여섯째, 사업수행 형태의 과학화가 필요하다.무엇보다 교육정보화 분야에서 한국형 개발협력 모델은 국제 원조 규범을 존중하면서 선진국들의 전통 원조 방식과는 차별성을 지니는 비교우위 분야에 집중해야 할 것이다. Korea was one of the poorest countries in international society only 40 years ago. But now Korea is recognized as a model country which has accomplished many successful things through a remarkable economic growth and development and also acknowledged as a recently appearing Emerging Donor from its economic expansion. In addition, since the new government, creating jobs in the educational service industry and education and training export through private competitiveness have been required and Official Development Assistance(ODA) is being regarded as a means or alternative of expansion to overseas. This research has been conducted on educational development strategies for overseas expansion through comparison and analysis of the present status of official development assistance(ODA) in Korea with overseas bilateral and multilateral official development assistance in education informatization. From the above, overall policy suggestions are as follows. First, sufficient review and analysis and the establishment of the project process are needed from the Pre-design, which is necessary for the project in order to maximize the assistance effect. Second, change of the Paradigm in assistance projects is needed towards the establishment of the new system, such as education informatization related policy infrastructure and legal system. Third, assistance on supplies and equipment is needed, considered from the present technology level and future prospects of beneficiary countries. Fourth, Standard model is needed for the assistance project of education informatization. Fifth, systematized follow up management system is needed. Sixth, project performance must be technologized.

        숫 흰쥐에 있어서 거세및 Testosterone Propionate 투여가 체성장 및 내분비선 발육에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of sex hormone treatment on body growth and endocrine glands development in immature rat. One hundred and twenty immature rats, 25 days old weighing 64±2.0㎎, were divided into two groups, control and castration, and divided again into treated and untreated group with testosterone propionate. Each group was composed of 30 rats. The body weight was measured weekly from the beginning of treatment to 63 days after treatment and for the changes in endocrine glands, the animals were sacrificed 7, 21, 35, 49 and 63 days after treatment respectively. The result obtained were as follows. 1. The changes in body weight during the experiment period were not appeared distinctly differences between two groups, although the control was higher than the treated groups. 2. The body lengths were not significant differences between treated-groups, but the body length increased with the similar patterns in all groups in the whole periods. 3. The hypophysis weight was appeared to significant differences from 35 days after treatment of testosterone propionate. Generally, the weight of castrated-group was distinctly heavier than that of uncastrated-group (P $lt; 0.0l). 4. The testis weight in uncastrated-groups was highly decreased in the. treated-rats than the untreated-rats and the differences between these groups were highly significant (P$lt;0.01). 5. The seminal vesicle weight of TP-treated rat in control group was the largest in 4 groups and the seminal vesicle was almost disappeared in non-treated rat of the castrated group. 6. The weight of adrenal gland of the non-TP in castrated group was increased distinctly at 49 and 63 days after treatment but no significant differences were recognized among the other three groups.

        ICR 마우스를 이용한 팔물탕 및 발효팔물탕의 급성독성 연구

        Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate the acute toxicity and safety of Palmultang and Fermented Palmultang Extract in Mice. Methods : To evaluate their acute toxicity and safety, 0 (control group), 2000 mg/kg of Palmultang and Fermented Palmultang Extracts were orally administered to 15 male and 15 female ICR mice. After a single administration, we observed survival rates, behavioral pattern, clinical sign, body weight. The results of biochemical analysis and hematological analysis were no any significant change. Results : Compared with the control group, we could not find any toxic alteration in all treated mice. Conclusions : Overall, the results suggest that, the oral administration of Palmultang and Fermented Palmultang extracts did not produce significant toxic effect in mice. Hence, the fermented extract can be utilized for herbal therapy.

