        난임여성의 고통체험과 벗어남에 대한 해석학적 근거이론 연구

        Recently, A number of women have experienced infertility in our society. Infertility experience has been associated with social, psychological and physical stresses which outbreak from all aspects of life. But, the treatment has been typically focused to medical means and ways only in korea. A study was attempted to better understand the psychological issues of infertility and its post treatment. An approach of Hermeneutic Grounded Theory was used in the study and six women were interviewed to acquire live pertinent data. As a result of the present study, a preliminary program was established to show how those relevant patients can be treated effectively in the social work aspect. More thorough and systematic study should be continued by researchers and practitioners working in the social work field to make the programs more prescriptive and comprehensive.

        남성들의 난임체험에 대한 현상학적 사례연구

        Despite recent increase in the numbers of research studies on women experiencing infertility, there is a dearth of research studies on male partners who are in close relationship with his spouse experiencing the same infertility. Social problem of infertility, which might be regarded as women`s problem, should be recognized in essence as the problem of couples. Nevertheless until now research studies have been focused on one part of couples, that is women. In this situation it will be meaningful to search for the meaning of infertility experienced by male partners. This study aimed to search for the essential nature of infertility experienced by male partners. For this, researchers had in-depth interviews with six male partners experiencing infertility. Phenomenological case study method has been employed to analyze the collected qualitative data. The result showed that major themes could be summarized as: 1) deprival of normality, and social isolation; 2) depletion of couple relationship quality; 3) widened gap between spouse in the process of searching for alternatives; and 4) extension in the objects of both perception and regard. Implications have been provided along with suggestions for further studies as well as social services for the male partners experiencing infertility.

        보존제로서 1,2-도데실아미노프로판디올의 합성 및 1,2-알칸디올 화합물의 혼합 효과

        In this study, the synthesis of 1,2-dodecylaminopropanediol (1,2-DDAP) having a 12 carbon chain length and an amine group was designed to improve the preservation and hydrophilicity of 1,2-alkanediol-based compounds. 1,2-DDAP was prepared by reacting dodecylamine (DDA) with 3-monochloro-1,2-propanediol (3-MCPD) in an ethanol solvent at 40 ℃, and its yield and purity were about 56% and 98%, respectively, under a reaction condition of 2 h and a DDA:3-MCPD molar ratio of 1:0.8. The antimicrobial effect of 1,2-DDAP showed the values of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) against microorganisms at concentrations of 10 to 100 times lower than those of 1,2-octanediol(1,2-ODIOL) or 1,2-decanediol (1,2-DDIOL). Based on the hydrophilic properties of 1,2-DDAP, mixed preservatives were prepared by adding small amounts of 1,2-ODIOL or 1,2-DDIOL, which are poorly soluble in water, with 1,2-DDAP. Mixed preservatives exhibited an effect of inhibiting microorganisms equal to or greater than that of 1,2-DDAP alone in antimicrobial activity tests. As a result of confirming the preservation effect in lotion (cosmetic formulation) for application, 1,2-DDAP showed similar antimicrobial activity at concentrations of 0.3 to 0.6 times lower than that of 1,2-ODIOL or 1,2-DDIOL. Therefore, it is considered that the use of 1,2-DDAP alone and the mixed use with small amounts of 1,2-ODIOL or 1,2-DDIOL can be a good alternative to preservatives in the product.

