Batch tests were carried out to evaluate the thermal treatment of low volatile organic compounds in low-permeability soil. The chemical oxidation by sodium persulfate catalyzed by heat and Fe (II) was evaluated. Enhanced persulfate oxidation of n-decane (C-10), n-dodecane (C-12), n-tetradecane (C-14), n-hexadecane (C-16), and phenanthrene was observed with thermal catalyst, indicating increased sulfate radical production. Slight enhancement of the pollutants oxidation was observed when initial sodium persulfate concentration increased from 5 to 50 g/L. However, the removal efficiency greatly decreased as soil/water ratio increased. It indicates that mass transfer of the pollutants as well as the contact between the pollutants and sulfate radical were inhibited in the presence of solids. In addition, more pollutants can be adsorbed on soil particles and soil oxidant demand increased when soil/water ratio becomes higher. The oxidation of the pollutants was significantly improved when catalyzed by Fe(II). The sodium persulfate consumption increased at the same time because the residual Fe(II) acts as the sulfate radical scavenger.

일반적인 WBI가 제공하는 공간 속에서 하이퍼미디어 기술을 도입하여 학습자가 학습에 대한 선택의 자유를 가지며, 또한 자기 나름대로 학습의 평가하는 개별화 교수-학습 환경을 제공한다. RC2 시스템은 기본적으로 클라이언트-서버 모델이며, LCPG 모델을 기반으로 하는 학습진행 및 학습평가 알고리즘을 제공하고 학습자 개개인의 특성에 맞는 동적인 재학습 메커니즘을 제시한다. 또한 웹을 통한 코스웨어 저작자인 교사에게 편리한 인터페이스를 제공하기 위한 학습 에디터를 지원한다. All learners can selection of their work through hypermedia technology in the area provided by usual WBI. Also, it provides learner with individual teaching-learning environment and estimation. RC2 System has the fundamental client/server model, and provides the learning, evaluation algorithms based on the LCPG(Learning Contents Problem Graph) model, the dynamic re-learning mechanism in according to the property of individual. 석탄화력발전소 보일러 튜브 마모 문제에 관한 Cold Air Velocity Technique 적용 방안 연구

Fly ash erosion is leading cause of boiler tube failure in a PC boiler. The Pri. RH and Economizer, especially, are plagued with fly ash erosion problem, so shields or baffle plates, mitigating fly ash erosion, are installed on the areas to prevent a boiler tube failure. However, the tube failure problems caused by fly ash erosion cannot be eliminated only by the solution, because each PC boilers are different in flue gas flow pattern to one another and erosion can be severe at the unsuspected zone. The problem is caused by asymmetric internal flow velocity and local growth of flue gas velocity. For these reasons, clearly defining the flow pattern in PC boiler is important to solve the tube failure caused by fly ash erosion, so, CAVT is needed to apply to the fly ash erosion problem. This study carries out CAVT on the Hadong #2 PC boiler and validates probability of applying CAVT to the conventional PC Boiler
석탄화력발전소 보일러 튜브 마모 문제에 관한 저온공기 속도 측정법 적용 및 검증

비산회에 의한 보일러 튜브 마모 문제는 석탄화력 보일러 튜브 파손에 주요한 요인이 된다. 때문에 튜브 보호막이나 다공판 등이 마모 문제 완화를 위하여 사용되고 있다. 그러나 비산회에 의한 튜브마모 문제는 이런 방법을 통하여 완전히 해결될 수 없는데 이는 보일러 마다 유동 조건이 다를 뿐만 아니라 예상치 못한 위치에서 국부적으로 마모가 심화될 수 있기 때문이다. 문제는 보일러 내부 비대칭 유동과 국부적 유속 증가에서 기인함으로 튜브 마모 문제의 해결에 있어서 보일러 내부 유동을 명확히 파악하는 것이 무엇 보다 중요하다 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 튜브 마모 문제에 해결을 위해 사용되는 Cold Air Velocity Technique(CAVT)에 대하여 고찰하고 하동화력 2호기 보일러에 대하여 CAVT를 실제 적용함으로써 석탄화력 보일러에 있어서 CAVT 적용 가능성을 검증하였다. 해상기상탑은 해상풍황자원 및 해양환경데이터를 측정하고 있으며, 국내의 경우 해모수 1호기를 설치하여 서남해안의 풍황자원을 측정하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한반도 남쪽방향으로 갈수록 풍황자원이 높다는 평가에 근거하여 신안군과 진도군 사이의 해역에 적용하고자 해상기상탑 Ocean MAST를 설계하여 설치하였다. The Offshore mast measures the resolution wind characteristic resource and Marine Environment data, And it sets up 1 expiration of Haemosu in the case of the interior of a country and measures the wind characteristic resource of the Southwest Coast. In this paper, in order to apply to the sea area between Sinan-gun and Jindo County based on the evaluation that the wind characteristic resource is high for the Korean south direction over the time, the Offshore mast Ocean MAST was designed and it set up.

A meteorological(met) tower is the first structure installed during the planning stages of offshore wind farm. The purpose of this paper is to design the met tower with tripod bucket type support structure and to install the sensors. The support structure consist of a central steel shaft connected to three cylindrical steel suction buckets which is more cheaper than monopile or jacket type. And the remote wind condition sensors and marine monitoring equipment, including adcp, pressure type tide gauge, wave height sensors, and scour sensors, remote power supply are installed. The manufactured met tower constructed on sea area which is in front of Gasa island. All of functions of met tower showed normal operation conditions and the wind data got by remote data collection system successfully.
