        최근 기상이변으로 가뭄과 홍수, 폭설 등 자연재난이 전 세계적으로 빈번하게 발생하고 있고, 우리나라도 예외는 아니어서 일 강수량이 300mm가 넘는 집중폭우의 횟수도 증가하고 있다. 특히 지난 해 한반도 지역의 아열대성 기후변화로 인해 잦은 국지성 폭우와 태풍 등 물재해로 인명과 재산피해가 점증하고 있다. 2012년 7월에 발생한 제7호 태풍 '카눈'을 시작으로 잇따른 초대형 태풍 '덴빈', '볼라벤', '산바'는 태풍이 북상하여 중부지방 중심 전국적으로 많은 비를 내렸으며 경기 및 강원 북부 일부 지방은 관측 강우량을 경신하였다. 홍수기 시 수자원 운영에 미치는 댐, 보 수문자료의 활용을 통해 홍수분석 등에 활용됨으로써 홍수분석 의사결정 시 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 물 관리 시스템에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 이에 K-water에서는 최신 ICT 기술을 융합한 "실시간 수자원정보시스템"을 구축 운영하여 24시간 365일 상시 모니터링함으로써, 2012년에 과거 유래 없는 4개의 대형 태풍이 한반도에 상륙하였을 때에도 안정적으로 시스템을 운영하면서 신속하게 대응할 수 있었다.

        고혈압·당뇨병 노인환자의 복합운동프로그램 참여가 체력수준 및 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a combined exercise program on fitness levels and blood components in elderly patients with hypertension (n=24) or diabetes (n=19) residing in Bukgu in G Metropolitan City. The program was conducted three times per week for 12 weeks. By conducting the combined exercise, elderly patients with hypertension showed a statistically significant difference in fitness (muscle strength, muscle endurance, agility, and flexibility) and blood pressure and blood components(blood sugar, cholesterol, LDL, and systolic blood pressure). Also, elderly patients with diabetes showed a statistically significant difference in fitness(muscle endurance, agility, and flexibility) and blood pressure and blood component(cholesterol and LDL). Based on the findings, the combined exercise program conducted three times per week for 12weeks positively changed fitness levels, was effective for disease prevention, and maintained a regular exercise habit and insufficient exercise in elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes. Therefore, it is expected that the program will be helpful to maintain their healthy life.

        대학 구기종목 선수들의 기술수행 특성에 따른 코어 근력 차이 분석

        This study aims to analyze the difference in muscle strength for the characteristics of skill use(main and sub) and skill performance(hitting and non-hitting) and provide basic information to improve player’s performance. This study analyzed and measured core strength difference in 38 ball game players of C University in Gwangju Metropolitan City using 3D spine stabilization test(CENTAUR® 3-D System): Handball(n=16), basketball(n=8), tennis(n=3), and volleyball(n=11). Then, paired t-test analysis was conducted to test the strength changes of ball game players according to the characteristics of skill use and skill performance. The statistical significance level was set at p<.05. As a result of this study, The changes of core strength according to the characteristics of skill use(main and sub) in collage ball game players focused on the skill use of players(right-handed) participating in the experiment. There was a statistically significant difference in 0°, 35°, 90°, and 135°. For the changes of core strength according to the characteristics of skill performance(hitting and non-hitting) in collage ball game players, there was no statistically significant difference in 0°, right, 45°, left, 135°, and right, 135°. However, there was a statistically significant difference in right, 180°, left, 45°, left, 90°, and right, 90°. Based on the findings, further research is required on exercise programs that can reduce danger of sport injury and improve core strength and balance more effectively according to the general characteristics of skill use(main and sub) and skill performance(hitting and non-hitting) in college ball game players.

        남자 대학배구 리베로 선수의 경기 전·후 신체활동 특성과 혈중지질의 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze physical activity and blood components before and after the game in the libero of collage volleyball players and provide physiological information and the basis of scientific training design. The subjects of the study were 12 volleyball players in the libero position in A University located in Gwangju Metropolitan City, B University located in Jeollanam-do, and C University located in Gyeongsangnam-do. Blood was taken once each before and after the game and the characteristics of the game were analyzed using the polar system. Then, the characteristics of physical activity and the changes of blood components were analyzed in the libero before and after the five-set game. The conclusions were drawn as follows. First, the changes of blood components were analyzed in the libero before and after the game. As a result, there was a statistically significant decrease in the changes of TC(t=2.643, p<.05), TRG(t=5.309, p<.001), and NonHDL(t=2.220, p<.05) before and after the game. Second, the correlation was analyzed to reveal the relationship between game performance characteristics and blood components in the libero. After the game, TC(p<.01), HDL(p<.05), LDL(p<.01), and Non-HDL(p<.05) were significantly correlated with calorie consumption and TRG was significantly correlated with average speed(p<.05) and total distance(p<.05). In conclusion, this study suggested the need of aerobic exercise and circuit weight training to improve the game performance of the libero in collage volleyball players.

