대학생 온라인수업의 UI에 대한 사용자 인지유형(User`s Cognition Type)과 기술수용의도의 복합적 관계 연구

본 연구는 비대면 사회를 맞이하는 대학생의 온라인 수업의 효율성 증대를 위한 방안을 모색하기 위한 목적에서 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 온라인수업 활성화를 위한 전략방안 모색의 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 연구를 위해 UI나 UX를 사용자 인지유형으로 파악하고자 하는 UCT를 온라인수업의 속성으로 삼고 TAM에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, UCT 중 창의적이며 심미성을 추구하고, 감정적이며 공감성을 추구하며, 현실적이며 가시성을 추구할수록 대학생들이 온라인수업에 대한 지각된 용이성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, UCT 중 감정적이며 공감성을 추구하며, 현실적이며 가시성을 추구할수록 대학생들이 온라인수업에 대한 지각된 유용성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, UCT 중 감정적이며 공감성을 추구하며, 현실적이며 가시성을 추구하고, 분석적이며 효율성을 추구할수록 대학생들이 온라인수업에 대한 이용의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, UCT 중 현실적이며 가시성을 추구할수록 온라인수업에 대한 지각된 용이성과 유용성이 가장 높으며, 분석적이며 효율성을 추구할수록 이용의도가 가장 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 지각된 용이성이 높을수록 지각된 유용성과 이용의도가 높아지며, 지각된 유용성이 높을수록 이용의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to find a way to increase the efficiency of online classes for college students entering a non-face-to-face society. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for finding a strategic plan for facilitating online classes for college students. For the study, UCT, which aims to identify UI or UX as a user"s cognitive type, was used as an attribute of online classes, and the effect on TAM was analyzed, and the results are as follows. First, among the UCTs, the more students pursued creative and aesthetic, emotional and empathic, and more realistic and visible, the higher the perceived ease of college students" online classes. Second, among the UCTs, the pursuit of emotional and empathy, the more realistic and visible, the higher the perceived usefulness of college students for online classes. Third, among the UCTs, the more students pursue emotional and empathy, the more realistic and visible, and the more analytical and efficient, the higher the college students" intention to use for online classes. Fourth, among the UCTs, the more realistic and visible the pursuit, the higher the perceived ease and usefulness of online classes. Fifth, the higher the perceived ease of use, the higher the perceived usefulness and intention to use, and the higher the perceived usefulness, the higher the intention to use.

Rasch model을 이용한 융합형 사용자 인지유형(User’s Cognition Type) 측정도구 개발

사용자지향성을 극대화하기 위해서는 그들의 경험에 더하여 태생적, 습관적, 교육적 바탕의 인식구조 유형과 수준이 고려될 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 User`s Cognition Type(UCT: 사용자인지유형)의 개념이 도입되었다. 그리고 UCT는 UI와 UX의 개념을 포괄하고, 사용자의 인지유형과 수준을 반영할 수 있어야 한다. 그러므로 이러한 요구에 맞는 측정도구를 개발하는 것에 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 선행연구 조사와 FGI를 거쳐 항목을 추출하였고, 웹콘텐츠를 많이 사용하는 계층인 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, Rasch 모형에 의한 문항 적합성 검증과 요인분석 및 신뢰도분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 ‘창의적이며 심미성 추구’로서 4문항, ‘감정적이며 공감성 추구’로서 5문항, ‘현실적이며 가시성 추구’로서 7문항, ‘분석적이며 효율성 추구’로서 11문항 등 4개 요인과 27문항으로 구성된 UCT 측정도구를 개발하였다. 이 도구는 사용자 연구를 더 확장시켜 줄 수 있다. ‘사용자 유형 분류’, ‘다른 변수와의 관계’, "개인적 배경과의 관계‘ 등의 연구에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 후속 연구에서는 보다 다양한 조사대상과 측정항목을 바탕으로 웹콘텐츠 사용자의 인지유형을 파악할 필요가 있을 것이다. In order to maximize user orientation, in addition to their experiences, the type and level of cognitive structures based on native, habitual and educational backgrounds need to be considered. The concept of User`s Cognition Type(UCT) was introduced for this. UCT should cover the concept of UI and UX and be able to reflect user"s cognitive type and level. Therefore, the aim of the study was to develop measurement tools that could reflect these needs. for this purpose, previous research and FGI were conducted, and related items were extracted. and a survey was conducted for college students, who use the web content a lot. The collected data were analyzed for item suitability by Rasch model, factor analysis, and reliability analysis. The analysis results are as follows. as a result of the analysis, four factors were classified: pursuit of creative & aesthetic, pursuit of emotional & empathy, pursuit of realistic & visibility, and pursuit of analytical & efficiency. and the number of 4 UCT factors consists of 4, 5, 7, 11 items, and the total number of items is 27. This tool can further extend user research. It can be usefully used in the research of ‘user type classification’, ‘relationship to other variables", "relationship with personal background". and Subsequent studies will need to identify the cognitive types of web content users based on more diverse survey targets and metrics.

특수교육 저널: 이론과 실천 : PAPS-D에 의한 건강체력 프로그램이 지체장애 학생의 기초체력 증진에 미치는 효과

This study is going to find the effects of health and physical program by PAPS-D on the improvement of the basic physical strength of students with physical disabilities by physical strength factor. Based on the above objectives, it attempted to apply the health and physical program by PAPS-D to students with physical disabilities and find the effects on the improvement of cardio pulmonary function, muscular function, quick adaptation and flexibility in basic physical strength. For this, through the multiple baseline across subjects experiment on 3 students with physical disabilities at the chronological age of 12~15, 4 areas were tested in the baseline and a health and physical program composed of 40 classes for 20 weeks was devised, applied and guided for the intermediary period, and the maintenance test was performed to evaluate the maintenance effect of mediation 4 weeks after mediation completion according to the health and physical program. As a result, it was shown that the health and physical program by PAPS-D improved cardio pulmonary function, muscular function and quick adaptation in basic physical strength of students with physical disabilities by physical strength factor. However, it did not acquire significant improvement on flexibility.