        돌봄의 재분배적 관점에서 사회복지법에 관한 고찰

        본 연구는 돌봄의 재분배적 관점에서 사회복지법을 비판적으로 고찰했다. 논의는 세 가지 차원에서 이루어졌다. 우선 젠더적 관점에서 사회복지법의 성격을 고찰하였다. 두 번째로 영유아 보육법과 남녀평등고용과 일 가정양립 지원에 관한 법의 성격을 살펴보았다. 세 번째 법의 효과성에 대해서 분석하였다. 논의를 통한 제언점은 다음과 같다. 우선 한국 사회복지 관련 법이 여성의 사회권에 입각해서 수정될 필요성이 있다. 물론 ‘영유아 보육법’과 ‘고평법(남녀고용평등과 일ㆍ가정양립에 관한 법)’은 여성의 사회권의 확대라고도 해석할 수 있으나 아직도 돌봄은 비대칭적으로 여성의 몫이 크다는 점이다. 따라서 좀 더 법들이 현실을 반영할 수 있도록 젠더적 관점에서 법을 분석하고 수정 및 보완할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 다음으로 ‘영유아 보육법’과 ‘고평법’이 양성평등 달성에 초점을 맞추어야 한다. 우리나라도 현재 돌봄 관련법들의 주요 목표가 출산율을 높이고자 하는 의도가 높다. 따라서 법의 내용도 여성의 모성 보호에 초점이 맞추어져 있으며, 남성의 부성권 보장이나 여성의 노동권보장은 부수적으로 설계되어 있다. 즉 돌봄이 고르게 분배되어 있지 않다. 그러므로 우리나라 돌봄 관련 법들은 부모가 둘 다 노동자이자 양육자가 될 수 있는 방향으로 나아가야 한다. 마지막으로 돌봄의 재분배에 대한 개념이 정립되어야 한다. 개념은 법과 제도의 형성을 정립해주는 역할을 해준다. 이미 국외 연구에서는 돌봄의 재분배 연구가 수행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 돌봄의 재분배에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다는데 의의가 있지만 좀 더 심도 있고 철학적인 접근이 필요하다고 본다. This study is about the law of the care redistribution. The research is divided three. first, we review on the relationships between gender and the social welfare law. Second, the Infant Care Act and the Equal Employment Opportunity Act is explored by gender perspective. Third, the present condition of the care redistribution in Korea is analyzed between woman and man and between family and society. So we find a few. First of all, our social welfare law need to be amended toward the improve women`s social right. Although the Infant Care Act and the Equal Employment Opportunity Act influence the redistribution of care among women, men and society, women have responsibility of child care disproportionately. Next, the Infant Care Act and the Equal Employment Opportunity Act have to more focus on gender equality. Now these acts have limitation of the guarantee of fatherhood in men and the right to work in women. Most act related care stress not the citizenship right but maternity protection in women. Finally, Now more than ever, it is vital that we correct the concept of the care redistribution. The care redistribution is more discussed by theologically and philosophically

        물과 극성 비양자성 용매 혼합 계를 이용한 4-도데카노일옥시벤젠술폰산 나트륨의 효율적인 합성 및 표백활성화제로의 응용

        4-도데카노일옥시벤젠술폰산나트륨(sodium dodecanoyl-4-oxybenzenesulfonate; DOBS) 염은 저온에서도 효과적인 표백력과 살균력을 나타내는 물질이다. 본 연구에서는 물(W)-극성 비양자성 용매 계를 사용하는 알칼리 조건하에서 dodecanoyl chloride와 sodium 4-hydroxybenzene sulfonate로부터 DOBS의 온화하고 효율적인 합성방법을 조사하였다. 먼저 물만을 용매로 사용하고 온도 또는 시간을 변화시키며 반응한 결과, 수율은 30 ℃와 1 h 이상의 반응 조건에서 대부분 약 5% 정도로 낮게 나타났다. 효율적인 용매 계를 발견하기 위하여 극성 비양자성 용매의 종류를 변화시키며 물과 혼합하여 제조한 다양한 용매계에서 수율에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 수율은 아세톤(acetone; AC)과 물을 혼합한 용매 계에서 가장 우수하였으며, 온화한 반응조건(30 ℃, 1 h 및 상압)의 반응에서 약 82%의 높은 값을 나타냈다. 제조한 DOBS는 높은 표백력 및 살균력을 보여 표백활성화제로서 활용이 가능함을 확인하였다. Sodium dodecanoyl-4-oxybenzenesulfonate (DOBS) salt is a substance that exhibits effective bleaching and antimicrobial abilities at low temperatures. A mild and efficient synthesis method of DOBS starting from dodecanoyl chloride and sodium 4-hydroxybenzene sulfonate was investigated under alkaline conditions using a water (W)-polar aprotic solvent system. First, the reaction was carried out using only water as a solvent system with the variables of temperature and time. The yield was found to be as low as about 5% in most cases under the reaction conditions of more than 30 °C and 1 h. In order to develop an efficient solvent system, the effect on the yield of DOBS was evaluated in various solvent systems which were prepared by changing the type of polar aprotic solvents while mixing them with the water. A solvent system in which acetone (AC) and water were mixed showed the best yield and about 82 % under mild reaction conditions (30 °C, 1 h and atmospheric pressure) was obtained. The prepared DOBS showed good bleaching and antimicrobial activities indicating that it could be used an excellent bleach activator.