      • 전완부의 점액섬유육종과 직장의 선암이 동반된 동시성 다발성 원발성 종양

        Multiple primary malignant neoplasm of the combination of the musculoskeletal system and the gastrointestinal system were very rare. A case of synchronous double primary malignant neoplasm consisted of myxofibrosarcoma of forearm and adenocarcinoma of rectum in a 52 year-old man was found. The patient had pain and swelling on forearm for 1 year. Histologically, the lesion on forearm showed myxofibrosarcoma. In systemic evaluation, the adenocarcinoma of rectum was found by the sigmoidoscopy, and metastasis on lung and intracardiac mass were found by the CT scan. We performed surgical excision and pre and postoperative chemotherapy after pathologic confirmation. He died of pulmonary thromboembolism after postoperative 2 months. We report this case of exceedingly rare combination of the musculoskeletal system and the gastrointestinal system. 근골격계와 소화기계에 동반된 다발성 원발성 종양은 매우 드물다. 52세 남자 환자에서 전완부의 점액섬유육종과 직장의 선암이 동반된 동시성 이중성 원발성종양이 발견되었다. 환자는 1년전부터 발생한 전완부의 통증 및 부종을 주소로 내원하였다. 전완부의 병변은 조직학적으로 점액섬유육종으로 확진되었다. 전신적 검사상 결장경 검사에서 직장의 선암이 발견되었으며 CT 검사상 폐로의 전이와 심장내 종양이 발견되었다. 병리학적 확정진단 후에 전완부의 수술적 절제술과 술 전,후 항암화학요법을 시행하였으며, 환자는 술 후 2달 후에 종양 색전에 의한 폐동맥혈전색전증으로 사망하였다. 저자들은 매우 드문 근골격계와 소화기계에 동반된 다발성 원발성 종양 1례를 경험하였기에 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.

        관통형 핀틀 노즐의 박리유동 해석을 위한 격자규모, 난류모델 및 공간 정확도의 평가와 선정

        Assessment and validation of RANS turbulence models have been conducted for the separation flow in through-type pintle nozzle through the comparison between computational results and experimental results. Models of pintle nozzle and numerical conditions are selected from preceding research. The separation flow occurred in nozzle flow because of shock wave of pintle. Precision simulation of separation flow in pintle nozzle is important to analyze the dynamic characteristics and nozzle thrust. The simulation tests of grid dependency and turbulent model are conducted to determine the proper method of pintle nozzle analysis. Each results are compared with experimental data. Grid dependency simulation is set up by changing the base size of grid between 0.6mm and 0.09mm. Turbulent models are selected from Spalart-Allmaras, κ -ε and κ -ω model that be used in general. Through this study, proper numerical simulation method of pintle nozzle will be suggested.

        A Study on Precise Measurement of Side-Force and Roll Moment in Solid Rocket Motor Using 6-Component Sensor

        Solid rocket motor (SRM) for anti-tank guided weapons has a lateral rocket nozzle as a structural feature. The lateral nozzle is twisted 30 degrees in the direction of flight. Due to the structural characteristics, it generates side forces in the direction of flight. The generated side forces cause forces and moments in the entire guided weapon, affecting missile stability and accuracy during flight. Therefore, it is very important to accurately measure the force and moment during the development and production of SRM. For example, in quality specification, acceptance criteria for thrust, side force, and moment were written. This study introduced a method for measuring thrust, side force, and moment of SRM using 6- component sensor. Depending on the size of the 6-component sensor and configuration of test device, results measured in the same SRM differed. During designing of the test device, structural stability and natural frequency must be grasped, and through this, it is possible to manufacture a measuring device that does not disturb the SRM. In this study, simply purchasing a sensor with high performance for precise measurement was not the answer. Instead, the measurement accuracy was increased by properly configuring the test device to suit the measuring environment.

      • 추력조절용 비관통형 핀틀 노즐의 형상 설계 연구

        고체추진기관의 연속적인 추력조절에 적합한 핀틀 노즐에 대한 수치해석적 연구를 수행하였다. 핀틀 노즐은 핀틀과 노즐의 직경비에 따라 관통형과 비관통형으로 나뉘며, 본 연구에서는 핀틀 직경이 노즐 직경보다 큰 비관통형을 선택하였다. 노즐은 초음속 출구조건을 가지며 직선형인 conical과 곡선형인 bell 노즐을 비교하였다. 핀틀의 형상은 면적 변화부분이 1차 기울기 값을 가지는 형상을 선택하여 노즐 목의 변화가 선형적으로 변하도록 설계하였다. 수치해석은 STAR-CCM+ 10.06을 이용하여 수행하였으며 노즐과 핀틀의 형상 변화에 대한 노즐 내 유동변화, 추력의 변화를 비교하였다. Numerical simulations have been performed to investigate the proper nozzle shape for thrust control of pintle nozzle. The type of pintle nozzle was divided to through-type and non through-type from the ratio of pintle and nozzle diameter. the designed nozzle has supersonic exit condition, diverging section of nozzle has straight(conical nozzle) and curve(bell nozzle) shape respectively. the pintle shape was designed at negative first order gradient to linearize change of nozzle throat. STAR-CCM+ 10.06 was used to analysis the flow characteristics in the nozzle and variation of thrust.