사용자 인지유형(UCT: User"s Cognition Type)을 고려한 디자인의 개념화 연구

본 연구는 선행연구 조사 결과 많은 연구자들에 의해 연구되고, 정의되어진 UI(User Interface), UX(User eXperience) 등의 개념에 의해 제작되는 디자인이 사용자의 만족도를 높이거나 학습효과를 제고하고 콘텐츠나 프로그램, 기기에 대한 수용의도를 확보하지만 사용자의 인지유형이나 수준을 구분하여 파악해 본 결과 UI가 사용자의 인지에 따라 다른 효과를 나타내고 있다는 조사결과에 주목하였다. 이러한 선행연구 조사를 바탕으로 기존의 UI나 UX의 개념이 사용자들의 인지구조 틀 밖에서 적용된 한계였음을 지적하고, 사용자의 인지구조 내에서 그 유형이나 수준을 고려할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 디자인이 정의되어야 할 필요성을 제시하면서, 사용자 인지 형태(UCT: User"s Cognition Type) 수준을 고려한 디자인의 개념을 조작적으로 정의하고자 하였다. This study is based on the findings that there is a positive effect on problem solving ability of Metacognition. Recently, the educational contents by the development of the IT technology is provided on the technical platform. Therefore, Interaction will have a significant influence between Metacognitive skills and problem-solving skills. Results of model studies are as follows. Metacognitive skills of learners by educational contents of the technical platform have significant direct·indirect effects on problem-solving skills. and Interaction has a significant full-mediated effects between Metacognitive skills and problem-solving skills. Therefore, utilizing the technical platform educational contents will be designed to enable interaction.

성인형 스틸병 환자의 골수소견과 골수에서의 TNF-α와 IL-18의 발현

Objective: Inflammatory cytokines may play important roles in the pathogenesis of adult onset Still`s disease. The enhanced expression of IL-18 was reported in the bone marrow of a Japanese systemic onset juvenile rheumatoid arthritis patient but not in the other organs. To date, there are very few studies relating the bone marrow and AOSD. This study examined the bone marrow findings as well as TNF-α and IL-18 expression in the bone marrow of AOSD patients. Methods: A retrospective study was performed on 15 AOSD patients who had undergone a bone marrow examination at a university hospital. The clinical and laboratory findings, as well as the bone marrow findings, were analyzed. Immunohistochemistry of IL-18 and TNF-α in bone marrow was performed. Results: The bone marrow cellularity and myeloid/erythroid cell ratio showed no correlation with the clinical and laboratory findings. TNF-α was expressed at 0.8∼9.8% and IL-18 was expressed at 0.4∼9.8% of bone marrow cells. Cytokine expression was not associated with the clinical patterns of AOSD. The platelet count correlated with the bone marrow TNF-α expression but TNF-α did not correlate with IL-18 expression. Conclusion: TNF-α and IL-18 expression in bone marrow were observed in some AOSD patients but there was no correlation with the other clinical and laboratory findings except for the platelet count.

The purpose of this research will provide opportunities to understand the sports marketing. This research will inform readers about the definition of sports marketing the requirements for sports marketing, the form and the prospects of sports marketing. Sports marketing will provide services to meet consumers' need by setting up an exchanging process. Sports marketing includes two branches : marketing of sports and marketing with sports. The requirements for sports marketing have the 4P's : product, promotion, price, place. Will-combined 4P's can maximize the effects of sports marketing. Below are the growth prospects of sports marketing : First, sports generate tremendous advertising effect. Second, sports produce a positive image for a company. Third, sports can raise the company's recognition in the community. There are some reasons that made sports marketing a good job. They are economic development, increase of the income, increase in number of people enjoying their free time, the increased attention of health, changes of society, remarkable advancement of mass media, the companies that are seeking other advertising forms with the changing marketing environment, sports groups' financial security. There's no doubt for the development, the activity and the growth prospects of sports marketing. Nevertheless, for the progress of sports marketing, there are some problems : 1. The shortage of professional manpower : some vocational institutions should be established to train professional manpower. And to acquire advanced sports marketing sill, companied should invest in overseas research studies and field works. 2. The twisted ideas that are arisen from company's misunderstanding of sports marketing of sports marketing should be corrected. 3. Know about money for relay broadcasting.

화농성 근염과 감염성 대동맥류로 진행한 Klebsiella pneumoniae 간농양 1예

Klebsiella pneumonias causes pyogenic infections in various sites, with the risk of which increases in patients with diabetes mellitus. Recently, K. pneumoniae has emerged as a leading cause of pyogenie liver abscess, Primary liver abscess caused by K. pneumoniae in the absence of underlying hepatobiliary disease is commonly associated with metastatic infections such as endophthalmitis, meningitis, brain abscess and infection in other sites. We experienced a case of K. pneumonias liver abscess associated with septic metastatic lesions including pyomyositis and infected aneurysm of aorta. Despite the aggressive management with antibiotics, surgical pus drainage and aortic bypass graft, patient died of ventilator associated pneumonia and multiorgan failure. Our experience suggests that clinicians should be alert to septic metastatic infections when they treat a patient with K. pneumonias liver abscess.