        배구 선수들의 시합 전·후의 운동수행 특성과 혈중지질의 비교

        The purpose of this study is to analyze exercise performance characteristics and blood lipids changes before and after the game in volleyball players in order to suggest basic information about players’ physiological changes and provide and design more effective and scientific training methods. The participants of this study were 15 volleyball players of G University located in Gyeongsangnam-do and of C University located in Gwangju Metropolitan City. Their blood and exercise performance characteristics were analyzed before and after the game. Blood component changes were measured by the paired t-test analysis and the relationship between exercise performance ability and blood lipids were tested by correlation analysis. The level of statistical significance was set at p<.05. Finally, the following conclusions were drawn. First, volleyball playes’s blood lipids changes were analyzed before and after the game. There was a statistically significant decrease in TC(t=3.884, p<.01) and TRG(t=4.273, p<.01) before and after the game. Moreover, there was a statistically significant decrease in Non-HDL(t=3.291, p<.01) and GLU(t=1.847, p<.05) before and after the game. Second, correlation analysis was done to examine the relationship between exercise performance characteristics and blood lipids in volleyball players’ game. As a result, it was found that TC, LDL, and Non-HDL after the game were significantly negative correlation with mean heart rate, mean values of exercise intensity, and calorie consumption(p<.01). In conclusion, volleyball players need high level aerobic exercises for blood lipids changes and plyometric training, interval training, and core balance exercise to build up maximum muscle strength for short period to improve performance levels through exercise performance. It is, therefore, necessary to develop scientific and effective programs for volleyball players.

        대학U리그에 참가한 대학배구선수들의 포지션별 상해유형 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze injury types at each position in college volleyball players who participated in the University Volleyball League. This study focused on the analysis of the place of injury, the part of injury, the kind of injury, and injury motion at each position of players who participated in the Men’s University Volleyball League. The questionnaire consisted of 9 items and was distributed to 80 players who participated in the 2017 Men’s University Volleyball League. 59 effective samples were obtained and statistical processing was done. The chi-square test of sports injury types at each position was performed to obtain study results. Finally, the following conclusions were drawn. First, the place of injury was analyzed at each position in college volleyball players who participated in the University Volleyball League. As a result, the place for training and practicing was the most common place of injury in all positions. However, there was no statistically significant difference in frequency. Second, the part of injury was analyzed at each position in college volleyball players who participated in the University Volleyball League. As a result, the frequency of an ankle injury was the highest, followed by that of a knee. However, there was no statistically significant difference in frequency. Third, the kind of injury was analyzed at each position in college volleyball players who participated in the University Volleyball League. As a result, the frequency of ligament injury was the highest, followed by that of sprain injury. However, there was no statistically significant difference in frequency. Fourth, injury motion was analyzed at each position in college volleyball players who participated in the University Volleyball League. As a result, the injury frequency in spiking was the highest, followed by that of blocking. There was a statistically significant difference in frequency (χ²=59.238a, p<.001). In conclusion, the frequency of the place of injury at each position was high in the place for training and practicing in college volleyball players who participated in the university volleyball league. They suffered from ligament injury and sprain caused by ankle and knee injurie s during spiking or blocking.

        운동 중 발생한 쇄골골절에 대한 수술 후 운동재활과 어깨관절 운동범위(ROM) 회복에 관한 연구

        This study is a case analysis study related with clavicle fracture caused during the exercise. The study aims to examine how patients with clavicle fracture recover shoulder functions after surgery and exercise rehabilitation. The subjects were six patients with exercise injuries who had surgery and treatment in B Hospital located in Jeollanam-do in 2013 and 2014. After exercise rehabilitation such as forward elevation exercise, strength training, and angular movement of shoulders, the following conclusions were made. First, the common characteristic of clavicle fracture patients was that their ROM recovery was slow until six months after surgery. Second, clavicle fracture patients showed that ROM recovery was more difficult in open fracture than in closed fracture. Third, clavicle fracture patients had more difficult ROM recovery of flexion and abduction motions in open fracture than in closed fracture. Fourth, clavicle fracture patients showed ROM recovery starting the 9th month and had nearly normal ROM in assessment held in the 12th month.
